I asked for this because I know if the cuticles are not taken care of you'll need a fill much sooner and it doesn't look at good. Then with the nail art simple French tip. The thickness of the lines between nails and hands was off. I shouldn't have to highlight that, there should be enough pride taken in the work being done for things to be done well. I shouldn't have to be put in the position to tell you the quality is lacking when it's your specialty. So I left with well it just is what it is nails. Completely disappointed lowered it to one star because there's nothing like getting a set of nails done that looks like you already need another fill

I should have known I was in for a bad experience when she was too lazy to use nail polish remover to get rid of my old nail polish. When she finished, I was picking polish off my skin and she comes over to ask me why I messed them up. Had I not asked her to clean up them up again, they would look even worse. My nails weren't straight. The nail polish was uneven, the top coat didn't even cover my nails. She did not care one bit which is unfortunate because I had a great previous experience. Maybe there's only specific people you can go to... Note, this is AFTER she tried to fix my toes twice.

The gentleman doing my pedicure implied that my feet were dry and I should upgrade my pedicure before he even looked or touched my feet, plus the water was cold. During the pedicure he agreed that I didn't have calluses. Every color I picked from the OPI binder they didn't have. It took three attempts to get a color they actually had. The shape of my nails turned out nice but the gel was very lumpy and that was what upset me the most. Either the staff did a poor job or the polish was not good.

Chairs are comfortable, beverages are complimentary and offered on seating, and the herbs they use for teas and soaks smell incredible. Finding a good nail salon is always a stressful task. We sat and got served a complimentary drink. Then it sort of all went down hill. I was so excited to finally do a legit almond shape because I had my natural nails long enough. Well the tech didn't make it pointed and didn't check to ensure both hands were the same. In the photo, you can easily see difference in the lengths and the lack of a single point! This was after she tried to fix it after botching it initially. That's why they're so short. Then I got a new technical and she saw how off they were and "fixed" it. She didn't re-compare the nails and when it was all said and done...you can see they are still not similar in length. Also? The paint job was done poorly! There are bubbles and bumps in several nails. I went back in and showed the woman at the front desk and we scheduled to fix this come Monday as I'm heading out of town. This was gel! Overall - $55, $25 simple mani + $15 gel + $15 chrome effect Moving onto my pedicure, that technical was so rough. When she was pushing my cuticles back, she was doing too much. I flinched a few times but that didn't course correct. She didn't ask how I wanted my toes. I finally told her before the polish went on that I wanted them rounder. I got the signature pedicure, which was $50. It included a callus scrub. She scrubbed my feet pretty hard that I sustained a cut. So the only silver lining is they're willing to fix it. I would NOT come back after this trip.

I wanted to do a fall manicure and Tina who did my mani did an amazing job with each design. Various designs on all 10 fingers for $12. This was for sure a $100+ mani/pedi for $57.
