i would give zerrro stars if possible!!! this place is old, dirty, expensive and out dated!!! if the previous statement was not bad enough, the staff is very rude! there are so many nail shops, do not waste your time here. i went in to get one broken nail fixed. the lady said they were busy to come back in 30 minutes. i came back 28 minutes later waited an additional 20 minutes them she said she was going to charge $7.00 to fix 1 broken nail without polish because i was planning on coming back and getting a fill tomorrow. a regular fill with no polish or gel for $40.00??? my usual nail place charges $45 for a fill with gel polish and $3.00 for a broken nail! i guess i will continue to drive to south county instead. i wanted to support local business, but i will not support a place that treats customers so poorly. read more

I have been coming here for over 15 years and if I didn't move so far away I would still be here every other week. I get to come once every two or three months but when I get my manicure and pedicure plus facial it's like coming home. Love this place because they treat me like family. read more

First, this place is a little over rated. I've listed out some pros and cons of this salon. PROS: * They are very friendly * They try very hard to keep their place and instruments clean. * They don't rush * They don't talk on their phone or talk much to each other. * The "spa" mani/pedi is $3.00 more and was very nice. * Prices are very good and cheap. CONS: * They don't have callous remover. I have bad heels so this is important to me. * Their spa chairs are probably the original ones ever invented. They lack the "massage", they don't recline, and it has a short back. When she turns off the jets, it turns off your massage chair that only vibrates. * They don't know how to "buff" nails. They have the old fashion buffering tool with the paste which would not be bad if they hadn't hurt me with buffering some of my skin off. * Absolutely no atmosphere and the pictures are ancient along with the paint and the McGyver electric chords every where. * Bathroom is disgusting! NOTES: Please note that I didn't leave completely disappointed and was not a 100% satisfied with my services. Here is what I got:a "Spa Mani/Ped" and "Buffed Finger Nails." I just moved to Anaheim and needed to find a good nail salon. This one was not too far from where I live, so I decided to give it a try. I came right after they opened so I didn't have to wait, and the ladies working were very friendly. Great foot and hand massage for the mani-ped, both of which were $20 all together. I'm used to paying $20 for the pedicure alone, so that was amazing to me. The only complaint I think I could think of was that the nail polish selection wasn't too big, but it wasn't horrible. But other than that, the place is great! And for the price and service, I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Went a couple weeks ago for a pedicure and was really let down. I got a lady who was a little older, with permed curly/wavy hair. She might have had glasses, but I can't remember for sure, sorry. Anyway, this lady did a really crappy job on my pedicure. She cut the sides of my big toenails even though I tried to ask her politely not to, and she cut it really deep. It was painful and sure enough both toes ended up with an ingrown nail in a few days. She was sloppy with the nail polish and got bits around the nail that I had to fix myself at home, as well as a big bubble in the clear base coat in the corner of my big toe that looked hideous. I asked her if she could fix it and she told me it was fine. I don't like it when people do that to me! It's not fine! Do a good job or fix it! I had asked for a flower design on my big toes and I showed her which one. She didnt even look, just said "Okay, sure." When she started, I could see that she wasn't painting the one I'd picked, and I really timidly showed her the plastic nails again. "It's this one right here, right? It's flowers on a tree branch?" She brushed me off again and when she was done instead of the two tiny plum flowers on a tree I'd paid the extra fiver for, I was looking down at my sloppy, gobby toes which sported one hibiscus-like flower with a curly line. I was unhappy and wanted to ask for them to be redone, but the lady who seems to be in charge here, who always does a good job and is usually the one who does most of the talking-- she had her hands full at the moment with a reeeeeally weird and loud older lady who had a major attitude because she had had to wait a few minutes (heaven forbid!). So try as I might, I couldn't catch her attention to show her I was not okay with my nails. I usually feel so intimidated in salons anyway. I chickened out, clammed up instead of making a scene, and just left (had already paid). I removed my polish at home. I wasted my time and money, and those ingrown toenails were not fun. I have been coming to this salon since I moved out here in 2008. The women who run the place are so flexible and courteous, I really feel comfortable getting to know them and letting them get to know me as their loyal customer. They stay open later than they should alot of times for their loyal customers, they communicate clearly and effectively, remember you even if its been a month or so since you have been there. They keep all of their tools clean and are always making improvements to the salon. They offer water or hot tea while you are being serviced, never hike up their prices unexpectedly or at all should I say. They don't bicker among each other, they don't gossip about their customers in front of customers. They work in a timely fashion and if unable are not afraid to say so. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done. My girls and their friends are regulars there too and they don't charge an arm and a leg to paint a little girls fingernails so she can join in on the pampering with mom too! If its medical issues with an ingrown they can accommodate. If you have children and need to come in they can accommodate. If you are in a rush and not walking in to a substantially large group of waiting customers they will accommodate. They also offer gift certificates which my daughters and I get from their dad every birthday and Valentines. I guess that's why family men may like this place too! The staff remember the services they regularly provide for me which makes it easier for my babe to know how much to make the certificate for. Wow! Talk about feeling appreciated and valued as not only a customer but an individual. read more

There is never a time when she is not smiling or striking up an interesting conversation with me. The pedicures are nice as well and I like having multiple colors to choose from. I like this place even though they don't have a good reviews. I moved to Anaheim about a year and a half ago. This place is close by, so I decided to try. I did my Brazilian waxing here and I really liked. The girl was very careful, was asking all the time whether it is hot or not so she does not burn my skin. After a year I also tried their pedicure. I love their prices and their services. I was thoroughly unimpressed with this place. We went in on a Tuesday afternoon (before school let out) there were two people already being served and only 3 people working. They said we would have about a 15 min wait. 35 min later they took my friend and started working on her. While getting her nails done the lady cut her cuticles so close she was actually bleeding. I have no tolerance for that so when she was done we just left. Found a place up the street same price and much cleaner. The location is a little run down. read more

BUT I hate how long you have to wait. They are always busy and be prepared to spend 2 hours. 1 hour and 30 mins waiting and 30mins actually getting something done. Started off fine then I told the lady working in my nails that I wanted them thinner she got a attitude & started taking to the lady doing my pedi. Which was Extremely uncomfortable!! I had to put my feet in cold ass water they brought over in a bucket and then had to turn my body forward then had to leave my hands all the way to the left for the lady working in my nails... During my pedi the lady cut a chunk of skin off the side off my toe so I was bleeding! This was the worst service I've ever had wont be going back! read more

This was my 2nd visit and much better this time around. I got a full set done by Cathy and she did a really great job. She really took her time and is very attentive to detail, which is very important to me :) I also got a pedicure and I didn't get the girl's name but she did a great job as well... my feet feel soft and clean and the nail paint job was done very well too. Very glad I found this place and the prices are very reasonable! Oh and the nail polish from last time lasted quite a long time so that's a plus! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because last time I got a pedicure and it was an older lady and she pulled a hangnail out wrong and it was sore and got infected :( But I think everyone deserves a 2nd chance and maybe that lady should retire. lol read more

Wax jobs are awesome, Just had my NAIL HORROR STORY (10 n 10 salon in Fullerton) fixed. It's been a week and no lifting, clean, precise work done exactly as I had asked. I called about 45 minutes ahead to make sure they could fit me in within my timeframe. They said no problem. Was a tad disappointed that I sat for about 20 minutes soaking the old gel off of my nails when it was clearly coming off prior to that. Overall the manicure was done well and the polish and filing etc were to my satisfaction and I'm picky about my nails. The only thing I would've changed was to have the lotion/hot towels and massage after the gel manicure. After the gel they use acetone to shine up the nails which is normal but it leaves your fingers feeling rough which completely defeats the purpose of all the excessive amounts of lotion she used to massage my hands prior to the gel being applied. If there is a reason for this I'm unaware and would prefer it to have been the other way around. However with that being said I still liked the outcome of the manicure and would come back again. read more

I lived in Anaheim for quite some time and found this place near by. It is the best place ive been to so far. I moved and continue to make the drive out there. I usually just get a wax. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I came to get french tip acrylic nails the Thursday before my wedding and the last thing I needed was added stress. A couple hours after I left the salon my nails turned yellow!! I return the following Saturday and when I told them what had occured, the lady said "sometimes they turn yellow sometimes they don't" and could not guarantee that they wouldn't turn yellow again once she removed and reapplied the clear coat. That of course, was not what I wanted to hear. read more

No stars wouldnt let me continue unless i did atleast one star. Very unsanitary. Very unproffesional. Not paying attention at all whats so ever. I went for a mani pedi and I got work done that my little niece couldve done. Did not clean my feet before putting my nail polish on. Nail polish was put on sloppy. Charged you 2$ more to cut ur nails. Asked me to turn and put my feet up on her stool when wasnt ready ( did not have a towel set up for me to put my feet up). Asked me to remove my socks while having lotiony hands wet hands. So upset. Asked me to wash my hands and expect to walk barefoot on thier very visible dirty floors. On top of it everyone wasnt paying attention to thier job everybody was watching a drama show they couldnt keep thier eyes off. Never again will i return. Who has approved to this!!! read more
