I've been tanning here for years. I just recently started using the hydration bed before tanning. Wow what a game changer. Anyone who has psoriasis this is the bed for you!! To the lady who tried to use the services here...the one who gave this wonderful business a one star review...I am the person who apparently creped you out when you walked in and just stood there staring at me and my daughter. We were in the waiting area waiting for our service, and YOU walked in asked US where the person working there was. (maybe waited one minute MAX) I told you she was with a client and she will be right out, if you need anything from her. That's all. Not sure what's so weird about that? Someone being nice and helpful is weird to you?? You must be a very mean person. So mean that you would rate a BUSINESS with one star just because you didn't like a customer in the waiting room. NOTHING to do with the business, the service or the prices. In these difficult times, so many small businesses went under, and we should all be happy that Ultra is still around! Trying to keep the business afloat by running the front desk and perform the services is not easy. Jamie, as always, was doing the best job she could do!! We should be patient and encouraging. Maybe even step up a bit and help, like I tried to do. As for our faces not moving.... thanks for the laugh!! Not sure what our faces were supposed to do? Jamie was great with answering all our questions we got the deal that is $149 a month which includes unlimited sessions and 4 red light therapy and 6 hydration sessions. 100% worth it! Jamie is one of the most caring, kind, sweet, hospitable and beautiful soul you will ever meet. Her spray tans are impecable as she's had many years of experience as an owner operator. Just got lash extensions and love them. The esthetician, Marina, made my lashes look so natural. I love that she asked the look I wanted and understood my active lifestyle. So for my first time getting tanned, I was competing in a physique show, I didn't know what to look for. All I knew is that I needed to book a place and i'm glad booked in my time with Jamie. I never asked for the price and nor was ever in the market for tanning so I didn't know how much it would cost. I'm big on quality over cheap and not to say that Jamie was expensive, because it wasn't, I definitely got my money's worth. While I was competing majority of the other contestants needed touch up after touch up. My tan stayed on flawlessly and didn't have to worry about blotches or streaks. I came here for eyelash extensions with Alison. I've had eyelash extensions before from a different person and it was not a good experience. The lashes we're clumpy and falling out that night. That's why I was so happy to find Alison. I absolutely obsessed with my lashes. I have very long lashes naturally but I wanted a "fuller" look. Now that the weather is heating up I'm wearing less makeup and my eyes POP and standout beautifully. She takes her time and really pays attention to detail. Purchased a full pkg for Tanning Hydration and Red light therapy. I was told what days I can go n if I get into a certain bed I can not return 4 a week after my 2nd visit! !!.... total rip off. I asked 4 a pamphlet with directions of services n with the do's n don't . They tell u what u want to hear 2 get u 2 pay !... I used the red light thereby n hydration on my 1st Visit n I wasn't able 2 use it again. was only able 2 tan 4 times for the month. $149 plus $100 4 the lotion. I will not be returning. Im not one to write a bad review but there was never even a apology from them on the service n misunderstanding. I could have paid 4 -4 airbrush tans n it would have been cheaper n at least I would have been tanned. I wasn't tanned at all. i hope it was worth treating me this way I am a great paying customer. The owners, Mark and Jaime, make you feel so comfortable and welcomed. This place is immaculately clean and inviting. My favorite service here is the spray tan--I love getting them for special events. Jaime applies the spray tans herself, and she's incredibly good. Unlike getting a tan from a Mystic machine, Jaime can customize your tan. If you want, she can make certain areas darker, like your legs, and avoid other areas, like your face. I don't tan often, but when I do, my favorite tanning bed is the Velocity. It's super safe--I've never been burned in it (and I'm naturally super pale). You get tanned much quicker in the Velocity than traditional tanning beds, which means you don't have to spend as much time tanning. Who doesn't love that? All around, I love this place and recommend it to anyone. read more

I only get the spray tan here. No frills but good service. She always gets me in and provides a comfortable environment so it's not awkward standing naked or in bare minimum inches away from her. When following before and after instructions closely, the tan lasts for several days. read more

I had my lashes done here and I loved the experience! First it's a very clean place and the customer service is great. I got my lashes done from another place and they completely killed my lashes. Not only did they double up on the lashes, they didn't even fit my eyes. Just horrible. With Alison, she was great! She told me what she could and couldn't do for me and I appreciate that. Stopped by to see Jamie who fit me in as I am leaving for a trip tomorrow morning and had a horrendous tan line from wearing short sleeve shirt on a cloudy day in California...thank goodness she was there for the rescue and was so nice about it! She answered all my questions and was super knowledgeable and tan line appeared to be much better already but the final results will be seen tomorrow apparently!
