I've been coming here since 2023, and I absolutely love this place! All of the ladies are so warm and welcoming, and they make you feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Bailey, Peyton, and Leanna, they've each been amazing every time I've come in. I've tried both the regular spray tan and the rapid. The rapid didn't work well with my skin (it turned a bit patchy the next day), but they immediately stepped in with a solution. They recommended exfoliating and coming back, which I did, and sure enough my tan was back to its flawless, sun kissed self. For my skin, the regular spray tan is perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Every time I leave, I love how I look and feel. I have been coming here for years. I have been sprayed tanned by Leann (owner) and Shawna. Both are amazing specialists. They make me glow and it never looks orange. Due to my availability I have seen Shawna for the last year or more. She goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the results. The one thing I want to point out is that when I have been running late to my appointment ...I am always accommodated after I call in to advise. I refer people to this salon and highly recommend Shawna LeAnn... is also amazing and also goes above and beyond to ensure every part of ur body is evenly tanned. It took nearly a week before my bank showed any kind of a credit in process of my membership, which leads me to believe that it wasn't processed on the day that she wrote her 20 something year old little tirade response to my review I posted three months ago. I am well aware of the fact that she has no control on when banks will post a refund but a credit wasn't even initiated till nearly a week later. Just like the month that she charged me twice, when that second charge was refunded to me as I stood in front of the lady behind the counter, it showed up as a pending credit right away, another reason why I don't feel she initiated my credit right after her childish tirade. Even her update to her response, showing that it was issued, just as her previous response, doesn't sound on the level of professionalism that one would expect from an owner of a company. As I said in previous post, my complaints about her business was the antique billing system they choose to use and that snotty staff member they choose to retain as an employee, otherwise I had no issues going there. I would strongly encourage others to seek out the better options in the area for tanning and spray tanning, then going here, because clearly discussing any shortcomings of her business with elicit a childish response rather than taking suggestions to improve their business. People don't have to spend money in any business that doesn't meet their expectations, it is not unreasonable to expect that the billing will be accurate as well as the staff are fit for public contact or one could take their business elsewhere. When the owner of the business doesn't model a level of professionalism that one would expect in a business, it's no wonder why some of her staff that don't know any better on how to be more fit for public contact chooses to behave the way they do. read more

I have been several times for their airbrush tan. It is always good quality and last for 5-7 days depending on how diligent I am with the aftercare. I usually do the rapid version and leave it on for 4 hours and it develops nicely. I came in today and usually when I do spray tans I can see a slight tan as soon as I step out. Today I saw nothing, it was like if I was sprayed with water and I was told to go home and come back after 24 hours?? What? I started coming here when the original owners, Bruce & Marilyn owned it and they were the best! They eventually sold it but I love that regardless of new ownership, the name of the business and the place is exactly the same. Well almost the same.... The pricing has gone up substantially! Which is unfortunate for tanning. The place has and is still very clean! They sanitize every bed before each use, which is great! They offer low, mid, and high level tanning beds, a newly Red Light Therapy as well and spray tans. A total of 10 rooms with tanning beds. There might be a wait time depending on what time of day you go. They've got a very limited amount of tanning lotions in stock and the individual packets can run at a high cost as well so if you have your own tanning cream, it's best you take it. read more

Truly disappointing experience. Apparently they close actually 15-20 minutes prior to closing time so they can "leave at closing time". This is a direct quote from Shawna. I find it pretty unbelievable as a paying membership customer. Don't post operating hours if you don't actually operate during those hours. I visited this establishment in December and when I went to town in one of their lay down beds, there was pubic hair left on the bed. I told the girl that was working, someone with dark hair and in their 20s and she became rather snotty with me and stomped down to the room that I was going to go into Without any kind of a spray disinfectant in hand. I asked her how she was going to disinfect the bed without it and she replied in a very snotty voice that it's in that room. I completed my tan and left. Not too long after my visit to tan there, I developed a Mersa infection which became life-threatening and sent me to the ICU. My doctor in the ICU told me how Mersa infections can happen and poorly sanitized tanning beds. I have also tan there before and got very little to no color, I got a lot more color going to planet fitness and using their beds for a significantly lower price than what they charge here. But contracting a MRSA infection and nearly dying, I just wanted to get the word out so no one else goes through what I went through by tanning here. read more

They're not overly crowded; the staff from the owner, LeAnn, to all of her employees, are super friendly. Their tanning beds are always functioning well, always clean, and always sanitized. Suncoast offers four different levels of tanning beds - all priced very reasonably with a variety of ways to tan. One can purchase a membership, or "X" amount of sessions for a reduced rate, or go in for a one time tan! LeAnne's shop also offers spray on tans by either machine or in person.
