Chris is very thorough in going over what to expect and emphasizes the importance of proper care afterwards. Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. Feeling all of the knots and stiffness made me realize how badly I let my self care go. As she was working my back, I could literally feel my body being able to breathe again. We went today and there was no robes or slippers in the lockers. I had to search multiple lockers to find one. My husband said the same thing in his locker. We went to the waiting room and there was NO wine and chocolates that are included with the massage. The worst part is that Eva comes to get me for my massage and had NO idea it was a couples massage. It was very disappointing and frustrating. We waited a half hour just to get started bc of the disorganized issues. We will not be returning.

I didn't know what to really expect when it came to microblading. I've seen videos on it but didn't…read morereally know much. When I came to see Carla about my eyebrows she went above and beyond. She explained to me what microblading was, what the healing process was like, and even gave me a good idea of how it would feel. She took her time measuring my face and getting the shape just right. She took my preferences into account and didn't start until I was completely satisfied with how they looked. I barely felt a thing. I got a bit worried in the middle due to my eyebrows being saturated with ink BUT TRUST THE PROCESS! In the end I have some amazing and very natural looking eyebrows. Before we even had an appointment, she and I exchanged numerous messages, I sent her photos of my own eyebrows as well as inspiration and she helped me come up with a shape that gave me what I wanted but was also a match for my features.
