Decent prices and clean facility. I have gone here for my lady parts a handful of times and it's been a great experience. I have been waxing for awhile so I can't speak to newbies who want feedback on pain. Just so you know the first few times are uncomfortable. If you have a high pain tolerance you're good. If you're more sensitive, ask if they have a numbing agent and pop some Motrin ample time before your appointment. My tech, Kiley was outstanding. Went in for a play boy 3 different times here. I got good results the first time I came here, I got a play boy done by Linda. But the 2nd and 3rd time I came here Linda wasn't there so I was seen by someone else and both times , I asked for a playboy yet I didn't get what I wanted. One waxed everything off forgetting I was getting a play boy, and the other time the girl doing my playboy didn't do it correctly. I assumed she didn't know what a triangle playboy looked like because when she was done , it didn't look like a triangle at all. And staff gets rude when you tell them how you wanted it after not going it correctly. Not coming back to this locations again. Staff needs to be trained more. Staff also needs to confirm what kind of wax the client is getting before waxing everything off . read more

I went on vacation to Cancun and 1 day before my trip I went to get a French bikini wax and full leg wax. Service was great, but I did get burned unfortunately which then lead up to a nasty looking peel. It did hurt when I was in the sun and after a few days the pain went away. It's been almost a week since my wax and my legs still have marks from the wax. I would get a French bikini wax again, but not legs. read more

I value my waxer, but the company has had substantial price increases and multiple times in the past couple years. A 25% hike is far too big of a jump. It's the same exact service I'm getting for 25% more and not even comparable to local rates for the same service. They should really reconsider these hikes. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but after today's experience I feel inclined to... I had an appt at 11:20 am in their Costa Mesa location with Edie (I just picked the next available appt). I arrived inside at 11:22 am and checked in on the iPads at the front and took a seat. I wasn't ever greeted by anyone but I heard two people chatting in one of the rooms towards the back. I assumed she was finishing with a client and would come get me shortly or let me know if she was behind. However, 20 min had passed and still no one had come out to bring me back or give me an update... Since I had to be somewhere at noon, I was starting to get frustrated and called the ph number online. The call center put me on hold to call the aesthetician but at that moment I decided I couldn't wait longer since 25 min had already passed and I had to be somewhere. I am honestly very disappointment by the unprofessionalism. This was a waste of my time and even if someone were to pop their head out to let me know they were running behind, that would've been fine but to wait in the lobby for 25 min and no one ever come out to say anything is very unprofessional. read more
