Very disappointed with the incompetent nail tech whom I received a poorly pedicure done in less than 10 minutes. She was lacking values & principles, unethical business practice. I paid for the service, courteously tipped her above average even though she didn't deserve it. Didn't get a chance to ask for her name, she had short highlighted hair fairly light skin. There's many pictures of her posted on here, hopefully she's not the owner. I genuinely want to give this salon another try supporting local businesses since it's close to home and my vet. read more

There sign outside says they open at 9:00AM & there sign is lit flashing open, yet no one has come to the front & all lights are off inside. It's 25 minutes past opening & I'm still here. I go to different nail salons based on convenience but always leave disappointed because the nail tech cut me or wasn't as thorough or feeling ripped off because it's just over priced. Royal nail has the sweetest ladies and they've never cut me and are always thorough when doing my mani or pedi! That's such a big plus for me! Today I went in for a pedi and to remove my callouses. Lannie helped me and she was so sweet and kind! I haven't had a pedi in about 4 months and I left with super soft feet! I solely go there for gel pedicures (I get silk nails instead of acrylic), for people complaining about the nail polish chipping off you should choose the better brands of nail polish they have (OPI) or go with Gel you can never go wrong with gel! They always do a fabulous job on my toes! Their service is always on point, the ladies have always been warm and pleasant. They even give you water during pedis. My nail spot, I've been coming to them for over a year and love all the girls and how consistent they r, I always call to set up an appointment because they are always busy. Jenny is the best at gel manicures she takes the time and attention to make it perfect every time all the other girls are amazing too and they are always friendly I love that they remember me and always ask how my kids are doing. My daughter 8yrs old loves to come with me too and they never mind pampering her she gets her nails done and always likes to do the spa pedicure on the message chairs. I'm visiting from San Diego but my mom and sister come all the time. I got a pedicure with callus treatment and it was great. Susan spent 25 minutes from start to finish and it was so relaxing. The chair was comfy the water was perfect and the staff was friendly and made conversation a lot. They even were able to work on me my sister and mom at the same time. Ample parking, they accept Visa Amex and MasterCard. I didn't see any prices listed so ask before hand how much stuff costs if that's a worry of yours. We all know how good these ladies are at up selling the basic $15 pedicure to something more :) in my experience, it's always worth it!
