Had my second spray tan EVER with Katie at Glow Haus for an upcoming Vegas trip. Was well worth it! My legs have not seen sun in a LONG time and Katie made me look very natural! I opted for the darker tan and loved how it came out! Katie was very responsive, kind, and made me feel super comfortable as I opted to spray tan completely naked to avoid tan lines. I'll definitely be coming back for my next event! Thanks so much, Katie!! read more

This review is solely based on their (lack of) professionalism, not their services. I've had an appointment booked for over a week, and rather than reaching out to me within the 11 days of booking, they cancel on me the morning of. I chose this specific date and time for a reason. Not that there'll be a next time, but somewhat of a heads up would be SO appreciated so I can find somewhere else without such short notice. read more

I recently moved to orange from Costa Mesa and needed a new spot to get spray tans. I googled, looked on yelp, searched on Instagram and I came across The Glow Haus, which was literally 3 blocks from my house, score!! I saw some great reviews and decided to make an appointment through yelp, she got back to me within an hour and I was booked for the day and time I wanted. On my appointment day she was so kind and so informative, she's really detailed and even told me the exact time to shower to get the most out of my tan. The tan itself is amazing ! So natural!! I love it , she even followed up with me 3 days after my appointment to check on how my tan came out! Francesca you rock girl ! read more

I found the Glow Haus on Yelp. I called and it was so easy to book, Katie was so patient with all of my questions. Upon arrival she made me feel so comfortable and this whole process was faster than I thought which is a plus for me. I did the rapid and today I woke up looking & feeling a beautiful bronze! Thank you Katie I love my tan I'll definitely be back read more

I've never had a spray tan before so I wasn't sure to expect. Katie made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end. The process itself was very quick, about 15 minutes. I've now been here twice and both times I was really happy with how the color came out. I definitely plan to come back before any future events and vacations. read more

Francesca was awesome and very efficient. It's been over five years since my last spray tan and she even went over the process with me again and made sure I was comfortable with the color I was choosing without being too pushy like some other places. I opted for the " express tan" and was able to rinse exactly two hours later. The next day Francesca even texted me to see how my tan was doing and even offered to touch up a white patch on I had on my wrist. Honestly, after the second rinse it blended right in. Two days later I was nice and tan for my wedding shower! I've got to say this was a great experience and the best customer service by far! read more

I have never had a spray tan and I am definitely hooked!!!! Was not strange at all and Francesca was so professional. The follow up is amazing as well. wasn't expecting her to text and ask how the color was and if the level felt correct for my skin. I also love the fact the ingredients are all natural. I am 100% going back! Thank you for making my holiday weekend so much more fun! :) Arleen B. read more

Katie is absolutely amazing. My tan lasted the entire trip and I received so many compliments. I can't wait to schedule my next one!!!

Have had 2 great experiences here. However, this 3rd time i was faced with the following: A change of my appointment from 2pm to 445pm I arrived at 435pm, was told they were running late and 1 person ahead of me Taken back to room at 5:03pm No hair covers. When i asked the tech, her response was "its ok though, cuz you have dark hair it won't show" Not the right response. I believe the owner has refunded my $. UPDATE: The option to run out and get more was offered AFTER I said I was leaving. So not really A1 customer service. Although my appointments have always been scheduled "with Francesca" i have only had my first time with her. So that seems like a breach of agreement. Just saying...if you're going to get defensive - you should really look at your part in this situation. THAT is A1 customer service. Not how this happened. read more

Katie was super welcoming and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease as well! Loved my tan, it was even, not patchy, and I even added a scent booster w/ lemon ginger! My experience was perfect for a pre vacation glow. Thank you Katie! read more

This was my first time at Glow Haus, and my first experience was absolutely fantastic! Francesca is absolutely amazing and so sweet! She definitely makes sure to thoroughly explain the spray tanning process to you and helps you figure out the color you're going for based on your skin tone. In addition, Francesca makes you feel comfortable when getting your spray tan. To add, she's the owner of Glow Haus! I am very appreciative and thankful to have gotten my first spray tan at Glow Haus by the owner herself! Love the location, love the customer service, and love the quality of my tan. To add, the spray tan smells lovely and love how it's located in a cute boutique shop! I think I found my go to spray tan location as my usual tanning salon closed down. P.S. Francesca's response time to any questions or appointment request is so quick! Love it! read more

This business steals from hard working clients. They charged me $50 for absolutely nothing! I text them and let them know I had a family emergency where my son needed to be picked up immediately because his father was being hospitalized! And although I let her know and was planning to re book and she knew this I was charged $50 and received nothing. It terrible customer service and sassy rude unprofessional text messages offering no condolence or resolution to my stolen $50. I am a single mother as is and to me $50 is a lot ALOT of money. When booking through style seat at the end I pressed the acknowledge company policy button which said I could be charged $10 for cancelling which I was fine with. But $50 is so far beyond what I would ever imagine someone would try and charge for their inconvenience in me missing a 30 min appointment due to an emergency! How greedy and skeezy would someone have to be to write their company policy in this way just so they can make money off of others misfortunes. I was already having a hard time due to my emergency and this just fully kicked me in the face and ruined any ounce of excitement or happiness or optimism I had in me for this business and left me with shock and disgust and honestly I am appalled style seating and any other website would actually let this business exist and be part of their organization with policies like this! I hope that Yelp, google, StyleSeat, Facebook, Instagram and any other websites are very aware of this CRIMINAL POLICY which the owner of Glow Haus has decided to actually use against hard working clients in a bad situation. That's so sad that she would want to kick her fellow woman down for not doing any work at all. How lazy and self entitled would you have to be to think, oh here is a way for me to make money off of my fellow hard working WOMAN! This costs me nothing and I will get full payment and not have to do anything at all! Ew. That kind of company, person and general work ethic should be banned from doing business in our community! Stealing from already struggling neighbors? Who thinks that's ok? Not me. So if your considering spending your hard earned dollars here, be warned. And if you do go here already STOP! You are funding criminal activity. I am disgusted. read more

I've been getting tanned for years but Katie has a system down that makes it such a quick, easy, and comfortable experience. She is always right on time and does the most thorough job with every tan I've gotten. Countless times in the past with other tan services I've been splotchy and slightly orange but have never had that problem with her tan! I'm so thankful to have found her! read more

This is my go-to spray tanning place. The room is so clean and adorable plus I love that it's located inside CoCo Rose Boutique because I love shopping there when I get a spray tan. The color that she uses to spray tan is a beautiful rich bronze color with no orange undertones at all. My tan is always perfectly even and it usually lasts me a whole week or longer. The smell of the spray tan isn't bad either and she has scents you can add to the mixture if you don't like the smell of a spray tan. Highly recommend if your looking for a perfect spray tan with very reasonable pricing! read more

Best customer service, tan that lasts, smell isn't too strong. The make you feel comfortable the entire time, the tan itself will make you feel like 1 million bucks. Can't get enough. A tan without the risk of skin cancer (which runs in my family) attached is a photo of me two days after my tan, when it will be at its most natural. Amazing! read more

Such a seamless and amazing experience! This was my first time getting spray tanned and I'm so glad I came to the Glow Haus. Katie walked me through every step and told me exactly what to expect. Ok this spot has only been open for a little over a month and I just booked my 4th appointment! I guess we can call this my new addiction! It is located inside of CocoRose Boutique on the Main Street of Old Town Orange. I suggest going at least 20-30 minutes early to your appointment so you can shop the boutique! It's the cutest. The spray tan salon is soooo freaking cute inside the boutique and Lauren the spray tech is the sweetest gal ever! I always chose the express spray route so I can shower after 2-3 hours which I absolutely love! Just got one for my trip to Miami ( I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this new place! *BEST TANS IN ORANGE COUNTY* I am a first timer to tan and Francesca made the experience wonderful. She explained all the benefits to tanning and really made me feel safe and comfortable. I even got to do a little shopping at CocoRose right before, it's the best of both worlds! I am literallllly glowing and would go here every time to get a tan. Francesca's prices are so reasonable and she's always willing to work with my schedule to make sure I get in and am so happy. Thank you for all that you Francesca ! I booked a spray tan at The Glow Haus with Francesca right before my trip to Costa Rica. Francesca is super sweet and professional and she does a wonderful job getting the spray tan on evenly. I chose a level 3 tan and it was perfect for my skin tone. I loved having a bronzed tan during my vacation. My tan lasted approximately 5 days and it faded out pretty naturally. Francesca even reached out the next day to follow up and see how i liked the tan. I would definitely come back fo The Glow Haus for my tanning needs and would recommend Francesca to friends and family. read more

I've had a spray tan done at various different salons and not one has made me look and feel as good as The Glow Haus. Not only do I leave looking and feeling good from the tan, but every technician I've had (s/o to Courtney and Francesca) have made me feel so comfortable and so confident before, during and after the session. If there's ever been a delay for my appointment-- it's simply because the person or people with appointments before me were late and it was a "busy season" (Coachella, Stagecoach, sorority formals, fraternity formal weekends, Spring Break, etc.), backing up EVERYONE from then on (which is NOT AT ALL) the the fault of the technician or The Glow Haus, and its never been more than a 5-10 minute delay -- not a big deal at all. I truly have nothing bad to say about The Glow Haus! read more
