I am a regular customer at this place not because they are good only because they are a few minutes away from my house. Yesterday I called to check how much they charge for a child who is 8 years old pedicure the owner answered and told me $10 so me and my granddaughter went to have our pedicure.. they treated her with neglect ,, LINDA started putting the nail polish WITHOUT trimming the nails or even washing the feet when I asked her about it she replied in a very RUDE way you want to pay $10 you wash her feet and trim her nails before you come here I will NEVER go back there, I will tell all my neighbors who I originally recommended them to help their business as they were suffering based on the new owner statement. read more

Giving Lily Nail & Spa two stars. The staff is very friendly. It's a holiday and not many places are open, but Lily Nails & Spa is just down the street from me. These are the only reason they got two stars. Otherwise, it would have been less. I called requesting a full set pink & white acrylic. I have been giving my nails a break and haven't had them done since January. There was only a light polish on my nails. My natural nails are a medium length and strong. They just have a lot of ridges. The nail tech, Rose, asked if I was ok with her doing the acrylic directly on my nail, no tips, to smooth them and make them "more natural". This was fine with me as long as it was the pink and white full set I requested. Rose applied the acrylic. When I asked if she was going to use the white acrylic next she replied, "No, I paint". This is not the service I came in for. I did express this to Rose. She said it was fine. She would paint and use gel. Again, this is not what I came in for, but what choice do I have now? Ultimately, I paid $56 for a service I did not request and will still need to go home and clean them up. Picture of what I left with included. Bottom line, when a paying customer requests a service, and you start providing the service, it is unprofessional and impolite to later tell them you won't provide it. read more

This is such a wonderful salon. I've tried others locally, and this for me is clearly the best. I'm in there every 5-6 weeks just to change it up. So friendly and so reasonably priced. Great services and they really go out of their way to make the customer happy. And the nails NEVER lift. I almost wish they wouldn't grow so that I could wear the beautiful nails longer. Linda is phenomenal! Last month, she gave me a beautiful Cat's Eye manicure. My video wouldn't upload, but it looked great! Subtle and elegant. I loved it! And I got SOOO many compliments. This was by far the best mani/pedi I have every received. Lynh and her team spend a lot of time an effort attending to every detail. They also use organic dip powder which is less harsh on your natural nails which I love. The environment is casual and eclectic with mismatched rocking chairs in the waiting area, and I love how comfortable it all is. Substandard experience... they pretty much did everything a nail salon shouldn't do: drilled off my gel with minimal to zero soak leaving me with paper thin nails/ used seemingly unsterilized tools/ and did a shoddy job with regular nail polish (honestly looked like a toddler did it). Couldn't wait to get out of there, removed the nail polish as soon as I got home. The irony is now my nails are so thin I can't get them done even if I wanted to. Would recommend this place only if desperate or if your toddler isn't available. read more

I have been here a few times but my most recent visit was not good. I am not sure that I will go back. Maybe I just caught them on a bad morning but the restroom wasn't clean and there was no soap to clean hands. No paper towels and floor and sink seemed so dirty. There was also no sanitizer. Seems like towels they were using for the pedicure service were not clean too. Maybe reuse from last customer not sure. Was pretty shocked because been here before no problem. Perhaps they didn't clean up yet it was early, just after they opened. Didn't seem to be ready and no supplies at the ready. The people have always been so friendly during my previous visits and always had good service before, not sure what happened but maybe I will try one more time in a few weeks and follow up with my review. Popped in here for a quick pedicure while in the area. This is the spot that Darling Nails was, and it's under new ownership. I had a deluxe Pedicure which included callus remover, paraffin, and a 10 min massage. It was a nice experience and both ladies working were very nice! They were able to accommodate me as a walk in. Darling Nails sold and Lily Nails moved in. I went for a mani/pedi and didn't realize ownership had change but decided to give them a shot. The man doing my mani used dip top coat on my gel polish then put gel top coat over that and laughed because he thought it was funny. The next morning, my top coat and pieces of my polish peeled off. I told the woman doing my pedi that I was diabetic and she said not to worry, she'd be careful. She pulled out the cheese grater and, again, said she'd be careful. I thought those had been banned. The next morning, my right heel was bright red and hurt so bad. I could hardly walk and any shoe made it hurt worse. The pain lasted a whole week, even with soaking in epsom salt and using an antibiotic cream on the little cuts. I had been going to Darling Nails since we moved here and they've always been gentle with me and have always done a great job. Glad they opened a new location down the hill! read more

This place changed owners this year. While I miss my former mail lady...I'm pleasantly surprised at the services and products this place offers. I always have my feet scrubbed with my pedicure. They do a much better job and they introduced me to dipping powder as an alternative to gel. Last longer and none of the ultraviolet light which I was always concerned with. Their rates are higher than the previous owner but it's worth it. Feels more like a spa day for your hands and feet rather than just getting a manicure and pedicure. Totally recommend. read more
