I knew I had to check this place out. I reached out to her through Yelp and was not expecting her to reply because it was really late, past 12 am. I asked if she had a late appointment available for that day. Super LAST MINUTE appointment and she responded right away. She said she would get back to me in the morning because she had to check. Of course, it's okay! It was so late, I really didn't think I would hear from her until later. When I woke up I had a message from her already with the times she had available. I booked it!! I got there and you have to wait in your car so you text her once you're in the parking. She replied saying I could come in and omg....her place is so nice, cute and classy. She was very welcoming and sweet. I felt comfortable and had a good conversation with her. She offered me a Perrier and also handed me stress balls. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. I will be going back because customer service is very important to me. She definitely makes you feel welcome and treats you as if she were your friend. Thank you, Beata! I am very taken back on how in the text messages that are sent - if you cancel less than 24 hours or are a no show you may be charged..what about as a customer my time is just as important , a courtesy call would have been nice. I did not stay, this is the second time this has happened, only the first time I waited..I will not be renewing one of my services and the one I'm keeping, I will drive further to see if another ewc customer service is better...

I recently got my eyebrow lamination done and I'm so happy with how they turned out! My brows were left looking so good, perfectly shaped, fluffy, and natural. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. Mandeep was very professional and detail-oriented. Mandeep really took her time to make sure everything was even and suited my face shape. I have visited Sky Threading twice. The first time I went I had a dermaplaning treatment, eyebrow threading and eyebrow tint. The second time I went I had a microdermabrasion treatment and my eyebrow and upper lip threaded. I cannot express enough how friendly, patient, kind and thorough everyone was. I was treated so well and it was a wonderful experience even though I was very nervous I was immediately comforted. I will definitely continue going. read more
