I have been going there since 1/2024. When I asked for a membership, it cost $21 to even get a membership, above the montly cost. Charging my bank $30/mo. May 2024, I tried calling them and NO ANSWER on the phone, and no way to leave a message. I sent an email canceling. Twice. They finally answered the phone, as I was already on the phone to my bank, canceling the charges and stopping any further transactions, including May 2024 bill of $30. They told me I had to be a member for 6 months before I could cancel. First time I heard about that. They wanted me to COME INTO the store that wouldn't answer calls for two weeks. No response to either email. Maybe if you come in for a specific. Just NEVER get a membership! One star because I can't go lower. read more

Don't go here the owner was extremely rude to me and the prices are extremely expensive, go to the toasted tush in rancho, or palm beach tan in upland way better customer service and employees and prices, unfortunately this is the only tanning salon in upland that's a small business besides palm beach tan, hopefully someone opens a new one so that this isn't the only tanning salon in that city!also the rude owner has her little dog running around salon, very unsanitary for a salon, I wish I could leave 0 stars read more

Thinking about coming here? I would say it would be the smartest decision you could make. I think this is the best tanning salon hands down in the so cal area. When it comes to the beds, they are in very cute rooms with clean beds. The front has a store that has such cute clothes I spend about $200-$300 when I think I'm just gonna get a shirt lol. The owner Leann is the sweetest most professional person. Makes you feel welcomed and always helps when it comes to making outfits ha. Cute little coffee bar, along with the airbrush tans always coming out looking natural . You never come out Orange and always feel so much more confident walking out of here. Leann should branch off and open more locations bc I think this place is a HIT.my family and I are thinking about moving up north but the problem is there's no sun coast tan up there lmao. The best experience I have had! I called in with a million questions regarding the spray tan. It was a great feeling to get all my questions answered and I was even able to get in the same day! Please keep in mind that you will need to make an appt for the spray tan that is done by a person and not a machine. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and both girls where absolutely the sweetest! I was then taken to the back where the spray tan is done. The process was explained to me again and then the fun began. I got to discuss the different color and tones that I could pick. After the spraying was done the after care was explained to me (there is definitely a process to this) and I was shown the different products that are going to help me keep my tan alive and well :) This was my first time getting a spray tan and it will definitely not be the last!!
