I've been a client of Jen's for 14+ years!! Every time Jen works on my skin, it's like she hits a reset button. She is incredibly knowledgeable, not just about what products work, but why they do and how ingredients interact with different skin types! After each facial, people ask me what I've been using because my skin glows like never before. Jen's product recommendations are always spot on! The whole experience, ambience care and her attention to detail makes me feel like I'm not just another client. If you want somebody who listens and delivers, Jen is the answer! I would give this company a zero if possible.. After months of trying to get an appointment I finally got one. The day before the appointment I got a phone call asking me to change my appointment to another hour, which I did. The day of the appointment I got a call telling me the appointment had to be cancelled because the lady was sick. I then went to the place of business and asked if I could buy products with the gift card I had since Aug., 2023. I did get some help from a lady who was not an employee of Serendipity . I really don't think Serendipity is in business anymore from what I saw. read more

I absolutely love Serendipity! The service is excellent from the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Layla. For your nail, lash and brow needs, Wendy is the hot ticket! I have to let you all know that this small little family owned business is absolutely over-the-top. Amazing. I have been looking for a place like this for three years now, finally I hit the jackpot. Team serendipity are all very nice and professional in each of their fields. They know exactly what they're doing. I met with Jen. She gave me a facial. She dedicate a full hour to me, she was very thorough and explained all the steps that she was going to do. I was there, not knowing what to expect. I left there feeling like a brand new woman I look and feel amazing, my friends tell me I look younger. My son just got married this past weekend and I received so many compliments. My skin looks so amazing. I want to go to serendipity every day for a facial lol. I am officially a regular customer. I am booking a facial once a week. Just the atmosphere of this place is amazing truly God sent. Small tip if you're going to go park in the back, there's a big parking lot . They get an A+ for cleanliness, and they have some cute little gifts inside for purchase. read more

I can't say enough about Serendipity! Jen has magic hands! I absolutely love the way she customizes each an every service according to her clients needs. I have yet to have the same exact service. It's always new and so luxurious and walk out feeling like my skin is glowing. The key to it all for me is to keep this as a regular routine, every 4weeks. Serendipity (n.) the art of making happy discoveries or finding the unexpectedly pleasant by chance. You will recieve quality service in a friendly environment and have a relaxing and wonderful experience. They use quality products like 100% Pure (which is completely organic) and Yonka products for your facials. All of the pedicures are done in a roomy ceramic sink with no whirlpools and all implements are sterilized in a medical grade auto-clave and files are disposed of after each use. **Strict cleanliness guidlines are enforced** As soon as I walked into the salon, I felt refreshed and relaxed. The girls were friendly and we had a great girly conversation! Knowing I can openily communicate and be confident I'm not going to get some weird infection from non-sterile implements is worth the few extra $$'s. I had a pedicure 3 weeks ago and my toes still look perfect! Men, don't feel intimidated here..they have Hands for him packages and Feet for him too! They offer manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing services. read more

Beyond just a facial! A true Spa experience leaving you with the feeling of why did I wait so long!!!

I had been searching for a local spot to get a massage and happened to come across Serendipity. I made an appointment for the 90 minute massage therapy session with Yvonne. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly lady who informed me Yvonne would be out shortly. Within minutes I was greeted by Yvonne and she took me back to the treatment room. We went over a few things (cupping, pressure levels, and any problematic areas or concerns) and then she politely left the room so I could change and get situated. Once she came back she started the session. She made me feel very comfortable (this was my first massage) and the ambience in the room made for a very relaxing and soothing environment. I was very pleased with the entire experience and I am looking forward to returning not only for another massage, but also to try their other services (facial, sugaring, mani/pedi etc.). It's also a bonus that this place is literally a 5 minute drive! read more

I see Wendy at Serendipity for my lash lift. I just did the Lash Lift 2.0 where you can wash your face without having to wait the typical 24 hours with most lash lifts. It is great! I love that I do not have to put on mascara or curl my lashes in the morning. Saves a few extra steps and is so worth it. Wendy is professional and makes you feel comfortable during the entire process. Highly recommend. Don't wait...book an appointment with Wendy today. read more

Wendy always takes great care with my feet. She is the best.

I recently bought an Amazon Locals deal for $19 for a $50 hour long pedi, I was very excited to try this quaint salon, unfortunately I did not make an appointment as I should have.however I decided to walk in anyway on a whim. As I walked in, the receptionist looked at me as if i had a third eye, very uncomfortable. She then explained how they do not accept walk ins without an appointment and said that i needed to make an appointment WEEKS in advance, i understand that appointments are preferred, but WEEKS? that is ridiculous for such a small business, the salon did not appear to be busy and must not be as exclusive as she made it seem, after all they are offering a deal for over 50% off. It wasn't the appointment misunderstanding or the salon itself, but the customer service which is the reason for my low star rating. The receptionist was not friendly in the least bit and did not offer to schedule an appointment for me or my mother but made us feel that our business wasn't wanted. Luckily I was able to get a refund through amazon for the voucher i purchased. read more

Just came here for my first visit and I'm in love with this place. Belinda was the lady who gave me my mani and pedi today and she was awesome. Very accommodating. Brought me orange infused water for me to sip while she was bathing my legs and feet in a peppermint soak. She also gave me a coconut scrub to slough off all the dead skin. It was wonderful. It left my skin feeling so smooth. She used the coconut scrub on my hands and arms too. This place is very hygenic and they use sterilized instruments as well as cleaning out the sinks thoroughly after use. I highly recommend coming here. I will be from now on. read more
