I got my first spray tan yesterday. I am a bigger girl and am very self conscious about my body. Standing undressed in-front of a stranger is terrifying to me. I'm getting married in a few weeks and wanted to have that bridal glow on the day so I booked a practice spray tan. My experience was amazing. Everyone was so nice and friendly. She lady who did my spray tan was the owner. She talked to me the whole time and I completely forgot I was standing there half naked lol. Already booked my wedding appointment. The color is so natural! Thank you ladies! read more

I am a new customer and I am consistently blown away by this place. I have interacted with 3 different employees and each one has been SO friendly and helpful. I called the business before they were open one day so no one answered the phone. I receive a call back and VM saying if I had any questions to give them a call back. Lastly and most importantly, I really wanted some color in a short amount of time. I went to a tanning place close to my house (1.7 miles away) to find out what my options were. The person at that place had very little interest in what I was trying to do. She didn't ask me any questions like "how do you tan" or "do you burn easily".. NOTHING. She was disinterested and extremely unhelpful. As I walked to my car, I called SunCoast Tan. The person on the phone DID ask those questions. I drove straight to SunCoast which is 8.6 miles away from my house. The young lady there was VERY helpful and informative. I loved that she didn't push a membership. I have gone 3 times and it has always been a good and pleasant experience. I feel like I have gotten a little color in the few times I've gone. I bought a monthly membership and a bronzer, which sorry Toasted Tush Tanning, you missed out on. -happy and satisfied customer here.‍ read more

By far the best tanning studio I've ever experienced! Staff, location, cleanliness, all amazing! I would recommend no other! If you're a morning tanner like me, it's the best getting a tan and a kuereg brew on the way out! Monthly memberships are great! I suggest the level 4 membership so all beds would be available. Also, discounted pricing if you renew before current month expires. So great! Keep it up! read more

Went in here for the first time for the mystic tanning booth and was pleasantly surprised by how warm our greeting was from Maddy! She was such a sweetheart and explained everything even though we went in close to closing time. 10/10 would recommended this place and will be back soon cause of the service :) read more

Great tans, wonderful staff and super aestheticI love it! Gets you the submitted bronzing looks we are all going for definitely recommend!!

I have been going there since 1/2024. When I asked for a membership, it cost $21 to even get a membership, above the montly cost. Charging my bank $30/mo. May 2024, I tried calling them and NO ANSWER on the phone, and no way to leave a message. I sent an email canceling. Twice. They finally answered the phone, as I was already on the phone to my bank, canceling the charges and stopping any further transactions, including May 2024 bill of $30. They told me I had to be a member for 6 months before I could cancel. First time I heard about that. They wanted me to COME INTO the store that wouldn't answer calls for two weeks. No response to either email. Maybe if you come in for a specific. Just NEVER get a membership! One star because I can't go lower. read more

My first time coming to this place and I loved it. The girls in the front desk were really sweet. The spray tan went effortlessly and came out super pretty. They have cute merch to buy as well. Definitely will be coming back! read more

I'd like to give a shout-out to Daelynn and Sun Coast Tan! Because of Daelynn and her exceptional customer service, I will soon be starting my 3rd month of using their.. Red Light Therpy Bed.. For those of you that don't know about it, it helps improve skin texture (fine lines, cellulite, stretch marks), hair growth (thinning hair), and let's not forget it helps reduce sun spots (light and dark). Let's just say, "The Only BS I Need Is Beautiful Skin." Thanks, Sun Coast Tanning!! read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone but let alone as a customer. The owner, LeAnn, needs to learn how to treat her customers. I don't know how this place is still open. Also, the spray tans are very below average. So word of advice - DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

I got a spray tan by shawna, and she did such an amazing job. I highly recommend booking with her.

Such a clean salon. Probably best sunless tanning salons I've been to. Happy with my airbrush tan. Would highly recommend this place!

Had an appointment with Judy for a spray tan and oh my god. I cannot recommend this place, or her, enough. She was so wonderful, listened to all of my concerns, and went above and beyond what I ever expected to get! My body looks absolutely fabulous. I will never go anywhere else again now that I've found this place and will forever be recommending it to all of my friends! read more

The best experience I have had! I called in with a million questions regarding the spray tan. It was a great feeling to get all my questions answered and I was even able to get in the same day! Please keep in mind that you will need to make an appt for the spray tan that is done by a person and not a machine. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and both girls where absolutely the sweetest! I was then taken to the back where the spray tan is done. The process was explained to me again and then the fun began. I got to discuss the different color and tones that I could pick. After the spraying was done the after care was explained to me (there is definitely a process to this) and I was shown the different products that are going to help me keep my tan alive and well :) This was my first time getting a spray tan and it will definitely not be the last!! This place is THE best!! P.S... they have the cutest little selection of clothes and accessories read more

Don't go here the owner was extremely rude to me and the prices are extremely expensive, go to the toasted tush in rancho, or palm beach tan in upland way better customer service and employees and prices, unfortunately this is the only tanning salon in upland that's a small business besides palm beach tan, hopefully someone opens a new one so that this isn't the only tanning salon in that city!also the rude owner has her little dog running around salon, very unsanitary for a salon, I wish I could leave 0 stars read more

I've now been here three separate times and each time I've had the best results with the best service. I was helped by Sierra today and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. The vibe, the spot, the quality - all on point. Highlight recommend :) I'd ask for Sierra! read more

Thinking about coming here? I would say it would be the smartest decision you could make. I think this is the best tanning salon hands down in the so cal area. When it comes to the beds, they are in very cute rooms with clean beds. The front has a store that has such cute clothes I spend about $200-$300 when I think I'm just gonna get a shirt lol. The owner Leann is the sweetest most professional person. Makes you feel welcomed and always helps when it comes to making outfits ha. Cute little coffee bar, along with the airbrush tans always coming out looking natural . You never come out Orange and always feel so much more confident walking out of here. Leann should branch off and open more locations bc I think this place is a HIT.my family and I are thinking about moving up north but the problem is there's no sun coast tan up there lmao. Great lotions, great staff, great service, great vibes. I hands down love this little tanning salon. Btw. ALOT of tanning salons act like they know about tanning when they don't. The employees either color match you wrong or simply the products they use just aren't good quality. You never have to worry about that here. They smell good, and they are too quality so you look naturally tan. I always get so many compliments read more

Absolutely loved my experience at SunCoast Tan! To start off I called to ask a few questions before coming in and the lady on the phone was so pleasant and friendly, she took her time to answer all my questions and really made me feel assured that I would be taken care of once I came in. I am preparing for my vacation and I have never tanned before other than being outside in the sun. So I wasn't really sure what to expect. Upon my first visit, Judy at the front desk greeted me with such positive energy and was super informative on helping me decide which level tanning bed would be best for me and what package would be the best value for what I needed. I just started my pre-vacation tanning and I'm already seeing results. So happy I found this tanning salon and super excited to be tan on my vacation!! read more

Absolutely love this place. Friendly staff and even a small selection of clothes you can purchase. The only drawback is that there is only one level two bed, which results in long wait times when someone is in it or ahead of you in line for the same bed. read more

I've never gotten a spray tan before, I have done tanning beds and was a little nervous. I'm from Upstate New York, so I didn't want to go back to work after vacation looking like I spent my whole time tanning on vacation. I got the medium which develops over time, plus it fades after 10 days so I'm excited to see how it'll develop and still head home with some California color! They were so nice and helpful, I definitely plan on coming back next time we're in town read more
