Worst waxing experience ever--strongly advise avoiding this place. I went for a leg wax, and it was a complete disaster. The wax was old, running out, and kept dripping everywhere. It was way too hot (it burned my skin badly), and didn't adhere properly--so when she would pull, most of the wax and hair stayed stuck on me. It was excruciatingly painful, far beyond normal waxing discomfort. The results were terrible: my legs still had tons of hair left, looking like I hadn't been waxed at all. The salon itself felt unclean and neglected--a dead cricket on the floor, cluttered and messy room that was cramped and dirty overall. To top it off, she tried to overcharge me by about $20 at checkout, and only adjusted it after I pointed it out--felt totally dishonest. read more

I paid $200 for gelx mani and a gel pedi and let me tell you it was not worth it. My gelx broke off within a week! They kept adding on services and I didn't care for them I wanted the basics. They weren't busy but I still had to wait for someone to service me and it took almost 3 hours to do my nails. There was nobody else in the salon.... My gel polish chipped the next day and for me if I'm paying $200 it better last a month. Not coming back. read more

I work super hard at work and usually my nails will chip off , this salon does an amazing job taking my nails last longer . Had acrylics done with gel nail polish over the past few times . They are famous for their pearly looks by using fairy dusts ! Super beautiful. I been coming to get different color each time. The technicians is very nice , manager is kind to to my concerns of my nails , most of all I love my experience here. I also brought my daughter this time. This has been my go to nail salon for the past two years. After recently moving 30 miles away, I didn't want to find another salon because I couldn't trust that they'd do a good job. Unfortunately, this meant that I started a bad habit of chewing my nails. After a week of having ugly nails, I couldn't stand it anymore and knew I had to make the trek back to Azusa to see Tiana. With some TLC, Tiana brought my nails back to its former glam state. When I first visited this nail salon back in 2022, my nails were awfully brittle and could never grow long. Even when I got gel, my nails would break after a week. Tiana suggested that I do a dip powder base and top it off with gel. This has been the only combo I've done ever since meeting Tiana and I'm actually able to grow my nails long now! You can't go wrong with any of the ladies here. Tiana, Helen, Lucy and Lynn are all fantastic and take their craft seriously. I highly suggest making an appointment as they get BUSY. read more

So I went in here three weeks after getting my full set of gel X full set cost $70 when I went in to get a fill I wanted to get chrome color so for my fill she was going to charge me $70 as much as a full set I didn't understand so I went with regular color was $65 halfway through her doing my nails a another customer came in and said she had an appointment. They then asked me if I had an appointment and I said no the tech tried telling me that when I walked in she asked me if I had an appointment which she never asked and made it out like it was my fault that she overbooked herself because the other person came in. She then asked me if I wanted to do acrylic fill because it would only be $55. I knew she was offering it because it would be faster so she could start on her appointment. She passed me off to another technician. I kept looking at my nails because a few of them were uneven at this point. I was already so upset. I just wanted them to finish the nails. I had got to the salon at 3 o'clock and I didn't leave until almost 530 they madeThey made me feel super uncomfortable, like it was my fault that I didn't make an appointment and then overcharging me. I go to a different nail salon sculpture nail in La Puente technicians. there are very nice and I've been seeing Hannah since I was very young. I haven't been back because my grandma passed away and I haven't brought myself to go into her shop so I tried a new one. It'sunfortunate but won't be back to pearly. read more

I have been going to this place since they open when I was in middle school, i've always love the way they've done my nails in the shape. Lately the quality of the nails have been very poor. I have been a regular for more than 3+ years. This past week I finally got gel X($75).. ALL my nails fell off less than a week. I came in today to get them fixed, since last time the nail tech said she would fix them for free. I did change the polish color.. which I would guess would be anywhere from$5-15... but they charged me $25 just for a polish change..... ? That's a whole regular pedicure price for polish change....? When you get a gel manicure or acrylic nails with gel polish it's only $5-$10 upcharge. I believe this place has been going downhill and makes up the prices as they go. I don't think I'll be coming here anymore due to that.... read more
