This is the 3rd time I've been here and they never disappoint. They are friendly, fast, and the nails always come out perfect! This was my most recent set, and Jenny killed it!! The seats are comfortable, it's clean, the work is great, and the prices are unbeatable.
What's that saying? "All good things must come to an end"? To start I've been coming here for over 10 years (when they had yellow walls iykyk). I just moved to LA earlier this year so haven't been back here in months. My birthday weekend's coming up so I decided to drive down bc I know they've always always done a good job. I asked for a simple Gel-X French tip and Gel pedicure. Pedi was perfect. Sophia was lovely and detailed. Kalee gave me a hard time when I pointed out how crooked my gel x was on my thumb upon application. I asked her to redo it and she kept reassuring me she'd make it better. I'm not a nail tech, so I'll let her do what she knows how do. However, during the process she made me put my hand under the uv lamp with just two nails painted and then I had to take it out to tell her they aren't all painted? Whatever. We're trusting the process here. We finish and MAYBE things have changed but she didn't moisture my hands. I've usually had this done alone with a light massage? I had to ask for lotion and she just squirted in my hand and said thank you. At this point I accepted the service was just subpar today. We all have bad days. I left the salon and took a closer look and was so, so disappointed. What happened to the salon I loved and referred so many friends & family too? This has actually been the worse manicure of my life Sloppy, uneven, gaps with my real nails, polish everywhere. I'm so sad because these were supposed to be my birthday nails, I drove over an hour, AND I had high hopes. Quality has gone down tremendously. A sign to find a salon closer to home in LA :(((

I came in w my friend around 6pm and asked for a design that I was worried might be too complex. But LINDA did such an amazing job and even stayed after hours to make sure my nails looked perfect. I love LINDA and love this place so much!!
The ladies who did our nails were so sweet. The owner is super sassy. I asked if I could have some water, she said to ask the employees doing our nails. I just wanted to see her response. My mom owned two nail shops in Costa Mesa. My step mother in law owned two nail shops in Newport Beach. My other mother in law owned two nail two nails in Ohio. My cousin own two in Chicago. This is not how you respond to customers. Super rude owner. She is also rude to her staff. Be kind!!
Had the best time here ! They were so quick and efficient and such a fun and full space. Amy was awesome and did a beautiful job on my nails !
Michelle Michelle Michelle !!! She is amazing ! So I'm extremely , the most annoying , sick , PICKY with my nails . I will always find something wrong with the shape , how one nail is slightly longer than the other one , how the French is off by a centimeter , I'm really bad . Walked into Pro Nails & Spa and Michelle gave me exactly what I wanted and everything is on point !!! She is very nice , she listens to what u want , her quality of work is excellent . The place is nice , clean , the vibe is so calming , welcoming . I truly recommend this place and Michelle . Thank you so so so so much . See you in 2 wks
Price here is unbearable. My set was $60 builder gel with cats eye, chrome tips and design. They haven't been answering the call, but I got lucky that they answered and I was able to book an appointment with Jenny. Sounds like they're starting to accept card as well!
Got gel nails from Amy. She's a nice person. I noticed some of the tips of my nails has too much build up from gel. Hopefully it will last for a week. It was for my vacation. Will report back on how long they lasted
So good, so quick and efficient! I always get seated shorter than the estimated time! They always make sure I'm comfortable and like the quality of work/color I choose. It's so calming and everyone is so friendly. My perfect me time is any time I come into Pro Nails! Happy to say I've been coming here for 10 years. :)
Nancy was great- she did my manicure and pedicure. The prices are amazing too- $25 for mani and $25 for pedicure gel. I would definitely come back. The only downside is the wait but they are proactive in bringing customers in once a seat is available. I came in with my friend and it was an amazing experience.

Jessica has been doing my nails for months now and I'm always happy with how they turn out. They last me over 3 weeks with no chipping, and my natural nails have grown so much and feel healthier too. I just show her my inspo and she always gets it right! Thank you, Jessica! read more

Highly recommend Pro Nails. If you are looking for someone who can do details or can't think of a design, Jenny is one of the best nail artist out there she not only is talented but works in a timely matter without feeling like you've been there for hours. My daughter can always just show up with the design and Jenny nails it every time. I will forever go to Pro Nails and go to Jenny. read more

Came here again to have a relaxing mani pedi and was shocked by how Jenny did my nails. They came out sloppy and rushed. Will never go back here again and wishing I could get a refund on these nails. read more
Shop is located in the plaza with Smart and Final. Lots of parking but it gets packed infront. Came in for a quick pedi. It took about 45 minutes. $20 for regular pedi and $5 for gel color removal. They have a huge color selection. The colors are organized in a nice booklet at the front now instead of those rings. I saw the dip pricing is a little cheaper than other places so might come back to see how they do. read more

Linda did an amazing job perfectly recreating my inspiration; I'd even say she made it better. She was nice and super quick too. It was a super busy Thursday afternoon, and because they don't do acrylics when it's that busy, I opted for Gel X. The salon also typically doesn't pick up the phone for appointments. A Gel X set with multiple designs and plain gel toes came out to $95. That's a great deal! read more

Best of the best JENNY. This is the place to go when you need to get your nails done. Not only are the ladies sweet but the designs are A+. I love crazy & intricate designs but never have the 3-4hrs it takes to do these styles. Thank goodness I have someone like Jenny to help me achieve the look I'm going for. Go for Jenny for Gel-X. Go for Lisa for pedicures. Besides that, they have lots of TVs on, music playing & offer water if you need it. Very cute & vibey! read more

Never coming back. I've been to this place two other times and I've had somewhat pleasant experiences. Not to mention I believe we're pretty generous with our tip as well. They are busy because they have low prices. They NEVER pick up the phone. We try to call for an appointment for Saturday starting on Thursday and no one picked up the phone. They finally pick up on Friday and the call lasted for 39 seconds. We booked the appointment. Comes the day, we arrive the receptionist says our name is not on the appointment so we will have to wait. The lady insisted that it is our fault that our name isn't on the appointment. She said that she understands we called, but our name is not on the appointment, so she cannot get us in for our appointment time. She started to raise her voice and walked away without a solution. I did not mind if we had to wait 30 mins as they were busy, but she had tried to blame us for not having our name on their appointment book. It does not make sense as to why we have to suffer the consequences of their unprofessionalism. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a walk in appointment and when I askef for square nails the artist said she didnt have square, I told her it was okay but I didnt want another shape so I would leave, she went to the back grabbed some nails and told me they were square and to stay, After shaping I realized they got really skinny from the base and some were crooked, she told me they wherent and they switched the artist. when it was decided to remove the nails the new artist barely took them off and called it a day, I had to bite my nails to show her that there was still unremoved nail to have her continue, they didnt charge me which I appreciate but my nails were left in horrible condition. read more
linda and helen helped me & were both AMAZING!! it was my first time getting my nails done ever, and i felt so assured with them, i knew they were going to take great care of me! i didn't know what i wanted initially, but they were so helpful and as a really indecisive person, i'm glad to take suggestions & i'm happy i did! helen did amazing prepping me for my pedicure & manicure. and linda did so amazing as you can see for yourself! i am so in love with my nails, she added a beautiful flower when she learned i was getting my nails done for a hawaii trip the salon itself is very clean and tidy & it was quite busy, but there was always someone there to help! i got white gel on my toes and gel-x french tips on my hands, my total was $95 for everything before tips!! will definitely be returning for all my future nail appointments! read more

Regular pedi is 17$ and manicure is 15 but not sure about gel manicure. It said on their price photo that gel only is 15$

Hi Stephanie, I was told they don't pick up the calls for a reason, they don't want to take appts anymore, just walk-ins only. But the owner contradicts herself cuz I hear her checking in appts every time I'm there!
