This place is just as good as any other tanning salon. However, note that their posted hours are not accurate. If you arrive 10 minutes before closing and the owner isn't at the desk, they will turn you away (for a 7min tan). In the fine print under the posted hours on their door, it states 'last tan 15 minutes before close.' So if you rush over after work thinking you've made it in time, you're out of luck. Maybe others are fine with this policy, but it makes no sense to me. If you stop taking customers 15 minutes before your posted closing time, then your hours should reflect that so people aren't misled. I cannot recommend this place enough! I showed up with a group of 7 girls hoping to get spray tanned for an upcoming wedding with no reservation and wayyy too close to closing, but they took us all and were fantastic. Angela is knowledgeable and so kind and accommodating. This was my second session and I continue to be impressed with their spray machine and results. I made the mistake recently going to a salon that was closer to my house, and was so disappointed when I paid more for lesser results. I will not make that mistake again! Went this evening, 1/14, and they were so lovely! I've never used a tanning bed, just spray tans, but due to upcoming vacations and my wedding I wanted to use tanning beds instead. I had gotten the Groupon deal for a month unlimited tanning. When I arrived to use it the female at the front was very nice and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a high pressure bed for the month. I did upgrade from the Groupon package it was $22 to upgrade. The Groupon was only $23 so with the upgrade it was still less then a month unlimited plan which they charge $95. The salon is clean and usually has a nice person to greet you as you arrive and leave. I started slow with only a few minutes a day until I was on using the tanning bars at full time. The cost of tanning lotions are just like any other tanning salon. I recommend finding the one you like or use on Amazon or eBay I mean it's literally a third of the cost. I know that the tanning salons make their money off the accessories and products which is totally fine but I am not going to pay $60 for a 13oz bottle of tanning lotion. I would return to this salon when another Groupon is available, I would not pay the way overpriced amount each Month, they have a membership program to lock you in at a Lower rate but that did not sound like something I wanted to get into. One thing they need is music or something in each room while tanning. The last two weeks of my membership there was the same person there, she was not very pleasant never said goodbye or anything it was really odd but that's fine whatever lol. I know I'm the duchess and all so how could I not give this place a 5 star review? It's just so darn expensive for the average person's budget! The great thing is they offer discounts if you renew your package before it expires, Packet Saturdays (where you can get a free tan if you buy a packet of lotion, cheapest runs $8) and Discount Sundays for all level beds, in addition to the coupons they always have running and deals for signing up for longer periods of time rather than buying session by session. It's super clean, EVERYONE that works here is awesome, I never have a problem parking, they'll store your lotion for you and have three levels of beds plus that new fancy Red Light bed. Do it! I originally enjoyed going to this studio. Then after I put my account on "hold" by giving more than 45 days notice, my credit card was charged the next month for $58.25! I called three tines asking why and sent an email (they actually have 2 emails so be careful) but no one could give me a straight answer. Only.....that's up to the Manager who pays the bills. My calls started right after the billing of June 23, 2016 and my emails as of June 25th and continued to the 4th email today. Seriously....what does it take to refund a mere $58.25 when the business is at fault? When I go into other establishments for a refund it's done automatically. Purchased a two week pass for both my boyfriend and I to start out, and now we both purchase tanning by the month.
