Love my gel pedicure. They truly made me want to come back for a possible fill for my gel x in future since I don't really get my nails done. I mostly just get a pedicure. I usually get regular gel polish but wanted something different after seeing the inspo photo. The nails I got were uneven and bumpy and looked nothing like the photo I requested. Polish was left on my fingers, nails were put on crooked, and what polish they got on my skin should have been on the sides of the nails. I came in today hoping to get a French tip pedicure. One of my big toes was severely chipped and needed to be trimmed, so I asked for acrylic on both big toes so they would look cohesive. The technician told me that acrylic was only necessary on one toe, so I trusted his expertise and went along with his recommendation. I then asked for a pink-based acrylic. He told me he couldn't do that because I was only getting acrylic on one toe and that it wouldn't look cohesive. He then explained that the look I wanted wouldn't look good because he would have to do a different French tip on my smaller toes. At that point, I decided to forget the French tip altogether because the interaction was becoming unnecessarily complicated before he had even started the service. I then simply asked for a regular acrylic on the big toe and for all of my toes to be painted white with regular polish. After prepping my toes, he told me he would have to add a tip because he couldn't perform a free-form acrylic. Again, rather than simply working with me to achieve the look I was asking for, I was met with another reason why what I wanted couldn't be done. Throughout the entire interaction, I felt that he was combative, dismissive, and rude. Every question or request I made was met with a smart response or an explanation of why it couldn't be done. I even showed him a picture of my toes and asked if he could replicate the look, and he told me he couldn't because my toes were too small. What was most frustrating was the way I was spoken to. He repeatedly emphasized that he had been doing this for 27 years, seemingly to prove that I was wrong about what I was asking for. I completely understand that a technician may have professional recommendations or may not be able to recreate every look exactly. However, there is a difference between explaining what is or isn't possible and being dismissive or argumentative with a paying customer. I get my toes done every two weeks, so I have a good understanding of the looks I like and what I'm asking for. I'm also completely open to a technician suggesting a better way to achieve the look. What I'm not okay with is being made to feel like I'm unreasonable for asking questions or requesting a specific service. Ultimately, he refused to continue with the service, so I had no choice but to leave. I came in expecting a simple pedicure and left feeling completely disrespected. I loved the options they had for a gel pedicure and the lady I had was really nice. I like sparkly nail polish and they had many options for that. It wasn't too packed for a Friday which I was glad about because they were able to fit me in. Price I feel was pretty fair $42 for a gel pedicure and you get to have the foot scrub and lotion without having to pay extra. They also took off my previous nail polish which wasn't extra either it was apart of the pedicure. If you get removal only I believe there is a charge. read more

I have to update my review, Im so bummed out! I really wanted to love this place because the owner (husband) is super funny and great. I came in yesterday and got the worst, most painful pedicure experience I've ever had. I came in the morning, my toe bleed for about 6 hours after I got home. I was woken up at 3am throbbing and bleeding again. I can't wear shoes and it's hot and swollen. Today's just the second day! I've cleaned it and applied Neosporin. I'm hoping it helps. I don't want to have to go to the Dr for this. I didn't have an ingrown and she didn't clip it with the cutters I think she just stabbed and completely separated my nail from my toe on the left side with that rounded (not sharp) cuticle pusher? Whatever happened I'm in a lot of pain, paid over $100 for a dip and a pedicure to just be in pain for however long this is going to last, also the old nail polish is still on the sides and it was a darker color so not only is it swollen and painful, it looks dirty on each toe because the corners are still hanging on to the old polish. read more

Driving around town I come across this place. I'm always looking for new businesses just cuz I want them to succeed. If they offer great service and do what they need to, to make the guest feel welcome, I'm all for it. Shout it from the rooftops and let everyone know hey go check them out. They informed me that the lash girl only comes on Tuesdays so you have to book fast. First of all let me tell you, I was kinda surprised to see... girls not of Asian decent doing nails. Since the business is all Asian geared only. Which I'm not against, they do great work. But the two girls that took care of me were not of that background. Which I was like, right on girls, let's see if you're as good as the other girls. And they were. They didn't disappoint. They took care of me and were very sweet and talkative. We joked around, and they invited me to one of their pop ups they are having today 5/3. I walked away a satisfied lady. Sent out a request on Yelp at 3:30 pm on a Friday and My Nail Fairy answered right away and was able to get me an appointment within 30 mins. I live in Upland, but the short drive ended up being worth it! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but Amy asked me a few questions and we decided to do gel x. Both Amy and John who did my gel pedicure, were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job! I felt at ease, not pressured to add anything on nor was I upcharged for anything. They were both efficient, but took their time, and both my gel x and gel pedicure were completed within 1 hour, but i never felt rushed and there was a lot of attention to detail. When I went to pay, I was pleasantly surprised that I was given a 20% discount and a small gift! I will definitely be back and will highly recommend to friends and family. read more
