Most of the time this place is really good. The woman working in the pictures on yelp (I think the owner kirpa) always does a really good job. I've been here 3-4 times with her. She is a 5/5 for sure. However, today i had a different woman who was much harsher and left scars on my eyebrows. Over the next few days, I know they're going to scab which is going to look bad because i got them done for a special event. I wish I could have known not to go with anyone else than the first lady i met. I don't recommend going with anyone else or calling before to see when kirpa will be there. read more

So i come today 11/30/24, 11am (they open at 10am) and they're closed ... no sign on the door saying they will be closed or anything . Today the lady that was threading was really busy: No problem. Everyone waiting peacefully but she's rushing through each person. She gets to me and she is so rough. I've been coming here for years not sure I've had her before . She was so rough that it felt like she was rubbing sandpaper on my eyes . It's very important to be gentle around the eye and she wasn't at all . I've never felt such ugly discomfort while threading . My left eye is so itchy and raw right now. (That is, in my Brow's life of course) I do not know why the worker at the time said she no longer worked here. Someone else had said on Yelp that Anita moved to Texas?? So I believed it! I am glad they reached out and cleared the whole miscommunication, thank you for that!! ---------------------------------------------------- Anita does not work here anymore, do not come back. I repeat, do not come back! SAVE YOUR BROWS!!!! This used to be my staple spot for threading my brows. Anita was AMAZING. I am a brow kinda gal and if I had a choice to put one one thing every morning, it is gonna be my eyebrows. I do not mess around with my brows! Anita would do such an amazing job that coming out I would feel so good that I wouldn't even want to fill them in!! She was a God send but now may her reputation Rest In Peace because the new girl is no bueno. Just as all the other prophets on here to testify the pain and the dissatisfaction, I agree. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but the new lady would go so slow that you'd feel each follicle slowly ripping out of the pore that I would want to grind my teeth to make it stop. I've given her 4 different chances and each occasion I left with my eyebrows looking like second cousins, not even sisters. One time, she even threaded my eyebrows on how I drew them.. which were uneven because my brows were untamed branches. So painful! The lady who threaded my brows had to be inexperienced because she went slow and I could feel every single hair coming off. Usually threaders work fast so you barely feel pain. I've never had this level of pain or sensitivity after getting my brows done. I took a pic so you could see the bumpy redness. Awful, do not go there. read more

If I could give this a zero star I would. My nephew went in today and there was only one girl threading eyebrows. unfortunately, l wasn't able to get the girl's name. But she was completely rude to him, not listening to his instructions when it came to threading his eyebrows and completely ruined them! I don't understand how you can screw up someone's eyebrows and be rude to them at the same time when the customer was the one who was unhappy. Especially if there was only one worker there, one would hope that they would know what they're doing. I want to make sure that the person sees this and knows that I will tell everybody to never go there because they have horrible customer service! read more

Worst place ever!!!! I walked out crying and not tipping the lady, I even walked out with her not finishing! First thing I told her was that I love my thick eyebrows and to just clean up around the hair. She took a line off the top and bottom and left me with Oriental thin eyebrows!!! Honestly, I should of known when the place was empty to NOt trust her! She even had another lady monitoring her while she thread me, probably because she sucks! I didn't even get her name but she had a belly, I'm assuming she was pregnant! Then when I told her one of my eyebrows was thin she said hold on and got her sizzors and cut the other eyebrows, so now half of it is chopped off!! Make the drive to Zibas, don't go here! Also she charged me $6 when her sign said $5! I would give this NO stars if I could! read more

DON'T DO IT. if i could give this place NO stars, that's what they deserve. I'm not one to bash places but when you tell someone who you THINK that know what they're doing since that is THEIR JOB, I have naturally thick eyebrows, I simply said to clean them up, I left crying with, LINE THIN and completely UNEVEN eyebrows, if that's even what you want to call them at this point. they're so bad that I had to cut bangs just to hide them. read more

I love that they offer both threading and waxing here ! I usually just get my eyebrows threaded and my upper lip waxed. The ladies are friendly and the store itself is very clean. They also offer little trinkets and refreshments on the side. My only complaint is there henna services. I don't have a picture, but a friend of mine wanted a palm sized flower design on her upper back. It came out crooked, lopsided, and completely messy. I felt bad for her, but there was nothing we could do afterwards except try to wash it off. I'll still be coming back to get my eyebrows done, but just not for the Henna read more

I am surprised at some of the low reviews! I came in today after about 6 months of me not getting my eyebrows done, I've been trying to manage them myself but they got too crazy! They still have excellent service and are very light handed. I told her about my scar tissue again and she was so gentle! I asked her to leave my thick brows as that's what I like and she did! Very friendly and attentive to my likes a needs. I've been coming here for about 3 years now and they are the best in town! I don't care that their price went up one whole dollar.($7 now) Take my money!! Thanks Kirpa!! read more

Had my whole face threaded and asked for a clean up on my brows. She OVERTHREADED MY BROWS REALLY BAD!!!!!!!! I don't know her name but this is my second time here and she's the only girl working there. Last time I didn't have her do my brows, just my face. It was okay. This is a horrible place to get threading done. I went back because they charge less, but you get what you pay for. Aasa has damaged my skin around 3 times, she doesnt seem to be experienced. Feedback never improved anything. I switched to Anita who was good a couple of time and recently damaged my upper lip. She justified that she dint damage my pimple that was closeby and that it was my mistake to hold the lip in a wrong position. Terrible and painful threading. Absolutely not recomended. read more

Everyone here is nice. The problem is my daughter's and my eyebrows have not been the same. We tried this place, because our old threader left Zibas in Rancho Cucamonga. So we decided to try a local shop. We have been here several times. Now we are done, because our eyebrows are very uneven, different sizes, and my daughter had a huge space between her eyebrows. Not what we asked for at all. She cried when we walked out last. Now we are done. read more
