Her and I had clear conversation as I was considering switching to membership vs single service . I ended up getting a membership and after a few services realized their spray tan product was actually causing skin acne /rash. I reached out to cancel my membership and they told me the 3 credits I had on file were now gone. This was the opposite of what I had been told. They charge for a membership which guarantees a certain amount of credits then are no longer usable once the membership is cancelled. The company is taking money for providing NOTHING to the customer. This makes zero sense. The credits for cancelled memberships don't even stay active for any period. This company is so unethical. The employees spray tanning also say a "a 20% tip is highly recommended " then proceed to charge 20% on the single service price not the membership price. Ive requested a refund on my credit card and they refused, I requested they credit 3 sessions on my account and they refused. I hope to warn others to be very cautious. I will never give my business to a company like this.

Soooooo I just want to be extremely clear - I am NOT pale, not REALLY ever! HOWEVER, the transition from my "light winter coat" to my flavorful summer complexion can be a little daunting especially during that first bikini outting.... Which is WHY I will utilize a local tanning option for a nice spray or an unlimited one month trial (To each her own). This last time around I chose to go with a spray tan because a.) I've noticed a lot more brown spots on my face, which I HATE and don't want to exacerbate further.... and b.) My face is usually a shade lighter than my body once I get darker so why not make it an even playing field. THUS, I was referred to this business by a coworker and have NOT regretted it since!!!! I wanted to try spray tan for two reasons. 1) I have uneven skin tone with tiny bumps on the upper arms, so hoping spray tan can help cover that, and 2) I wanted to get a bit darker at the right spots (shadowing) to help looking more in tone. After communicated my needs to Kelley, she did both for me and worked out really well. I also love the fact that she travels to my place which is so convenient. I am a bit of a clean freak and Kelley is so respective to my house, she kept everything covered and cleaned everything after she's done.
