Where do I start. First experience was fantastic. Went in on a Wednesday was not busy waited 15 minutes for a mani pedi, loved every second. Second experience, i brought in my bestie and lil sister. It was packed, he said come back in an hour. So we did, to only still wait another 20. My mani lady rushed through all of it, my besties mani tech cut her multiple time and sister said the lady was rushing and burned her will the drill multiple times. Third experience: I decided to try one more time. I got a full set which was 3 days ago and all of the gel has peeled on almost every finger, the shape is horrible, they are all different. Definitely another rush job. My pedicure was the lady that cut my friend. My toe has been swollen and raw from how bad she cut me and continues to bleed. And on top of this, their prices change every time!!! It was cheap the first time, second time 5 weeks later went up $7 and this time (also 5 weeks later) went up almost $14 dollars. All in all, I say go else where. They rush trying to get as many as they can get in. Prices are never the same and they always seem to cut you. Sucks cuz I just moved to this area and was so stoked to find a place for it to only be a let down. read more

I came in for a gel pedicure. The lady was done in less than an hour, and I have a lot of cuticle on my nails when the normal place I go on there at least an hour and a half. I usually pay less, but I decided to give the place a try and I'm not impressed at all. The lady didn't understand me. I wanted to like this place as they were friendly. I went in to get a pedi and a full set. I asked for nude acrylic and drawn French tip. The application of the acrylic was messy. They did not clean up the cuticle area and now it's itchy and red. There some acrylic that's on my skin. There was also a lot of glue residue on my fingers all of them. My toes also feel like they left gel near my cuticle area. 80 bucks read more

I never write bad reviews but I feel so bad for bringing my friend that's on vacation here and gave him a bad experience so here we go. Me and my friend went there walk-in, we were still thinking about whether to get it done here but they told us they have open seats so we decided to just stay. They told us CONFIDENTLY they do chrome nails so my friend went ahead and started. 1. Buffing,filing, and cuticle cleanse stage, my friends nails were already bleeding. (You can see the blood on the pictures). He said it hurts but the lady was just smiling. 2. She was asking how to do chrome to the other staff then once she started, she started rubbing the chrome on with her fingers, all over his hand (I worked at a nail supplier so trust me I know how it works) but again she's just smiling. 3. Ends up all bumpy, still can see the base coat, bloody and just...horrible. Still smiling. Then she asked for help from a different nail tech, they took off the whole gel, drilled my friends nails, had him wash his hands, and started allll over (Which still didn't look pretty and his fingers hurt like hell). It took 2 hours just for chrome nails. THEN they said they will take off the chrome price (extra$10) out of $37 only but like really? If they sincerely apologized for the whole mess we would of payed but they didn't even apologize and were just laughing and sugar coating everything. They also had the audacity to say "the nail tech that went in to help had customers waiting" like that is NOT our problem, if they didn't mess up the first time that would of not happened. I put down a $20 and left. I even feel like that's too much. Never again. Edit: a little "sorry about that" from the manager doesn't count as a sincere apology, and the final discount was unwillingly and reluctant. And saying "it happens" is so sad, I hope nobody has to bleed out like this. read more

I don't remember if I left a review already because I love this place. I always get my nails done by Kelly. She is the best! She does powdered dip on my nails and my nails are naturally long and healthy now thanks to her. When I go in to remove my set she is gentle on my nails. When she is done they are nice and thin. They look really natural and elegant. Been coming her for about a year. Not looking for a new place any time soon. It's gets really busy in the afternoons I would suggest making an appointment or going in the morning on a week day. The business owner is really sweet as well. Sandy, Laney, Holly, Sam and all of the manicurist are booked. They have many repeat customers and walk-ins are welcome. Many people complement me on how great my nails look. I have a dip manicure. I really wanted to like this place drove from Brea to this location in orange because my friend comes here's but I definitely didn't get the quality she gets unfortunately. It's been 3 days my nails are cracking and realize the gentleman didn't paint my white top all over all my corner nails are missing white including the top ugh so upset about the quality i got and my pedicure wasn't the greatest either the lady cut my Toe nail to much left an ugly shape.
