I knew I had to check this place out. I reached out to her through Yelp and was not expecting her to reply because it was really late, past 12 am. I asked if she had a late appointment available for that day. Super LAST MINUTE appointment and she responded right away. She said she would get back to me in the morning because she had to check. Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. I will be going back because customer service is very important to me. She definitely makes you feel welcome and treats you as if she were your friend. Thank you, Beata! There is a sign on display right in front of the register that says if you sign up to subscribe for texts/emails, you get $5 off at checkout. I signed up, got the alert that i was subscribed. I showed this to Haley upon checkout. She said since there was no code, she wouldn't honor it and she couldn't give me the discount. I have included pics of both my confirmation and the sign. The sign doesn't say anything about a code, just to show confirmation. I asked for the managers number, which she refused to give me. She said she would take my name and have Daisy give me a call back. Crappy way to run a business. Don't make people sign up for stuff if you aren't going to honor the promised discount.

The other therapist also left the room several times because she was coughing, and each time she was gone for several minutes without apologizing or explaining why she was leaving. What made the experience even worse was what happened when we tipped. Both therapists made visible facial expressions, started talking to each other in their language, and one of them even walked away, leaving the tip sitting on the counter. I made a real effort to be there: took time off work, picked him up early from school, and drove from Arcadia to make the appointment. When we arrived, I was told the appointment hadn't even been written down. While I did receive an apology over text, the communication felt very casual given the situation. I was told she forgot to write it in her book and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule, I told her it was my son's birthday, I told her the journey that it took to get us there, without any real attempt to accommodate us that day after we had already made the trip. There was no service recovery offered, which was especially disappointing given the inconvenience. Out of respect, I showed up as scheduled, even though my day was hectic and I had considered canceling, because I didn't want to waste her time. Unfortunately, that same consideration wasn't returned. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and effort to make it right is what stood out most. Great first (and only) facial from her but I would advise to confirm multiple times that your appointment is actually secured.
