Pro Nails is by far my favorite nail salon in OC!!! I've lived in quite a few different areas meaning I've been to many salons. Since moving to Costa Mesa, my boyfriend actually found this place for us both to go for a mani/pedi! I've been back myself multiple times because their staff is amazing, and the quality of their services is unmatched. Today- Henry did the BEST set I have EVER had! I was nervous at first because the set I picked was pretty complicated, but he didn't even hesitate to tell me he could do it and helped me pick out all the colors. He worked so quickly and seamlessly. I'm still in shock at how much I love them and how AMAZING his skill set is!!! I'm going to Coachella this weekend and Henry gave me the set of my DREAMS! I've been getting my nails done here for a few months and I really like all the ladies and their services. I think the prices are pretty good. My gel manis and pedis last for a good month (I work an admin/office job). Now, there are customers who are rude. The other day I was there and this customer told one of the techs that she didn't understand her english. She left complaining for a service that was costing $15 (of course, she was wearing a LV bag). So when you read bad reviews for these hard working ladies take the bad reviews with a grain of salt or go somewhere else. read more

I went in for a gel pedicure and left very satisfied! Mai was so gentle and thorough with my service. I appreciate how they had clean implements/tools for every new person who walked in as the FV location uses one file on multiple clients and rushes service. Sometimes when I leave other nail salons, my nails can tens to feel pain due to roughness from the service or over cutting of cuticles/nail bed. I left here feeling fresh and polished pain-free! Everyone here is overall very friendly and this place accepts cash and card as well! Just be wary as parking lot is a bit narrow and small. I came here to get my nails done for my wedding, and my nail technician was Henry. I showed him an inspiration photo of pink ombré nails with white 3D flowers, and he copied it so well. After seeing one of the 3D flowers I asked if I could have all my nails like that but he said it would be too much so he did partial flowers. His expertise in nail design resulted in beautiful nails perfect for my wedding. It took about 1.5 hours, and the price was very reasonable at $89. read more

This nail salon was my go to place for pedicures. Today my experience left me feeling that I'll no longer be returning to this salon. The prices on the pamphlets in store are outdated as well as what the pedicure services include. You pay more and receive less. You are not made aware of the price increase until you check out. The manicure received today was very sloppy and rushed. The man left the nail dip all over the back of the nails. When we were looking at it we were told that we could just wash off. The dip was not evenly coated in all the nail. The color is uneven on the nail as well as the texture. You can also see some of the white powder over the color dip. It was overall very messy work. I wished the man was more careful and had more attention to detail. UPDATE: These nails did not last a week! These are the nails with dip after 5 days. read more

Arrived and was greeted. Alex did my nails (a fill for my set) and design. They look amazing. My old salon was great and very very affordable so I knew wherever I went would cost more, but the pricing here was not a significant increase and honestly the look is 100 times better (even though I have always loved my nails, these look like those stock photos that even when you get it done and it is matched perfectly, you can still tell it was recreated). I would highly recommend this place and plan to make this my new salon! Can't speak for the pedicures yet, but I am sure they do just as good of a job. read more

I came in to get a gel manicure and realized I wanted to extend the tips since my nails were too short. I asked my nail tech twice if she could do it. Even though she said yes and nodded her head, she never did. The color I chose looked different when it was on my nails and I gave it the benefit of the doubt and let her paint on more layers but I can see through the nail polish and still see my nails. She was also rushing with my nails for some reason even though there weren't many customers and clipped my nails jagged and uneven then started scrubbing off my freshly pushed back cuticles with a buffer instead of trimming them. Very disappointing. The staff is very nice but this is the second time I'm dissatisfied. read more
