Where do I begin? First of all I love Welcome Nails and I love Tammy!! I have been to a fair share of nail salons and nothing compares to their quality work and their "feels like home" atmosphere. My husband tried this salon first for a manicure based on other reviews on the Yorba Linda Buzz. He's been getting mani-pedi's for many years. He was very happy with the experience by Tammy. The buff on the manicure lasted for almost a month! So, he booked himself for a second time & asked if I wanted to come with him & that her husband Tao also did mani-pedi's. I don't go as often as he does, but I said yes & we went the other day! What a great experience! I want to go every month!!! They are such a nice couple. Walked in for a manicure with a gel dip. The owner Tammy took great care of me! My nails look perfect, and it's exactly what I asked for. Not too thick, and not too thin. She didn't drill my original nails, she just filed them and I like that. She actually took the time to push my cuticles back and cut them (instead of drilling like other places).. I went to Welcome Nails for the first time, today, based on reviews from Yelp and wasn't disappointed. Tammy was pleasant and informative, when I called for pricing information and to book an appt., and both, Tammy and Tao, were great while I was there. I got a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure. They are the only 2 who work in the salon (owners) so it's nice and quiet and doesn't present the chaos that some other busy salons present. Assuming my nails hold up, I will most definitely be switching salons. read more

Great experience here! The salon was able to get me in last minute. Which I appreciated. I received a mani and pedi, it was relaxing, not rushed even though they had squeezed me in before another appointment. They take proper precautions for Covid, such as adding plexiglass, proper sanitization, and have minimized the amount of people in their salon. It was a little warm in the salon, but it cooled down once they the closed door and got the air on, other than that no complaints! read more

They are called Welcome Nails and it suits them perfect because they made me feel welcome from the minute we walked in especially after being turned away at another location just a few minutes before. They are open until 7pm and and I showed up at 6:30pm needing two pedicures. I know I'm cutting it close but they took us in and said no problem pick your color!! We were the only ones in there and they did a good job. Massage chairs, Tv, magazines, and bottled water or soda was offered. They were very friendly and letting me know about a restaurant next door that is really good. I had come in with tennis shoes and the lady bagged them up for me since I was now leaving with sandals. I love this place! I usually walk in and they have time to fit me in. (To the people complaining they couldn't walk in on a Friday afternoon....can you do that anywhere? lol. That's a really busy time for any place and if people say you can walk in...that doesn't mean its going to be right away 100% of the time. I just think its rude to leave a 1 star when you didn't even experience their service, you're just secretly upset at your lack of planning.) I am SUPER picky with my nails and not once have I had a complaint about Tammy or Tao. They are amazing at what they do, therefore are usually always busy. Your best bet is to make an appointment otherwise there is a chance they won't be able to seat you. As soon as you walk in they offer you something to drink and have you pick a color. Seeing as how they are mainly a appointment only business there is never a wait. Tao gives the best pedicures and massages! My favorite. He's amazing with gel manicures as well. My gel will last up to 3 weeks without chipping! The only reason I have to go back is because my nails grow out. I have never had anyone impress me as much as Tammy has with acrylic nails. She puts them on so thin you can't even tell they are fake nails. And shes pretty fast! Any shape you want she does, and is so good at it. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
