Been coming to see Kathy for over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say. Not only does she take her time to get your set perfect but she also asks you along the way if it is good before she proceeds. The other ladies are all very kind and do a great job on pedicures and even when Kathy is out they have done my dip manicure before and my nails came out just as great. Grateful to have a nail place that is consistent with services. The overall mood of the salon is calm and relaxing. Would highly recommend to friends and family. read more

I am disappointed with my experience due to a lack of price transparency. Before making my appointment, I specifically asked how much a full set of acrylic nails would cost and was told $55. When I arrived and showed the technician the design I wanted, I was informed the total would be $65 because of the nail art, which I agreed to. However, after my nails were completely finished, I was told the total was actually $85. When I questioned the price increase, I was informed that the additional charge was due to the length of the nails. My concern is not the extra charge itself, but the fact that it was never disclosed before the service was completed. Had I been informed of all additional costs upfront, I could have made an informed decision before proceeding. Customers deserve clear and honest pricing before a service begins, not unexpected charges after the work is already done. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. read more

I love that this nail spa salon is close to home and it is so easy to make a same day appointment for services. The salon is super clean, light and bright. The decor is inviting and the music is relaxing to listen to as you sit in the massage chair. During my most recent visit, Chi was my pedi nail technician. She really took her time and gave the most relaxing leg massage at the end. She was very friendly and always had a sweet smile on her face. If you ever need wax or skin services they also provide that in their individual spa rooms. Will definitely be back for my next pedi session soon! read more

Pro Dip Nail Spa takes over the former Embellish space. Neither the outgoing business nor the incoming did an admirable job being transparent about the transition. It was cloaked in secrecy on both ends, which I didn't love. I would have been much more receptive to the new ownership had there just been honest and open communication about it all along. Secondly, the new business doesn't allow tipping on a credit card...which is a major pet peeve of mine. For the business to not want to take whatever extra costs associated with letting customers tip on a card seems trifling. It's a major inconvenience to customers. But you can Venmo the gratuity to your manicurist, so at least there's that. Aside from these two grudges, I will try to be open minded as I did enjoy my most recent service with Annie and Lindsey. They will keep me coming for now, as long as nothing goes awry on that front as well. read more

had dip nails done and they came out nice overall I was happy with how mine turned out. However, my husband's manicure was really disappointing. They barely did anything and there was no massage at all, which we expected as part of the service. The experience felt very uneven depending on who you were seeing. Hoping this is something they can improve. read more

5 Stars I had such a great experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and fresh everything smelled - a very welcoming environment. Kathy absolutely killed it with my French chrome dip, it turned out flawless and exactly how I wanted! Ann was so cheerful and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. This is a dream salon, everyone here is sweet and makes you feel at home. It's like the salon out of movies where you trade beauty secrets and be super girly. Kinda like the legally blonde salon lol. Had an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience today. I had come in to get a new gel x set and had a male nail tech. He was very very very very very very very abrasive and rough with my nails. I am used to having nails be cut down then soaked off with acetone and filed with a drill tool at other salons which is obviously painless. However when cutting my old set off he kept nearly digging the clippers into my skin! When I kept wincing he made very odd comments such as "wow your skin goes out far" and then continue almost digging into my skin with the sharp clippers. As well as had me sit with my nails soaked in acetone in front of a heater!! Acetone is literally flammable and toxic when inhaled!! This caused severe pain to my nails and my nose. My nose has been very irritated since then. Then instead of using a filing tool to remove the previous gel adhesive, he used a metal spatula looking tool and kept SCRAPING the gel off. He also kept using the nail drill to cut off my cuticles instead of clippers. This caused more severe pain and abrasions to my nails. Also when adhering my new nail set, I kept exclaiming how hot my nails felt and yanking my hand away from the uv lamp since they were literally BURNING. Once again he made very vey disgusting comments such as "beauty is pain right" and "oh you have plenty of tattoos you must like pain" and "feels good huh." Like how gross, creepy, and unprofessional!! If a client is experiencing pain STOP what you are doing!!! My nails are in such such pain now where i literally cannot wash my hands with warm water without them stinging badly. He also used a lavender hand lotion without asking on my hands and I have a lavender allergy! My hands started itching badly. I am so disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism and will not be returning! Please please be aware of this nail tech!! read more

I was looking for a nail salon in Anaheim Hills while visiting on vacation and was so happy with my experience at Pro Dip Nails! I was able to make an appointment by calling the salon and they were able to see me at the time I requested. I got their deluxe pedicure and a Gel-X manicure (French Tips with Pearl Chrome). The entire salon was very clean and hygienic, and tools used for everything were clean. The pedicure included a leg wrap with was a nice bonus. The Gel-X manicure was AMAZING. I'm obsessed with the results. I showed the tech a couple of inspiration photos and she knew exactly what I was going for and matched what I wanted perfectly. If I ever need a salon in Anaheim again, I'll be coming here! read more

I live 1 mile from the salon and this was my first visit. I got a pedicure from Annie and she was awesome! She was friendly and sweet and I love that she wasn't pushy trying to make me get extra services other than what I asked for.
