Allison as always very professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step, made sure I was comfortable with numbing, and the treatment felt manageable even though I was nervous. The PRP addition has my skin already feeling tighter and more radiant (even on day 1), and the redness/tightness is exactly what she prepared me for. She sent me home with excellent aftercare products, the Rescue Smoothing Complex and mask have been lifesavers for calming things down overnight. I felt completely taken care of. Today I returned for lip filler with Breanna. Breanna was kind, precise, and listened closely to my goal: subtle but noticeable plump with natural definition and that sexy perk. She checked my healing skin from the microneedling and confirmed it was safe to proceed. The injections were quick and comfortable, and my lips already look fuller and more balanced, I'm so happy with the natural result! Both Allison and Breanna are skilled, caring, and knowledgeable. The team made back-to-back treatments feel seamless and stress-free. If you're thinking about microneedling/PRP, lip filler, or any combo, this is the place to go. My appointment with the makeup artist was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., but she didn't even start until about 11:15. I was told it would be quick, yet somehow it still dragged on until around 12:20. She kept reassuring me it wouldn't take that long but had no mindfulness of timing. My event was at 12:30 which I ended up being late to. From the moment I sat down, the entire experience was a mess. She repeatedly turned my chair away from the mirror so I couldn't see what she was doing. That's a huge red flag, and by the end I understood why. Instead of turning me toward the mirror to reveal the finished look like every competent makeup artist does, she handed me a tiny handheld mirror and told me to curl my own lashes. I felt so terrified when I saw my face in the mirror, but she kept telling me I looked cute so I tried to believe her. My skin was horribly textured, flakey and the foundation was horribly heavy. I asked for a natural, everyday look. What I got was a thick, cakey foundation that highlighted every pore and every bit of texture on my face. The eyeliner was uneven and looked rushed. She also pressed far too hard around my eyes throughout the application, which was uncomfortable as hell and completely unnecessary. I felt like she was stroking my eyeballs. The entire appointment was filled with comments about how "cute" I looked, but confidence doesn't make up for bad technique. The makeup looked terrible. It was sloppy, heavy-handed, and nothing like what I asked for. The whole experience was shocking. She seemed really nice and overconfident. I thought I was in good hands. But now I realize that a makeup artist that doesn't involve their client in the process of figuring out what they want as a look is a red flag. Between the lateness, the lack of communication, being hidden from the mirror, and the poor quality of the makeup, this appointment was an absolute waste of my time and money. This individual ruined my special event. I was a whole hour late to my event. I sobbed in the parking lot and had a panic attack after I ended up paying for the service because I was gaslit by being told I got a cute makeover. The person that took my payment gave me a dirty look when I declined giving a tip. I walked in expecting a professional service and walked out wondering what the hell happened. I would never book with Ulta Beauty again, and I absolutely cannot recommend her. Be cautious of this locations makeovers.
