It's convenient, the service is usually good, and even though I've had a couple small issues regarding the lack of similarities between my brows it's never been as major as this last time ....... This last visit was different. The person who did my brows over-thinned the tail of my left eyebrow. I went back in and asked if someone else could help fix it since I wasn't comfortable having the same person work on them again. She was really nice about it and did offer to fix them herself, but I wasn't comfortable with that. She also mentioned no one else was available, so I ended up leaving. I'm honestly pretty bummed because I have a big event this week and now my brows look off. I hope they take a little more time and care with other clients, but unfortunately I won't be coming back.

When I arrived about 10 minutes before their 10 AM opening time, the shop was still closed, but shortly after, I saw the owner arrive and open up. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows since before COVID and had been letting them grow out, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was very kind and professional. When I showed her the style I wanted, she was honest and explained that my brows weren't full enough for that exact look. Instead, she suggested a similar style that would suit my natural brows better--and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was very gentle, took her time, and made sure everything looked great. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. It's glad they have two location now. I am happy now it's in Pomona. I used to be in silk eyebrow threading though it's my first visit to Pomona location. It's amazing store is very well decorated and feeling pleasant once you go inside. The threading artist is very professional and give a great services.
