Have been coming here for about 7 years now and used to absolutely love them! They always got my nails right and were so friendly and fast. But as time has gone on the quality has definitely nose dived. I would even bring my husband and son since he was 6 to get family pedicures which we cut out once we realized they have "princess pedicures" for kids under 12 ( which is just a cheaper pedicure as they are smaller) but have been charging us full price anyway (for years!). They also began being very rude and giving attitude for scrolling on my ipad (I read my homework while I wait) after drying my nails of course as if I am going to scroll with the top of my nails The last straw was when I went in tonight an hour before they closed. A little close I know but usually if all I get is a set im in and out within an hr maybe an hr and a half and I will tip well for good service, always. I had a simple nail design (I will share a pic of what I asked for and what I got) and it took from start to finish 3 hours! Which would be excusable if I had a complex design and they got it RIGHT. I left after 3 hours wondering why my nails looked like a 4 year old did them and still got charged a full $65 for this horrendous waste of time. i used to love going here and i have my own girl,tracy. But after sometime things have changed,prices and quality went down the hill.

I appreciate that the salon responded to my review and apologized, but the resolution offered ($10 credit) doesn't feel appropriate. That amount doesn't even cover the tip and doesn't reflect the seriousness of my experience, which included uneven and cracked polish, noticeable bubbles, a painful cut on my toe, and a station that hadn't been cleaned from the previous client. Another concern is their response suggesting they would assign me a "good nail tech" next time. This raises the question of why unskilled technicians are being allowed to provide services in the first place, especially when combined with poor quality products. Customers should not have to gamble on whether they get a "good" technician. I normally don't share negative reviews, but this visit stood out because it was one concern after another. I'd be open to giving the salon another chance if a fair resolution is offered and if they demonstrate consistent quality and sanitation standards, but as it stands, the response does not give me confidence. read more

Michelle was so nice, she changed my nail color and design. Rescuing my nails! She helped me choose the colors for my nails and let me know what sort of colors would work. Great price! I was very hesitant to post this cause I never want a business to suffer but after confiding in some friends I decided it was time to so they don't make this mistake again. This incident did happen a year ago so hopefully it's change but I had been to this salon about 3 times before this incident and they were great. I tried them since they were super close to my apartment. After a rather hard day at work I wanted to get a fill on my nails (I did dip at the time) so I called in advance to see if they had apt when I got off which was around 5 they said yes so when I showed it was relatively empty for a weekday which was nice but when I got there I told them I had made an appt. They had me sit in a chair, plenty of workers where available but no one helped me for about 15 mins so I just sat there. I took it as maybe the workers who didn't have clients didn't do dip. So I waited and then I think it was the owner but I can't be sure, came to my seat and apologized for the wait. I said no prob and she put the foils on my fingers to start soaking them. Since I had to wait a min she went and did other work. However this is were it went wrong, as I waited people started showing up and she was taking them. I think they were regulars cause she knew them by name. I waited 10, then 20, then 30 mins with foils still on my hands. I started to look around and I see where she was and she started the regular client full mani and pedi and there was still workers in there with no clients. I was confused and honestly shocked that she just let me sit there with these foils on for so long. Like I said it was a rather long day at work and I just wanted to go home. I'm ashamed to admit but I started crying not cause of pain or anything but I felt just neglected and I wanted to go home. I did it discreetly so I do think they noticed I was tearing up. I understand it wasn't their fault about my long day but at the 40 min mark and still no one had come to help me I decided I was going to give them 5 more mins and just take the foil off myself and leave. At about 43 mins she came and said sorry and ended up doing my nails. I haven't gone back since and probably won't. I understand if they were busy or short staffed but neither was the case. I didn't get angry or yell or actually tell them anything at the time. I paid for my services and left. I am just writing my experience and hope they do better read more

I went a couple of times. The first time I walked in, there was probably only 1 other customer. All the techs were relaxing on the pedi chairs looking at their phones. That should've been my first clue. I went in fir a fill and hombre gel french tip. I didn't think he knew what I was asking for. So I fit a regular french tip. I wasn't happy with how thick my nails turned out at the base. On the 2nd visit, i was given to the same male tech again I asked for an hombre french gel manicure. I was talked into getting a full set. I got a pedi with it. I was told that my nails were too thick by the same tech that made them that way. It took forever to have my old set taken off because he did it the old way, soaking and clipping, soaking and clipping instead of filing with the sander. I felt bad for the lady sitting in the next chair because as he was clipping the acrylic off my nails. some of the clipping shot over onto her. The process took so long, I was getting sleepy. I just wanted to be finished so I could leave. I won't be returning I wish I would've taken a picture, they didn't look natural at all. Again he left the base of each nail too thick. I had previous surgery on my toe nails and she helped clean them to a shine. Not only that, I have super small nails but she made sure to get all of them painted. She's super sweet when it comes to customer care as well, definitely ask for her! Dong: I love Dong so much! He always gets his work ON POINT. He's done every special event nail for me, including my wedding nails. They always last a long time, he makes sure to get them perfectly. Today I asked for a french tip with a thinner white line on the top, and he did just that. The application looked heavenly, like I could've honestly asked for him to top it with gel and been on my way.. (that's how amazing it was). Anyways, he's always very generous and polite. This review is long overdue so buckle up. I had gotten a gel manicure and decided on a light pink gel polish. Two days after the service I noticed yellow splotches on all my nails. I showed my friend and she was surprised and suggested I give the nail salon a call to fix the polish. I decided to go in person later that week to inquire about my nails. It was an older woman who helped me. She's there pretty often and I'm assuming she's related to the manager/owner, Michelle. She saw my nails but didn't say anything other than guide me to a chair. I was on my lunch break at the time and couldn't stay to get my polish changed so I asked if I could come in another day and she said it was fine. She gave me no other details or information. I went in a week later (totally my fault) to ask about a polish change due to the yellow splotches and change in color. I explained the situation and the staff kept looking at me, exchanging looks to one another and proceeded to whisper. Two women looked at my nails and asked me to sit. One of the ladies kept asking who I spoke to previously and I explained. She goes on to call the manager and has me speak to her over the phone. Which was a very odd thing to do but okay. The original lady who did my nails redid my polish. She went on to gaslight me saying that I chose the current polish and that they have color changing nail polishes which is what I chose. I was so confused. I asked her to show me where the color changing nail polishes were and she says they're all mixed in with the others. Which makes absolutely no sense but sure ma'am. She kept rambling about how the polish wasn't bad looking and that's how it's supposed to look. This nail salon has been going down for a while and the high staff turnover is proof. The customer service is lacking and the judgement from the staff is in poor taste. And I will never forget when I saw the nail technician with the red hair pull a cuticle remover/nipper from her personal pouch full of money and coins then proceeded to use it on a client. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, and while everything seemed fine at first, the experience quickly turned unpleasant. The technician, Kathy (according to her cart), was rough compared to other places I've been. She accidentally left cotton on a nail, and when I asked her to fix it, she cut too deep into my cuticles, causing one finger to bleed. I'm not sure if it was done intentionally or accidentally. After leaving, I realized all my fingers were sore and bleeding at the sides. It's been hours, and they're still burning. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been coming here since opening day. To make a long story short, I want to start by saying that this place is not terrible. They are great with pedicures, and gel manicures. However, when it comes to nail enhancements this place is not it. Every time I come here with something I would consider simple or a nail technician, it's seems only a couple of the technicians are willing/able to accomplish what I show them. I always have a picture or several pictures. They always go in heavy with the dip. This last time they went in with 7 layers. I asked to speak to Michelle and she insisted on fixing the terrible work. I spent 3 hours getting a gel pedicure and french chrome dip nails. The technician good not get it right and Michelle kept coming over to show her/tell her what needed to be done. She would use her tools on my nails while also working on another clients nails. This is my biggest NO when it comes to nail salons. I still paid full price $110 for both. I was offered an apology and this really left a bad taste in my mouth considering I am a loyal customer that has been coming here for years. I bring my mom here and my daughter. I wanted to cry with my last experience but I left with my head held high and will not be coming back. The technicians need better training. read more

Got a mani and pedi done here with my sister and sister in law. Made an appt through YELP for the next day and was accepted within 5-10min. Service seemed promising which it was til the very end. Chose this place over another because of the $5 off for first timers and because my go to nail salon was all booked. When we were checking out we told them about the $5 off deal. They knew about it but no one knew how to deal with it so they called their manager, Michelle. Upon use, typically the check-in deal pops on the screen (we all know that) but it didn't, so it lead us to believe that the check-in deal was setup wrong which we were trying to tell Michelle over FaceTime but she insisted it works and that other clients have used it. We had to FaceTime and show her our screens and she kept telling us we had to be signed in our own account, etc,etc. I understand other clients have used it but the fact she was talking to us as if we were stupid and didn't know anything rubbed us all the wrong way. In the end, we had to quickly write a review so we can get the discount. I was on the fence on giving this place 3 stars but most of the nail techs here are pretty good so didn't want to rate them poorly because of one crappy encounter. Wish I got both my nail techs names , they did a good job as they paid attention to detail and were super nice and apologetic for their manager. read more

Just the fact that as a client you take the time to make an appointment after having to experience a walk in and not being attended because they were busy an hour before closing. && once you make an apt and show up they still don't honor the whole "having an appointment" ....awful.
