Went in about one week and a half ago to get build up gel , this was my first time coming here . My nails have never hurt so bad they left them sensitive and RED, not to mention my nails were different shapes and polish was done horrible , nails didn't even last 2 Weeks . Very disappointed

This nail shop is so easy to get to and the staff is so friendly and kind. I had a broken nail that they repaired for me and they did really well on my Gel x nails. They were very careful with my nails and very meticulously gave me one of the best manicures I've ever gotten. They had a talk show on and festive music .

I seriously hate leaving such bad reviews but I gotta for this one. Today was my 2nd time going because I decided to give this place another shot. I know finding a home nail salon is trial & error but damn I really left so unhappy. I asked for simple clean, no polish manicure + gel pedicure. The lady who did my nails was in the older side so I get that she may not have fully understood what I was saying but she basically "cleaned" my cuticles and shine buffed my nails & that's all she did. I looked and noticed that my skin around my nails weren't cut clean. It looked the same from when I came in except slightly moisturized because of the oil she put on after. I asked her to clean it up for me and she wasn't too happy about it. I could tell she had a hard time seeing even with glasses because she kept cutting the same area but wasn't actually cutting anything lol Now my pedicure lol.. the gentleman was quiet so we didn't really speak much. I just told him white gel & cut down. Every thing was good until he sneezed into his hands, didn't wash & proceeded to touch my feet. I'm not one to make a person feel embarrassed so I didn't say anything. But gross. Maybe I should've said something & that was my bad..? I don't know. Anyways so I get home, and ALL MY TOENAILS ARE CROOKED. He blunt cut them without shaping so they're sharp & going in different directions :/ OH & after he finished.. he didn't tell me anything. Just got up and moved to the next client LOL so I sat there for a good minute like a little dummy waiting for him to come back & finish.. Total was $61. For what?? Basic pedicure set ($27) + gel so maybe $37? And manicure with no polish, no removal of any prior set, nails cut down was $24? I didn't say anything because there were other clients inside. I should've asked for the itemized bill but I just couldn't stop thinking about how I needed to get home ASAP & try and fix them myself. I wouldn't have gone to the salon if I knew how to do it but clearly it's not my area do expertise. I cannot T_T ugh I feel like I just wasted money. I was gonna give them 2 stars but I felt like that was mean so here's 3.

This place has been remodeled with new chairs that work pretty well on my bad back not to mention that their prices are not bad compared to their surrounding area competition. I rarely get my nails done specially gel because I feel like it has damaged my nails in the past, but I couldn't help but treat myself today. I made an appointment and got the gel X for manicure and regular pedicure and I couldn't be happier. I paid an additional $10 for the chrome metallic polish to be added to my gel which looks pretty good. I hope they last a while as I am a very active mom & have 2 young kids demanding constant attention. Will be back again. This might be my regular spot since I'm new in the area thank you Anna

Came here on a whim and even though they were busy, they mentioned I could wait 40 mins which I honestly didn't mind after already driving an hour from work. During my wait, they offered me cold beverages from the mini fridge and I was able to go through all the colors to pick what I wanted. I felt like time had gone by pretty quick since before I knew it, I was already in a chair to get my regular pedicure done. I also got a dip manicure. Technicians were friendly and did a great job. Prices are competitive and was happy to tip more because the manicure/pedicure didn't take up the full budget I was anticipating. It's not a modern salon, but they get the job done and I left happy - will be back! read more

Went today with my son he had a manicure and I got a pedicure the pricing on the board and all menus was $20 for manicure the lady wanted to charge $25 as she claims they raised the price!!!!! This is not honest I will never go back again and will tell all my neighbors and friends about this incident. read more

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!I. I got a gel manicure here less than a week ago and gel has peeled off almost every nail. I called yesterday to make an appt to come back in and they fixed only 3 of the 10 that were peeling because they were booked even though I had an appt? One of the most terrible dips I've ever had. It chipped the next day, corner of my nail broke, looks like a child did it. The sides are not painted and nails are crooked. The gel top coat also came off the next day on my entire nail and chipping on every other nail. It's cheaper than other salons because the work sucks. Not going here again. The only good thing is everyone is really nice here so I feel bad, but these are all true unfortunately. read more

I'm an 18 year old girl, and I've literally never gotten acrylics done. I have my own money from my job, and I don't mind spending my money here at ALL! It's very reasonably priced, and the quality is great. The technicians are so nice, my mom and I love Theresa, but they're ALL so sweet. The whole place is such a positive vibe, and everyone is smiling. It also doesn't take NEARLY as long as other places my friends go to. I paid $65 for three nail extensions and a basic one-color gel finish, which felt overpriced from the start--especially given the poor quality of work. The application process was full of red flags. The technician removed my previous set using only an e-file, applied a single thin layer of top coat, and glued down the tips while my natural nails were still visibly damp. As I feared, within just two days, the gel started lifting, trapping moisture underneath. Trapped moisture under nail enhancements is a huge safety hazard that can lead to bacterial or fungal infections. To make matters worse, I got these nails done specifically for an important job interview, but the pinky tip completely fell off in less than a week. I have been getting my nails done regularly for a long time, and I have never had a set fall apart this quickly. Unsafe, overpriced, and poor durability. This was my first and definitely my last time coming here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The last issue happened last week, but I waited until today to write about it. I wanted to sit with my emotions and see if it still bothered me. It does. The salon is nice, and I can see they've tried to renovate it, but I wouldn't call it 100% accommodating. The bathroom and baseboards still look old, and the chairs don't have a massage feature. I notice details that other people might not, but none of that was a reason for me to stop coming. I told them from the beginning that I'm picky. I'm polite, but I know what I want and always tell nail salons upfront. I've been getting my nails done since I was 15, and I'm 45 now. My nails are thin and brittle, and psoriasis affects how they look. Sometimes they can look like they might have fungus, but that's what psoriasis does to my nails. I need a technician who understands that. My first appointment went well. I really liked my pedicure and the woman who did it. She's a sweetheart. The nail technician is nice and does a good job, though she has a strong personality that can come across as a little rude. I have a strong personality too, so I gave it a chance. Both technicians are fast, which I love because I travel a lot for work and don't want to spend hours in a nail salon. A full set and pedicure took about an hour and 15 minutes. Both looked cute, and I got what I wanted. About a month later, I called and asked for a fill. When I arrived, the nail technician started removing my nails. She then told me that next time we should do a fill because my nails are so brittle. I told her I had asked for a fill when I called, and that she'd said she would decide whether to remove them once she saw them. She told me that regardless of what I say on the phone, I should discuss what we agreed on directly with her when I come in. I said okay, but I also wondered why my request hadn't been communicated to her. That's part of having a receptionist. I was irritated, but my second full set and pedicure looked good, so I decided to come back. At my next visit, she removed the polish, saw that the nails underneath didn't look good, and decided to take the set off. I also switched from an oval shape to a shorter, simpler coffin shape. The next day, the color started chipping. My sister said that can happen with a solid color using gelx, but I was about to leave the country for work and wanted my nails to look professional. I called the salon, explained the chipping, and asked to come in to fix it. I offered to pay. The person on the phone insisted there would be no charge and booked me. I even asked if she was sure, and she said yes. I want to emphasize that I offered to pay because I value people's work. When I came in, they saw me fairly quickly. Nobody mentioned a charge before or during the appointment. At the end, the nail technician told me it would be $35. I paid and gave her a $7 tip. I wasn't going to change my character over it, but I was irritated. I don't know whether the receptionist failed to tell the technician what she'd promised. My issue isn't paying, I offered to do that from the beginning. My issue is being told repeatedly that I wouldn't be charged, then being charged without an explanation or apology. My nails had been done less than 9 days earlier, and she changed the color and reshaped them. Even if they wanted to charge me, they could have told me beforehand or acknowledged the miscommunication. Nobody did. I've run businesses for years, and transparency matters to me. If a client explains what they need to the receptionist, that information should reach the technician. This was the second time something I'd discussed on the phone didn't seem to be communicated. In my experience, the front desk came across as disengaged, and the communication was mediocre. I'm not naming anyone because I don't want to put anyone on blast. I hope the salon takes this as a lesson. The nails looked nice, the woman who does my pedicures is lovely, and the nail technician is quick and does good work. My biggest issue is the salon's internal communication, which shouldn't be the client's responsibility. Thank you for the services, but I won't be back.

Terrible service and attitudes from the ladies. Every time I come in to get my nails done, it takes two hours. They don't listen and they blame it on the shape of the nail and my fingers and they have to keep doing it over and over to get it right. Very unprofessional and sloppy.
