Luckily I got an appointment with Jackie who was a total life saver. She was so patient taking off the prior nails. She convinced me to get hard gel instead and I have never turned back. I booked a mani/pedi appointment as a surprise for my daughter's 11th birthday. She was nervous about getting a pedicure and started crying when we arrived. I explained that her little sister could get her nails done instead so the salon would not lose a service. The front desk lady, Nicole, spent about 20 minutes arguing with me about fees and trying to convince me to make my 5-year-old get the pedicure instead. It was uncomfortable and upsetting for both kids who just didnt want pedicures. We were still doing two services and trying not to leave the salon high and dry, but Nicole kept threatening fees of $50+. When we finally sat down, Nicole refused to let me sit next to my daughters because she said the seat had to be ready for the next client and no one even came to take that seat until the very end of my daughters service - a full hour later. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing, especially for what was supposed to be a fun birthday treat. The nail technicians were lovely, but Nicole completely ruined our experience. We will not be coming back. read more

NEVER GOING BACK!!! I have been here one time ever. My nails came out beautifully. Unfortunately, they don't have much availability for those of us that have a job and they charged my credit card $50 (policy is $25) for being late and couldn't fit me in. As is, this was the first available appointment since my last, three weeks ago and my nails look terrible. Oh, and they sent a notification yesterday on Instagram that they are raising their prices (with tip my nails were already over $100). Simply not worth the week of ugly nails, getting extra fees, etc. I will be trying out a new place. I'll let you know how it goes! read more

I want to start by saying the girl who did my nails did an awesome job. She was super friendly and nice. I just felt a bit bamboozled when a French tip was considered nail art and was an extra $25. The price doesn't bother me, but when I show a picture of what I want, not telling me it would be $25 extra is kind of shady. I also looked on their website and could not find anywhere that it says it's a $25 up charge for nail art. I didn't know it was until I went to pay and saw my total was $85. If I had known I would not have chosen this design. Also, charging $60 for a manicure with no massage is a bit overpriced. Again, great work but feel they need to be more transparent with their pricing. I wont be going back. read more
