I have been in contact with Kelli since March about having her do my makeup for my wedding in June…read more Initially it was great and I paid her a $100 deposit to secure the date. Since then she has been completely unresponsive to emails, voicemails, texts. My wedding is now 30 days away and I have not heard from here since April 1st. This is incredibly frustrating and I'm upset. Hoping to hear back at some point or at the very least warn others to not have the same issue.

The process was very professional from the set up, questionnaire, & pre visit instructions, after care in addition to the the in person experience. Kelli was spot on with the entire process and very helpful with the various recommendations and things not needed. My tan is 7+ days and still colorful... she urges hydration to keep the color spot on and it is truly a great bronze color. The prices are very reasonable. My appt was set up for the next day which was very impressive with the response time. Her studio is very cute and has a very cool vibe with plenty of privacy and professionalism. Kelli makes you feel comfortable and you can tell she is experienced. She made contact with me for my event to see how it went and that was impressive also. I would highly recommend using Kelli for your self care needs and I will be calling on her again. Thanks Kelli for all the love and care for my special event!

The moment I booked with her she was a breathe of fresh air. I prob asked her 40 questions for my first appointment, and she answered all of them with grace. Usually ppl get annoyed, but Cori was always friendly and helpful from the start. For my trial appt we went with a darker shade and it settled beautifully! The entire sesh we just chatted while she did her thing. Her salon is so incredibly cute and CLEAN! I fell in love with her that day. I decided to have her tan me up again for my wedding day. Again, I had so many questions and concerns about the tan staining my dress and she helped ease my mind and we figured out the best plan to prep before the wedding. She has always been so responsive and so sweet about this entire process. My tan was absolutely PERFECT and gorgeous for my wedding! I felt so confident wearing white and not having to worry about tanner transferring on my dress. I glowed prob 7-8 days. All the way through my honeymoon! She's truly great at what she does. I highly HIGHLY recommend Tanning Chick!!

I thought I was going to be late, but thankfully the salon has a 10 minute grace period in case you're running a bit late. The staff were very helpful, and the entire salon was perfectly clean. My waxer Nicole was the absolute best. For the first time in my life, I got my brows done without a histamine reaction afterwards. Turns out I don't have sensitive skin. Nicole is simply the goat.
