When I saw myself I gasped and told her she left me with patches of hair missing she told me it already was like that... I added a picture of my eyebrow before the service and after. She didn't even wax me correctly there is still a lot of hair that she missed. This is unacceptable I still had to pay for her messing up my eyebrow. I am disappointed. Recently I've loved going to get a gel pedicure. The service is efficient, and the people put you at ease (some nail salons you feel on edge), but these workers are highly skilled and affable, in addition to the clean and inviting atmosphere of the interior. Overall the pricing is fair, the quality is exceptional, the service is efficient and pleasurable, and the staff is friendly. They charged me 22% for card without acknowledging that to me. very unprofessional they use plastic nails for acrylic fingernails for my toes and hardly applied the nail glue caused bad lifting it was 4 of them working on me because there all horrible at there work ! the worst new nail set I've ever wasted my time on(1.5 hrs from the moment I sat on that chair). I had express to the female nail tech that I didn't like gel X because they were too thin and she proceeded to do the acry nails thin. I asked her twice to make them thicker because they where as thin as the nail extension she put on. Then I asked for a dark burgundy and she was starting to paint them nearly black so I showed her the color. I'm glad I did, look at this brand new acrylic set :( these are prepped ready to get painted and they look horrible. I even asked the other tech to fix them and she didn't do acrylic nails! Check the pics out. She told me to come back the next day to get them fixed like I have time. Headed to get these removed and new set elsewhere. read more

I paid 70 for a short full set French tip I had my gel x removed Placed too much glue on my hands and we struggled to get it off, mine and lili or (Lyly) hands were sticking together. When I tried to speak up and let her know things weren't the way I wanted I was told she's not done yet and to wait for her to file some more. (She was shaving more away from the square shape I wanted and they were looking more coffin shape) My nails are so thick and I can actually see the thick layer of glue under my nails. I used to go here a lot because my mom likes this place but she recently started disliking them as well. I went for a pedicure a while ago and on the pricing they were showing me my pedicure should have been 45 but for some reason my pedi was 65 and no I didn't do any crazy design I'm a simple color girl. Today Lyly told me my total was 63, when I went up to pay for some reason it was 70 And no I did not want to tip because nobody took respectful criticism well and my nails are so thick this is ridiculous. Do not go here. I prefer the beauty bar in Covina as for some reason attractive nails hated them so much but they couldn't one up their service. The shop vibe is very uncomfortable, they all laugh at customers coming in and they don't like when you're picky with what you're paying for on YOUR hands, with YOUR money Lyly was nice and she's bilingual but the shop needs to practice better customer service because honestly this shop is starting to feel more and more trash every time I think like I should be nice and give it another shot. read more

I will never come here again. I've been here many, many times and have never had any issues until recently. I had the WORST manicure I've ever had. I think the nail tech's name was Jenny? But I could be wrong. I wanted to stop my manicure as soon as she started filing my nails. Why I didn't stop.. I guess I just wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt because I'm just not that type of person. My nails were quite literally moving side to side from the roughness of her filing. I don't know if she was upset about something external to her job or if she just doesn't like her job but that's what I can assume based on this unique experience. My original want was a particular DND base with French tip. After I saw her do a French tip on my pinky, I said no. I was okay with just the base. After she noticed my discontent with how everything was going after that, she was a lot more gentle with my nails and hands but by then I was already too upset. Hoping for no infections but I will see and continue to monitor. Manicures are not inexpensive for a lot of people nowadays so I hope this helps someone that doesn't want to walk out upset or angry. read more

A big part of why I decided to try this place was convenience+ it's so close to my house, they're open later than most places and turns out they're very reasonable price wise. I took my mom so she could get a pedicure and a manicure, something she never treats herself to.. I got a pedicure as well and they removed my old gel x set and got started on the new set right away while the other girl worked on my pedicure. As she's applying the gel. X I point out that the one pointer finger is very very crooked. The lady states that there's nothing she could do but she could file it later.. I'm like, "okay well it's really really crooked, So whatever you got to do to fix it it's fine, as long as it's fixed." she continues and does ask if the shape is okay I said "yeah it's all right but that one is really crooked still, you're going to fix that right?" "oh yeah I'll file it no problem." she's e- filing around my cuticle area. I keep wincing and telling her it hurts because she keeps getting my skin and she says "do you want them to be beautiful or not? I have to do it.." By the time she's ready to apply the polish, things are really starting to get busy there.. I realize it was my mistake to not have compared my hands side by side. However, I feel IT IS HER JOB, as a professional nail tech to compare hands and nails, side by side.. W which she did not. She left huge clumps of gel. X underneath the nail, the nail polish application is sloppy and bumpy and the filing and shape turned out to be all together. Sloppy.. I didn't truly notice this until I got home and it's been driving me nuts. Not even a whole week later. My pinky nail has lifted and is about to come off.. Let me tell you smelled soooo good and the entire experience was amazing. It was worth the price. They even talked me into a manicure. They didn't make me feel rushed and were super nice and sweet. Well... how do I start, I went there to get a powder dip and I've been in this salon before but this time I had a terrible experience with the technician "Kelly" she was rude and angry! My nails were horribly done "non of my nails match" when I asked her to fix it she Started yanking my hands and say "where? It's good that's how your nails are" then she got mad. What the hell!?? Is that how you treat customers!!? Not professional at all Luckily another technician took over and worked on them for another 30 minutes!!! Ladies avoid this place at all costs. Admittedly, the salon is lovely. They have a wide selection of nail polish both gel and regular. And staff was at first very friendly, ushering me in although they were not yet open. I was looking to receive gelX nail service along with a pedicure. But 20 minutes in, I had been cut twice. The prep work was not by any means good, the lady didn't even push back the cuticle. She started putting the nail on and left dollops of glue over my finger and under the nail. I had to ask her to remove the nails. She didn't want to stop so I refused to work with her altogether. Second Lady who came in to remove the nails was very kind and helpful. She removed the nails but was very pushy about doing my set herself. But by this point I was irritated and wanted nothing to do with this chop shop. Spent over an hour here and they didn't even manage to remove the glue. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more
