Today I called at 6:10 asking if they could take me for a pedicure last min before they closed at 7, they said yes and I got here around 6:20. Amy gave me an amazing French tip gel pedicure, she didn't quickly but didn't make me feel rushed at all. Horrible experience. I called and made a reservation ahead of time, then I arrived and had to wait 30 minutes to get even get asked what color I want to do. I eventually had to leave without getting my pedicure (or any procedure done at all) because I had somewhere to be and didn't think it would take this long. They were clearly short staffed because they had a ton of people waiting - which is fine, except don't tell me "okay yes that works" when I called ahead of time if you knew you wouldn't be able to accommodate. read more

I've been coming to this salon for a year and never had a problem until now. I came in on a Sunday, and it must be a different crew working that day because they were extremely rude and unaccommodating. They were talking loudly, yelling across the salon, and even saying rude things in front of customers. When I tried to explain what I wanted, they snapped at me and acted like I was bothering them. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, nothing like the usual experience I've had here before. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. She was very personable and helped guide me on what would look best, which I really appreciated. She also paid attention to small details like painting the sides and front edges of my nails so the polish has full coverage instead of just the top. This place is pretty hit or miss. I once came in an hour before closing for a gel x set and my nail tech was so detail oriented that she stayed back an extra 30min past closing to make sure my nail design matched the inspo photo (worth the entire 35% tip I left her). I recently went back again an hour before closing, this time for a regular gel mani and regular pedi, and by 6:30pm (30min before closing) they were rushing out the door. By 6:45 they had TURNED OFF THE LIGHTS. The tech that did my pedi was trying to get me to pay before i could even get my shoes on and while my hand was still under the curing light. I absolutely understand cleaning up before closing time but shutting off the lights and waiting by the door not even 15min before closing is crazy work. read more

A few days after my appointment, I started noticing a greenish tint on my nails. At first, I thought it was just a weird polish color or something minor, but it turns out it was a fungal infection. I've never had this issue before, and it's really concerning, especially after so many years of getting my nails done without any problems. I reached out to the salon, hoping for some resolution, but they've been unresponsive and unhelpful. It's incredibly frustrating, especially given the money I spent for a service that ended up causing me a lot of discomfort and stress. I stopped by here this morning and Kayla was my nail tech. She did amazing! This is the first time ever my nails look like my inspo picture. I am so happy! She was calm and detailed taking her time between looking at the picture and applying the design to my nails. My pedicure was also great although I didn't catch the gentleman's name. Again, he was calm and detailed; my toes look great and my lotion/massage part was awesome as well. The salon looks super clean and nice. As I was sitting there I noticed the staff called the clients by their first names which makes sense because I can see why they have repeat customers. Love it here! read more

My toes weren't even dry before the nail tech put the foam sandals on me and sent me on my way. When I asked her if they had already dried she said 30 minutes and walked away to the front desk to ring me up. Used to like going to luv nails a year ago. They caused two of my nails to get infected, I don't think they properly sanitize. And now they up charge for everything. If you want your cuticles cleaned up it's an extra $5, if you want your old gel removed it's an extra $5. read more

This is my all time favorite nail salon, I've been going here for a few years now and the other salons in the area genuinely don't compare to Luv Nails. The owner is the sweetest and remembers her customers' names. Pricing is very fair. I typically always spend under 120$ (without tip) for an acrylic fill with gel design/ gel pedicure, you definitely get what you pay for though! I've seen cheaper places but you won't get nearly the same experience or execution anywhere else. I've been to salons where specific workers are better than others but I genuinely believe every employee at Luv is incredible. If you're looking for nail art, gelX, acrylics, pedicures, ANYTHING. This is the best place to go. I've told every one of my friends about Luv Nails and will continue to do so. I always get compliments on my nails and I give all the credit to you guys. They do an amazing job and prices are reasonable, although I was slightly caught off guard on this last manicure as they now charge an extra $10 for French tip manicure which was surprising since the last gel set I got from the month before I did not have to pay an extra charge. I expect this will happen with a few other nails too considering I can see them already pulling up on the sides. Really disappointed in the quality of the work and the money I paid.
