The best spray tan I've ever had--perfect for my wedding!…read more I hadn't gotten a spray tan in over 20 years (and that was in an old-school tanning booth), so I was a little nervous going in, but Kristy absolutely blew me away! Her spray tan was incredible. My skin was glowing, natural-looking, and not the slightest bit orange. No streaks, no weird smell--just a flawless, sun-kissed glow that made me feel amazing on my big day. Kristy's studio is super cute, and she made me feel very comfortable. She's easy to communicate with and truly great at what she does. I honestly wish I lived closer because I was obsessed with how my tan turned out! If you're thinking about booking Kristy--do it. Whether it's for your wedding, a special event, or just because, you'll be so glad you did.

My daughter is a competition dancer and I had no idea what to even ask Jamie to do. The second I showed up Jamie just knew what to do without a peep from me. I said she's a competition dancer and Jamie just did her thing. I'm so so thankful for her dedication in what she does Everything that I could ever want, Jamie serves with no crumbs left unattended. From day one, she has been the absolute best. We leave for Vegas in a couple of weeks , can't wait to get my spray that time too Her shop is so so cute too, so luxurious feeling. So clean and inviting. Love you Jamie! :)

I trusted her and she seemed very knowledgeable about the products sold there too . I'm giving a 5 star to the representatives who helped me and stood out to me which is : #1 Alani #2 Kenzie - she was new working there she really was excited to tell me about the products and she also uses them so had 1st hand Knowledge. My only concern and dislike of the spray beds is it wasn't Evenly (sprayed on me) And it painted the bronze tan on me where it looks like freckles . And it washed off within 4 days . So I'm trying the bed tanning now so the color will stay on my skin longer . I also didn't know I would be charged for the solution added to the spray tan used on me and I would be charged $6 for " double legs" and $6 solution . I bought the all Included package and I was told I can spray or Lay and use the spa everyday if I want and get a couple services done on the same day . I did , but was charged . They later reversed the charges to me I paid . I paid for the Lotion package $15 a month . I'm not sure how long I will continue this membership unless I get to enjoy the color on my skin and it looks even not spotty - on my skin . But the Staff WAS VERY NICE , and Seem to know the products and membership benefits.

I am consistently disappointed with my experiences at this Palm Beach Tan location. The staff treat…read morecustomers as an inconvenience rather than paying guests. During my visit this evening, I had to wait 45 minutes while listening to the front-desk employee who checked me in loudly complain about management having "Unrealistic expectations" and bad-mouth her coworkers to another staff member. Then whispering probably bad mouthing me too. Far worse, however, was the lack of cleanliness. When I stepped out of the spray tan booth, I found a large cockroach on my purse. Ironically, I had just overheard the employee mentioning that the salon has a known pest problem because a staff member refuse to take out the trash. With the Canyon Crest and Corona locations closed, this is my only remaining option, but after tonight's experience, I will be contacting corporate to discuss canceling my membership. Management seriously needs to address the hygiene standards and customer service training at this location.
