Kelly is a nice person but she is not cut out to work in this field. She did horrible damage to my face that is partly irreversible - because of her poor decision making and unprofessionalism, I have scars on my face that I may never see fade in this lifetime. She was not communicative about my needs, she was harsh with my skin, she was not knowledgeable when I had questions about her procedures, and I can not in good faith recommend her to ANYONE for fear of permanent damage to their skin. Kelly is amazing. I had a series of 4 chemical peels with her to minimize dark spots and just help overall with my skin texture. Before the peels I would never go out without concealer. My skin improved so much after the peels: smaller pokes, better skin texture, lightened dark spots... so much better that I only wear a tinted SPF on most days! I'm so happy I found her. I did a chemical peel and will definitely do more. I followed Kelly from her previous locations bc I absolutely trust her with my skin. Yesterday was my first appointment with her as FFB and it was fantastic.
