Salt & Light Business is nestled between the 91fwy and 215fwy being closer to the 215 on Van Buren Blvd in the Woodcrest area. It's an easy drive from either direction as Van Buren is a good moving Blvd. There are 2 other locations in Temecula. From either freeway take Van Buren Blvd to Wood Road and enter the complex on the South West corner of Wood and Van Buren. Salt & Light Therapy is in the South end of the complex. There is plenty of parking including Handicap available. After some researching I determined I was in need of some Red Light Therapy (800-1000nm) to treat my Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) it is new treatment but has had a lot of success so I decided to try it. In researching Spa's that offer this therapy I found a perfect business Salt & Light Therapy. I contacted them and the employee I reached was well versed in the Red Light Treatment and said they have had very good success with others with RLS. I scheduled an appointment not really knowing yet how it all worked. When I arrived the amazingly clean scent hit me as soon as I came in! The ambiance was incredible and I could see that the owners had put a lot of thought and effort into making this business very welcoming and comforting! It truly is incredible! I was immediately warmly greeted and they proceeded to answer all my questions. They explained the Red Light Therapy completely to me. It is a sauna with the red light bands bouncing all around inside. My research said it takes 3 treatments, 20min each, 3 times a week. So I asked which would be the best priced package and was recommended the monthly unlimited which provided me access to all the spa services they offer. I was very pleased with the price which I was expecting the cost to be much higher due to the type of treatment and amazingly professional looking interior. Check out their website for the other services they offer. I have tried several and they are all super, super clean with towels, perfect furniture and even cold towels in the saunas! They have literally thought of everything. The restroom was immaculate! Very fresh and clean. The employees are constantly working and cleaning. But always stop to ensure all is well with me. I am also very impressed with their free mineral water drinking water. Like I stated there has been a lot of effort in thought placed in this business. So after 3 treatments my RLS has disappeared YEAH and I am able to go to sleep at night now. Salt & Light has returned my life back to me. After all my treatments are completed I will do touchup treatments and I will be having a hip replacement and will use their Red Light Therapy which also increases blood flow for my surgery recovery. After about 10 years as a loyal customer, I've decided I will no longer be returning to Salt & Light Wellness. I truly miss the old "Perfect Tan." I personally preferred the traditional tanning salon atmosphere rather than the current spa/wellness direction. I do want to say I enjoy the cold plunge, sauna, and Hybrid services -- they're great -- but they're just not what I'm personally looking for. For a wellness retreat experience, I would likely choose places like Murrieta Hot Springs or Kelly's Spa instead. The current membership pricing (as of 2026) feels very high for the average working customer, and it's ultimately what led to my decision. Customer service during my last few visits has been fine, though communication has sometimes felt minimal and impersonal. Brian, as the owner, I also hope you continue supporting and appreciating your employees. I walked in one day in September/October to inquire about tanning. I was met with the owner behind the front desk doing something at the computer and boy was he informative! I signed up that day. These photos are from the first day I was able to spend a couple hours there to use the vitamin D tanning bed, red light therapy, cold plunge salt room and infrared sauna (love the cold lavender towels). I love going here and doing just one thing or several. Such a relaxing place with friendly employees, very clean and it's a spa feel. Highly recommend. read more

And they are a tanning salon + with all of the additional wellness services they now offer - sunbeds, red light therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge & salt room, sunless spray tanning. I've been a member for years and will never forget how the salon reached out to the community to help with sanitizers etc in 2020. Great people!! I loved this place. It just got exhausting because their system never worked! It would never charge my card and they told me it was my bank. I called my bank and I had no issues through them. They deleted my profile and started a new one and it would be good for a few months then revert back. I know I'm not the only that this is happening to. I got tired of dealing with it so I stopped going. If your system isn't working maybe try a new one! read more

Such as....an infrared bed, sauna, cold water, aromatic wet towels and a nice seating area where you can remove your make upor freshen it up. Oh and did I mention it's all purple inside?!! Great facility clean and the attendant was very courteous. get the dark bronze as the medium does not show well on light skin . And just little tricks you have to learn to get even coverage in the spray booth that my wife is showing me .This place is conveniently located down the street from my gym but not conveniently located to my house they need to expand into eastvale thats the new growing market 200k + new home going in there and Ontario ranch $$$$$ read more

I've been coming here a year and couldn't be happier! Everyone who works here are always kind, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. It's always clean and there's enough beds to accommodate a walk in. I just wish there was one in Corona where I live, but it's worth the drive. Also, I've never had a billing issue like I've heard happens at some of the chain salons. read more

Amazing place. Way better than all the other tanning places in riverside. This place is elegant and go above and beyond to keep everything clean. The beds are much newer than other places and they do little things for customer service like keep your tanning lotion there for you, so you aren't carrying it around. They have a little beauty station where you can fix yourself up after tanning with body spray etc & each room has an iPad with Spotify where you can choose what you would like to listen to. Love this place! The spray tan is awesome, great prices, and the customer service is like 10 STAR (or more). Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for spray tan. You can also get great deals on Groupon for the spray or the regular tan. The regular tanning beds I couldn't tell you how good they are, as I've never personally used them. But I will say they have the best equipment on the market and they are extremely sanitary, which I love. And they give out free bottles of cold water. I know that sounds silly that I'm so happy about that, but it's a really nice gesture to ppl sweating, coming out of the hot beds. I've never seen a place do that and I think it's awesome. Kuddos. The staff is very friendly and they have a huge selection of tanning lotions to choose from. Every booth is sanitized aside a clean towel and protective eyewear on a stool in each tanning booth and you can select any music you want to listen too in every room! There is a beauty bar to freshen up after your tanning session with body sprays, deodorant and etc. My favorite is the 60 stand up! I would have to say that I get a quality tan every time I leave! I am always satisfied after my tanning sessions here. They also have a fridge with chilled water bottles on your way in or out! I love that! The location is so close and convenient. They have great hours that they are open. I would say that perfect tan has definitely made me want to tan often because the environment is so awesome and welcoming. Very impressed with the new owner's upgrades since I was here a few years ago. They have the place elegantly decorated. Supervisor was on top of things explaining all the different packages and benefits without pushing for anything. They have numerous stand up and laying down tanning beds. iPads in each room.
