Hannah did a WONDERFUL job on my nails. I asked for this swirly black design and she was very particular and so was Jasmine for my gel pedicure. I'm gonna shout out jasmine in particular because it's so incredibly hard to find someone who does a great job on my feet. So many people screw up my feet and I see leftover polish around the cuticle and I ask them to fix it.. it's just a whole thing. I'm honestly never satisfied with my pedicures and Jasmine was the honest first person who did such a great job that I actually love how my feet look. To Hannah and Jasmine thank you for such a great job. I got my nails done here for the first time with Annie in January for a red nail job and she also did amazing. I give a 4 star for 2 reasons, one because I just got them done so I wanna see how long they hold up and because of the extra fees being the removal and design fees. They did try to explain the removal fee to me, I've just never paid for that before and they said next time it wouldn't be a charge so if that's the case, awesome. The design fee wasn't explained to me which is my fault, but I'd love if nail salons were honest about all of that especially in this economy. Just me being honest, I'm all about everything being straight forward, so that just bugged me a bit. Besides some of the fee prices, the place itself is super cute, I love how organized and streamlined it is, their nail techs Annie, Hannah and Jasmine are great. 2nd time here and honestly my 1st experience was great so i came back, my 2nd time here was terrible i didnt get my nails done by the sams girl i did the first time because i didn't get her name but this time i got them done by a different girl i don't know if she was new or not understandable my first time here annie did my nails she did a great job i showed her my inspo and did them exactly the same, this time again terrible just by the way she applied them! I got gel x she applied so much glue as she was curing them with the blue light it was burning my nails so bad i dont know if it was because she added so much glue after i told her i wanted c curve in the tip i showed her my inspo picture and she still didn't get it the nails were crooked and at this point i was getting frustrated i told her i could wait for the girl that did my nails the 1st time but she was with a costumer but i told her i didn't mind waiting its understandable she said okay and she kept giggling which is fine because there not paying for my nails! The girl that did my nails the first time showed her how to do them she did 1 nails and she got it right away i said yeah like that so the girl said oooh but she kept getting them wrong So another girl helped me out i dont know if shes the one in charge but like i said i didnt mind waiting for the girl that helped me the 1st time ( annie ) who i wanted i wont be back due to lack of bad service from the other girls! I got light beige overlay When i wanted pink like the inspo picture! I paid 80$ +tip thats fine but once i left i went to another nail salon and i got them removed too much glue they felt really thick! Other nail salon said they damaged my nail beds ill upload pictures! With inspo pic durning and after and when i got them removed you could see how the glue burned my actual nail The girl that finished my nails at this salon said Gel x isnt for c curve because gel x is more natural but why would they tell me that once your almost done with my nails why didn't they tell me that in the beginning of a recommendation I would've got something else but she said when she was almost done so no i wont be back read more

I had requested a certain style of nail (think 90's curved nails) and Chloe was able to create them and then refill them to perfection. She also gave me a heads up on another technician that is great at the "oldie" style of nails, in case she is not available. I had Jasmine doing my pedicure and she was terrific. I came here for a pedicure and June was great. She was very friendly and the service took a little less than a hour. If you pay with cash it's slightly cheaper than with card. The interior is spacious and open -- a peaceful place to get your nails done. I went in to get my nails filled and I had French tips and after she added the acrylic I asked if we could just clear coat it because I liked the color and how natural it was and the nail artist told me "it will look weird" which kinda off put me because I felt pressured into just letting her do whatever she wanted. Right as I was paying I noticed the polish was already peeling and chipping so I asked if they could fix it before I left. After fixing it I left and noticed majority of my nails were already peeling so I called and they told me to come in a few hours later. I come in again and she redoes the top coat in my nails and says "this happens sometimes" and the French tips were all different and my nails continues to peel and chip later that night. Before I left she told me she was 90% sure they will stay on and if they didn't she said "sometimes it just happens"...honestly I'm very disappointed that I paid 65 for a fill, had to get it fixed multiple times, and then proceeded to not even give me a partial refund or anything. read more

Avoid this place!!! I came in for a builder gel fill ( foreign fill) my design was a cat eye with two hearts, obviously I asked before I came in how much this would be and I was told it would be starting off $70. Before we started the whole process I again asked how much it would be and Chole told me the design was going to be $24, as she was telling me this she started to drill off the gel that I have on my nails and didn't say anything else about the price. I then ask how much it would be total, chole then said 55 for the builder gel which was fine but then she said "$- for cutting and $- for shaping".... I cannot remember the exact price but if I remember correctly it was going to be $15 total.... I then stopped Chole when she started talking about charging me for shaping and cutting... I asked her if she charged me for cutting and shaping and she said yes and I said I'll just go somewhere else. In my mind cutting and shaping should already be part of the builder gel service... Chole then gave me attitude and said she tells the clients before hand what the cost of the service is and I then told her she was charging unreasonable prices. I've been here one time before and I never paid for shaping or cutting and any other salon you go to you don't pay for that since it's part of the manicure service. Mind you this was all on my natural nails so there was not need for extension tips!! This salon is just money hungry I would avoid at all costs!!! read more

I've been trying out a few places around Yorba Linda and Anaheim and I finally found my place. First off the salon is very clean and inviting. All staff are super friendly and the nail tech that did my nails certainly didn't upsell me and recommended what was best for my nail condition. She took her time and had amazing attention to detail.
