I was searching for a salon that could tan me on a Sunday, as I was leaving on Monday for Hawaii. I came across Robin's Sunkiss Spray Tanning company on Yelp. I'm really bummed that I did not have a good experience here. Robin was nice and had me in and out within 30 mins. Everything was fine until I rinsed it off 3 hours after as instructed. I informed Robin that night after my rinse my tan faded a lot and my farmers tan was back and I was uneven. She said to rinse again and my tan would develop within 24 hours. Next morning my arm was spotty and uneven. She asked me a ton of questions about what soap I use, when I showered last, when I exfoliated last, etc. These questions seemed to be something that should've been covered before my appointment since I did inform her it is my first time spray tanning before hand. She did not apologize, show any remorse, or offer me any type of solution. I drove over an hour and paid $40 for my tan. I have a huge party to attend and sadden my tan looks bad. I will never return here, or get a spray tan ever again. read more

I'm a regular tanner. I've been going to tanning salons sinceI was 16 years old so I know a lot about tanning. So let me start by saying I have no clue what the negative reviews are about cuz Robin is GREAT!! You have to prepare your body before going to get a spray tan or it's not going to look right. Exfoliate, shave & come free of lotions, sprays & perfumes. After avoid tight fitting clothes, moisture & anything held too tightly against your body. If you follow these steps your tan should look great! Robin is super friendly, extremely professional & a very down to earth person. I went to her house which is near my work so the convenience factor was awesome for me. Her home is clean, easy to find & she has a private room set up just for her clients. She walked me through the process as it was my first time being airbrushed & it came out great!!! I've only been sprayed by the machines at the tanning salon, typically I bed tan but due to a new full color tattoo those days are gone. Robin's product went on great, dried quickly & did not leave my skin feeling sticky like when I leave the spray tanning booth. She gave me a run down on the loyalty incentives & perks she offers.
