[[HIGHLIGHT]]Last minute I decided I really needed to pamper myself. This cute shop is so close to my house and they were opened. I was a walk in and the nice ladies there took me in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had a gel mani and reg pedi w foot scrub total $70 plus tip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ann and Thi both helped me and they were both very kind, helpful and they made me feel at ease after a long work day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The shop is clean, nicely decorated and they have multiple pedi chairs. I will be back and will definitely call to make an appointment next time. Great service and close to home. I love how my nails turned out. Huge parking area but be on time and go early to your appointments!! Highly recommended! 5 STARS

I just got my nails done a few minutes ago wanted to try a new place near my new home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Started off well staff was nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a full set acrylic and a pedicure. The lady who did my toes did an amazing job and she redid a nail after she was done cause it looked off without me asking and she had excellent customer service. However the person who did my full set Cindy did a terrible job after she made the first cut to the length I was pleased but she kept cutting at it to the point where it looks like I have weird claws on my hands i asked for a pointed almond got stiletto on top of that she had no table side manners and just rushed through the process. The nail shape is crooked the paint on the acrylics is streaky and she cut my pinky cuticle all over. I would go just for the lady who did my toes but never again with Cindy. I'm debating go back and asking them to be taken off and get my money back that's how bad she was

If you're like me and love to have fun nails, I highly recommend Trisha at Pro Top Nails! She is only there two days a week, but she is fabulous and has beautiful creativity! I have very deep nail beds so having acrylic done right is crucial to my nail care. The staff at Pro Top Nails are all so welcoming whether you are a regular or a first timer. I always am pleased with my services when I leave the salon. I've brought family and friends to this salon and will continue to recommend their services!

Lani was amazing and so calm and kind. None of this felt uncomfortable. She took her time and was really honest about the color I picked. She also noticed I was a bit dissatisfied when there was the first two coats so she went ahead and added a third one until it looked perfect. The customer Service, overall with the entire place was definitely worth coming back in the quality of work. I'm so glad I finally found a place that I like!

I came in as a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon. They were able to seat me right away for a pedicure. Two different technicians worked on me, and both were very friendly and great at what they do. Super nice people but poor quality. I had gel X done in the afternoon of October 31st. Evening of November 1st, I have TWO peeled nails. The pictures I take are from this morning, November 2. My middle finger is starting to peel as well. It already started to bubble up before I left which, to her credit, she did fix before I walked out. I could tell there were other fingers starting to do the same, but I thought I could deal for a week. I only wanted them done for a cruise, but now I'm sitting here looking stupid. I'm pretty angry to have spent a pretty penny on nails that lasted a day. Not to mention she was pretty rough with my cuticles. My left thumb stinging constantly. Will never return.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I personally had an excellent experience at Pro Top Nails.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was a walk in and only waited 20 minutes for a full set of acrylics with almond/rounded tips and hombre holographic multi-sized glitter. I showed a picture from my phone and got exactly what I was hoping for, and I've been getting compliments ever since. Also, Cindy was a pro at the whole process, and I had no pain or bleeding, even with all the filing and clipping, whew! Thank you, Cindy! read more

I just got my nails done a few minutes ago wanted to try a new place near my new home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Started off well staff was nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a full set acrylic and a pedicure. The lady who did my toes did an amazing job and she redid a nail after she was done cause it looked off without me asking and she had excellent customer service. However the person who did my full set Cindy did a terrible job after she made the first cut to the length I was pleased but she kept cutting at it to the point where it looks like I have weird claws on my hands i asked for a pointed almond got stiletto on top of that she had no table side manners and just rushed through the process. The nail shape is crooked the paint on the acrylics is streaky and she cut my pinky cuticle all over. I would go just for the lady who did my toes but never again with Cindy. I'm debating go back and asking them to be taken off and get my money back that's how bad she was read more

What I really appreciate is that their prices are fair. No surprises or price hikes at checkout. I've been to other salons where the bill ends up costing an arm and a leg, but not here. I dropped in Pro Nails because I was pretty disheartened with my regular salon , I read the reviews and thought I'd give Pro Nails a try as it was very local to my home, wow I am so glad I did, Cindy did my powder dip and gel nail absolutely amazing, I have not been more pleased in all the years I have had my nails done, Cindy was friendly, professional, caring and above all she was meticulous about keeping her station clean , the salon was clean and tidy, the staff very friendly, this is definitely my go to salon from now on, extremely pleased with my nails Cindy did an amazing job and fast! thank you! read more

Two years ago, this place used to be amazing. They never charged anything extra for service fees, such shaping nails as to coffin, almond or ballerina tip. They wanted to charge a five dollar free to shape the nails shaping the nails should be included within the service. Of course no one will want to have nails right when they plastic nails on. It's an inconvenience and it's a degrading way to get a cheap buck. Don't come here if you want to be charged shenanigans that should be included in your service ! read more

I am always working for my schools asb and playing on our volleyball team and i'm truly so surprised they stayed on so well. i got so many compliments on how the sets i've gotten here have turned out and i truly think they're better than the inspo pictures. I was in town for my sons hockey tournament and happened to get my nails done here in between games. It was my first time and I found them through here on yelp. They were busy when I walked in but were still able to take me immediately thankfully. I started with one girl but then got handed off to Cindy who did a GREAT job. I am very picky about ombré nails so I never ask for them anymore in general and usually just get a normal French. Nails fell off my new set 2 days later. Definitely wouldn't recommend going to this spot if you want a gel-x set. During my friends wedding more nails proceeded to pop off. A simple task as picking up a bouquet from a basket shouldn't cause a nail to pop off. Great customer service but the quality of their work in regards to gel-x isn't there. read more

Okay so first I want to say I've only been there twice but so far I love this place. Finding a go to nail tech is usually pretty hard but I got lucky on my first try after moving to the area. Lily has given me both of my gel manis and she's my go to person from now on. I love her cuticle trim up, shes good at getting the nail shape I ask for even if I have a broken nail, and just overall clean work. I love snooping on other customers nails and from what I've seen everyone does nice work. I did also get a pedicure and I got some sort of scrub and it was amazing, they left my feet very soft. They are usually busy but there is a Starbucks right next door so that is pretty dope. I would just recommend calling before dropping in because the chances are that you will have to wait a good bit. read more

After 2 years of suffering with "pandemic nails" , my awesome husband pushed me to finally treat myself & get my nails done. It was Sunday ...5:30pm. I held little-to-no hope that I'd find a place to go. A quick local Yelp search and found ProTop Nails was still open. I called to see if they accepted walk-ins for a full acrylic set and a pedi. The lady said yes and asked me to come over. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Tricia and ushered immediately to a massage chair. The nail shop was decently busy, but not packed - which was good. All of the nail technicians were masked and were very friendly. The shop is a little on the smaller side - but it's cute & very clean. There were approx 5 pedi chairs (plus two cute mini-pedi chairs for special little princesses) on one side and 4-5 mani tables on the other side. They also had a decent selection of nail colors on the wall. I asked for medium length, coffin-shaped acrylic nails. I wanted something classic looking that would go with most of my work attire. Tricia suggested a pink and white ombre and I agreed. She cleaned up my cuticles prior to getting started and really took her time. By time she was done, I was SO pleased with how feminine my hands looked! Each nail was perfectly shaped and looked completely uniform with one another. Nina gave me my pedi and also did a great job. 2 years with no pedis left my feet needing loads of TLC. Nina cleaned my cuticle beds and gave me an amazing massage. I'm in love with my gelx nails!! Cindy always does an amazing job, and she is so good with designs. There have been so many times where I just let her do whatever she wants, and it always comes out beautiful. I've been coming to this place for years, and everyone is great. Cindy does it again! I've been coming here since October and all the ladies are super friendly, respectful, and the salon is CLEAN. They follow COVID guidelines too. Good color selection, and decent prices, and their work is GOOD! I always walk out loving my nails and feeling so fresh and pampered . Would definitely recommend coming here. I used to do powder dip but decided to go back to Gel again and luckily found Kelly, who was very understanding and professional. It was lovely talking with her with different subjects, and we can always learn every single day when we try to listen to each other. It has been only two weeks and my nail have already broken 3 of them. my daughter had a full set and in a week two nails popped off. second daughter came for her appointment and they told her they don't have her on there book for any appointment! So disappointing she lives far from this location. they showed no concern! this nail shop must be using cheap products or they are watering down products to save money! and you can tell that they are talking crap about every client that comes in! very uncomfortable , buyer be ware! read more

This place is a solid joke!!! I walked in asking for 1 single nail to get fixed. My gel had cracked and I wanted 2 layers of clear gel put on to hold it in place until I got back home (I'm on vaca). After minutes of foreign talk they agreed to doing it. I knew when she was doing it it's not gel polish it was basic polish. I knew the bottle wasn't gel. I've been doing my nails for years and I work in the beauty industry. I even asked "are u sure this is gel"? I'm not from here I need this to hold for 3 days. Smhhh. She put my hand under uv and promised it was. I left and it cracked again 5 hours later? Because it's not gel!!! They didn't charge me for service. Had a great experience here. I like neutral colors with no designs! I got a gel mani -- I liked the shape of my nails and they had a variety of colors to choose from, but also not too many where it's overwhelming. The nail job was decent but they kept trying to push dip nails when I'm very clear I'm not interested and the extra massages and paraffin wax stuff, I'm very clear on what I want and I don't need a sales pitch every chance you got. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The service was unprofessional and the staff were rude -- especially the blonde-haired employee, who stood out for her poor attitude. What upset me most was how they clearly treat clients differently. I was already seated and they had everything prepared to start my service, but suddenly, that same employee walked away and chose to serve another customer who had just walked in. It was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for any business that deals directly with people. I definitely won't be coming back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Right after leaving, I went to Pink Polish Nail Salon, which is only about a mile away. The difference was like night and day -- the space was clean and spacious, the staff were warm and welcoming, and I received exactly the service I was looking for. If you're looking for quality service and respectful staff, skip this place and go to Pink Polish instead. Much better experience all around. read more
