This was my first time here. Worst place that I ever been to! Very disappointed. They have a sign that says they are not responsible for any cuts or bleeding and that they dont cut ingrowns but they still did it anyway and I didnt see the sign until after they did it without even asking me. The pedicure was kind of rough because of the cutting part. I bled on 2 toenails and right now one of them chipped off and the other one looks like its getting infected and it hurts. I even tipped and was still nice anyway even tho the pedicure didnt look the best because thats how I am as a good person but this is my first time ever at a salon that my nail is getting infected filled with pus and blood and tomorrow is my baby shower

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. The photos speak for themselves my nails were not cleaned properly before polish was applied, and you can clearly see debris and uneven prep left behind. The polish was already chipped within days, and what's worse, it was intentionally painted far from the cuticle so it would look "grown out" immediately. It honestly feels like corners were cut on purpose. The shaping is uneven, the application is sloppy, and the finish looks rushed and unprofessional. For the price paid, this level of hygiene and quality is unacceptable. I shouldn't leave a nail appointment feeling like I need to book another one somewhere else to fix it. I would not recommend based on this experience. Cleanliness, proper prep, and attention to detail should be the bare minimum.

I have had my regular pedicure lady for years, but she was on vacation and just thought I tried a place near home. I ended up at Dr nails & spa, and I'm glad I did. My experience with Anni was amazing, even though I'm religious about my pedicures I get a lot of skin on my toes and places usually don't go out of the way to get it all out, but Anni did without even having to ask her. She also did a quick French on my nails, that came out spectacular. Thank you Anni, will be back :)

I will say they were not upfront about how much gel costs and price are not written clearly on a board, they had pamphlets, but I did not see the gel up charge ($12). But they were great and we enjoyed kickstarting my husband's birthday week and our babymoon! It is a small place but super well organized and set up! I would definitely come again. They did take Groupons which helped offset the cost. Hello: back again after only a week, 3 nails were loose and came off. I did not want gel on my acrylic for this exact reason... I am happy they looked good for my vacation, but unfortunately they did not last for the regular amount of time.

I had THE best experience at Dr. Nails & Spa! Polly did my nails with such extreme attention to detail. She cares about her clients satisfaction and quality of her work. Wendy did my eyebrows and she was precise and professional. I'm very impressed by these ladies and this place overall. Will definitely be back.

Really wish they would tell me how long I had to wait before waiting. Went somewhere else and dip powder never chipped definitely something with the formula they are using.

My whole experience was great. From walking in they welcomed me and were so polite. I got Gel x nails and a pedicure, both perfect! They really care about the quality of your nails and experience! 10/10 this is my new nail spot!

The shop has a third world feel and the vibe is cheap even if their prices are not. I got a pedicure and it was just okay. The service was rushed. It was noisy too and they leave the main door open even if the store is right next to a main street and a gas station with so many cars passing. They have limited parking too. Not sure why people give them 5 stars. read more

I have had my regular pedicure lady for years, but she was on vacation and just thought I tried a place near home. I ended up at Dr nails & spa, and I'm glad I did. My experience with Anni was amazing, even though I'm religious about my pedicures I get a lot of skin on my toes and places usually don't go out of the way to get it all out, but Anni did without even having to ask her. Please please please consider giving this place a visit for all your mani pedi needs. It's a cute charming and welcoming salon with filled with the kindest and hardest workers who really work their best to make sure all their guests are satisfied! I came in on a whim for a pedicure and Polly made me feel so relaxed right away! She went to work at my feet and gave me a clean and thorough pedicure (BELIEVE ME, very much needed with the state my feet were in) with a beautiful square shape! I went to take my daughter here and this place was rude and told us to wait when they were only working on one person. I asked for a pedicure and they were using old tools that they used on someone else because it wasn't in packaging. They were grabbed from the cart. The establishment is also very dirty and dusty. I wouldn't recommend. read more

I took my wife here to get her nails done for first time during there grand opening. Got 20% off on nails and I got a foot message. It was pretty good , very relaxing. My wife loved it. Staff was nice and place was very clean. Will come back again. They even gave us a raffle ticket for the an ipad.. think the promotion is still going on. read more

I went to get my nails done here and I was seated right away but anything I would ask them to do, they wouldn't listen to me. Also I used google translate to see what they were talking about and they would make fun of me because of the colors I wanted on my toes and they said how ugly. They also made fun of the way I dressed! I'm a Hispanic woman and these people were very racist! Also they weren't very clean! The bowls that you put your feet in looked like dirty water. And there was bugs on the floor! I will never come back and I would tell everyone to not come here! read more

I paid $80 for a medium square set on 12/13 with white tips and they came out beautiful but during the service I felt they were a bit rough, I was cut multiple times by the drill. Then while my nails were being filed by the hand file I felt as if she was aggressive with it as I kept saying "ow" and she still kept going by the next day my pinky nail had started lifting. Then by 12/17 my left middle finger nail chipped. I've been getting my nails done for about 10 years now and I've only had nails chipped from those who use cheaper product. I wouldn't come back and I don't recommend. read more

Highly recommended!!! Kim always does an amazing job on my nails every time. She knows exactly what I want. She's very detailed and makes sure it comes out exactly like any picture I show her. I have done acrylic and gel x nails in coffin and almond shape. Both times came out beautifully. She's able to do any kind of nails or shape you want. They are also so nice and friendly. This is the first nail salon that I've been to where I felt so welcome and had a real sense of community. I came in and had to wait a little bit but I was served a delicious glass of wine while I waited, so that is always welcome. Once I had my appointment ready, I was so pleased with how much I could talk to my nail tech. Her name was Polly. It's so refreshing to be able to have a full-blown conversation with my nail tech instead of just staring at my phone in silence, she did an excellent job And I would definitely come back again. I recommend everyone come and check out this new nail salon. read more

I have been going to nail salons for well over 30 years. This salon is clean and opens on time. My appointment is confirmed online and they are ready for me when I arrive. They remember my name as well as my daughters. Pricing is unheard of ... in my opinion it is a GREAT VALUE. We Always receive great service, perfect color and a welcoming smile. read more

Christmas was right around the corner, and I was in need to go to another Shop that was closer to home. I decided to try this place out and Im glad that I did! Kim was my nail tech, and she did such an amazing job. I showed her a photo of the nail color i wanted and they didn't have it. But Ms. Kim did her thing mixed a few colors and gave me exactly that. I would even bring my husband and son since he was 6 to get family pedicures which we cut out once we realized they have "princess pedicures" for kids under 12 ( which is just a cheaper pedicure as they are smaller) but have been charging us full price anyway (for years!). They also began being very rude and giving attitude for scrolling on my ipad (I read my homework while I wait) after drying my nails of course as if I am going to scroll with the top of my nails The last straw was when I went in tonight an hour before they closed. A little close I know but usually if all I get is a set im in and out within an hr maybe an hr and a half and I will tip well for good service, always. I had a simple nail design (I will share a pic of what I asked for and what I got) and it took from start to finish 3 hours! Which would be excusable if I had a complex design and they got it RIGHT. I left after 3 hours wondering why my nails looked like a 4 year old did them and still got charged a full $65 for this horrendous waste of time. Will never return even after 7 years of being loyal.

This is definitely going for luxe nail experience as they offer a drink. I ended up getting a vietnamese coffee (BOMB by the way) and they were nice enough to get my husband one too as he was just accompanying me on this visit. PARKING: They have a tiny lot with a few spots for free. I got lucky to snag one of those. SUNRISE PEDICURE: This pedicure included a mineral bath, tropical scrub, extra callus reduction, mineral mask, and a 5 minute massage using the following ingredients-milk, epsom, sea salt, turbinado sugar, orange, avocado, and minerals. For $49, I did not find this worth it sadly. Yes, the ingredients are fresh and curated in house. However, I was disappointed by the callus reduction (did not see any of a difference) and the scrub/massage was very quick and short. I did appreciate how they allowed me to "try" two different shades on my toes to help me decide between two colors. GEL MANICURE: $40 My manicure was okay too. I had to remind them of a few spots to touch up (didn't go to the edge and left a gap of naked nail 2x). I also had to make them aware that there was a small string of hair that got on my nails, which they helped me remove. Overall not a bad manicure, but just wished they were more attentive to details. For frequent visitors, they offer slight discount when paying with cash and have stamp card for $10 off after 10 sessions.

I buy Disney gift cards at target with my target card for 5% off and the grand California hotel valet parking (normally $75) is complimentary with $125 or $175 service (no tram or walking). The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it.
