Super disappointed. Was somewhat hopeful based on the reviews but they did a poor job of not only listening but executing. I asked to get my cuticles to get taken care of, when I called to book the appointment and again when I sat down with the nail tech. I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. This was the last time I will be coming to this nail salon. I keep giving chances because the quality is usually there, but today was ridiculous. I had an appointment for a regular manicure and before the polish was to be applied the lady left me and started another client another receptionist said she would do my polish, which was fine until she left repeatedly to take care of the phones, eat and go to the back of the salon. My nails never dried and they look horrible. I now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed and I paid $48 for nothing!! Bottom line, this salon seems WAY overbooked and mismanaged. Everything about it is stressful, the parking, the hurried nature of everyone that works there. If the owner would like to call me I would be happy to discuss. You need to make changes. read more

I scheduled nail appointments for myself and my daughter and requested a specific technician. When we arrived, I was initially assigned to her, but shortly after, another customer with a booking issue arrived. Despite already starting my nails, I was moved to a different technician without explanation, which felt wrong and disrespectful. At the same time, I noticed my daughter's hand was bleeding. She said the technician had accidentally cut her finger. Seeing her hurt was alarming, and although the technician apologized and my daughter didn't want to make a fuss, I felt even more disappointed. After all that, we didnt complain - but when we finished and paid, the manager did not acknowledge us as we left, which was dismissive, especially given the situation. I actually specifically requested the male technician, Jaden, through the manager, Jenny, because I was so satisfied with his work during my first visit. I was generous enough to leave him a $10 cash tip the first time to show my appreciation. I even asked Jayden about his experience today, and he told me he had been working for 3 years. It is absolutely shocking that a professional with 3 years of experience would so blatantly disregard basic safety protocols and betray a returning customer. During my service, Jayden attempted to use a visibly used, UN-SANITIZED cuticle nipper on my skin--a tool that had clearly been used on multiple other clients. When I immediately stopped him and demanded a properly sterilized tool, he gave a ridiculous excuse, implying it was "okay" because it was for the "outside." This is medically and professionally absurd. Here is the reality they don't want you to think about: You never know what kind of blood-borne diseases or severe infections the person before you carried. If you are unlucky enough to contract something life-threatening from their dirty tools, it is a senseless tragedy caused by pure negligence. Furthermore, it is notoriously difficult to prove the direct causal link between a specific salon visit and an infection after the fact, meaning you will be left with irreversible health damage and zero compensation. I am not being "dramatic" or "difficult." By speaking up loudly and demanding the manager, I was holding this establishment to the bare minimum standard of human safety. I spoke up to protect other clients who might not know better from facing deadly consequences. The store manager, Jenny, came over. She couldn't even argue because she knew I was 100% right, and she apologized profusely. She admitted to the massive safety failure and promised to report it to the boss. However, the most disgusting part was the checkout. After her staff completely jeopardized my life and safety, you would expect them to waive the fee. Instead, Jenny still had the audacity to piece together some "promotions" and charge me $27. I paid the bill, but unlike my first visit, I absolutely left a $0 tip. At first, I thought it was my fault and that I had just been careless, but then every single nail started peeling. The service itself seemed fine at the time, but looking back, I realized the appointment felt unusually rushed. My nails and toes were both done in about 30 minutes. I initially thought they were just efficient, but now I feel like they may have been rushing through the service rather than taking the time to do it properly and carefully. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the work. The total cost for my nails and toes was about $120 before tip, and for that price I expected much better quality and longer lasting results. read more

Not sure why they don't make sure your nails are fully dry before you leave. Was recommended this place by an acquaintance as I'm from out of town. It was super easy to book an appointment on their website the night before. The people were incredibly friendly and I liked the interior aesthetics: modern and chic. I also liked the guy who worked on my pedicure. He gave a long foot massage (although could have applied more pressure). But here's where the major issue lies... The gal who worked on my hands was quiet but friendly. Sadly, did a major hack job on my hands, quite literally, as she took chunks of skin on two of my fingers and a thumb! WTF. See photo evidence attached of all three injuries. I've had a cut here and there around the cuticles from other establishments (and never went back) but this is one of the worst I've had. I don't know if it's inexperience that causes this or what but it's BAD. I still left a generous tip and deeply regret it. Would love a refund for the nails honestly. Really sad because I wanted to adore this place. Maybe you'll have better luck if you want to take a chance. However, there are other places out there that won't injure you. So, if you can find those places, stick with them. Having these injuries on my fingers suck so bad--especially since I work a lot with my hands! I got the Summer Pedicure with gel and my partner had the Herbal Detox Pedicure. Both nail techs were polite and attentive, Pennie in particular took her time - I'll definitely request her again. The salon has a clean, relaxed vibe. Our 1:30 PM appointment started right on time. It was busy when we arrived but much quieter by 2:00-3:00 PM. I also appreciated their attention to hygiene- when a tool was accidentally dropped, they immediately opened a fresh, sanitized pack. I initially had high hopes for this nail salon and even wrote a glowing review after my first visit, but after consistently going every two weeks since August, I feel the need to update my experience--and unfortunately, it's not a positive one. Let's start with the good: Mia and another technician (whose name I can't recall) were friendly and always got the job done. The man at the front desk has also always been polite and professional. For the first few visits, I was happy with my nails. However, things quickly went downhill, especially with Jayden. Lately, my acrylic nails have been chipping within just a day or two, something that's never happened to me in my 15 years of wearing acrylics. I believe this might be because the nail tech hasn't been using a base coat for the polish. Another issue is the lack of lighting, which makes it hard to spot any imperfections. In the salon, the nails look fine, but once you step outside in natural light, you can see streaks and tiny specs of powder that weren't visible indoors. There were a few instances where I felt like I'd finally reached my breaking point. The first instance: I picked a dark Fall color from their color book, but it looked completely different once applied. When I mentioned it, Jayden got irritated and suggested covering it with black instead of simply redoing the nails. His attitude only made things worse. He was rolling his eyes and sighing heavily, clearly frustrated about having to redo my nails. Despite giving him another chance, the quality of the service didn't improve. The second instance: he didn't ask how many coats I wanted and just assumed two would be enough, even though the color clearly needed three. His dismissiveness, combined with the poor nail quality (chipping and breaking frequently), has made the experience incredibly frustrating, especially given how much I'm paying and the long drive I make to get there. Additionally, one of my biggest pet peeves in nail salons is feeling singled out by the language barrier. You can just tell when people are talking about you, and it makes you feel uncomfortable for even speaking up. A note to the manager reading this: please don't let this happen to paying customers--it's just rude and doesn't make them want to return. In short, this salon's service is not worth the money or the attitude. I value quality and professionalism, and I'm disappointed to say I won't be returning. I'll be looking for a new place that values its customers and delivers on quality. read more
