I've been coming to this nail salon for about four years now, but I think it's officially time for a change. I recently came in for a fill and gel pedicure and, unfortunately, left feeling very disappointed. During my pedicure, I asked the technician to remove an ingrown toenail. Not only was it not done properly, but she also removed excessive skin, which left my toe irritated, burning, and even bleeding. It's also clear that not all of the staff are properly trained in ingrown removals, as I've noticed some of them will refuse and have someone else step in--which honestly doesn't inspire much confidence. To make things worse, this same technician didn't know how to do a basic French tip for the pedicure and ended up having to stop mid-service to call Amy over. Amy had to leave in the middle of doing my hands just to fix my toes, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. This pedicure tech has done my feet several times before, and every single time she pinches my skin with her nails. I always have to say something, and it's just uncomfortable and tiring. As for my acrylic fill, I was getting them done by Amy (who I believe is the manager or owner). I asked for a silver chrome French tip, which I technically received--but as soon as I left, I noticed a very visible scratch on one nail and several others with air bubbles. They also were not polished properly on the sides. They honestly look sloppy, and I feel like even if I had spoken up in the moment, I would have been met with attitude or judgment--like I've seen happen to others before. To be honest, I've never been a fan of Amy's work or her attitude. She rarely greets clients or makes them feel welcome. Unfortunately, my regular tech (Kelly) was unavailable, so I had to settle--and I regret it. After four years, I realize I've gotten too comfortable here, and I'm no longer being treated like a valued client. i've gone to this place a few times to get my toes done and they usually do a good job but this time it was horrible. they had me wait about 30 mins which was fine but there was a few people just standing there doing nothing and then when the girl did start to do my toes i can tell she was being very rushed and not really happy that she had to do my toes. But when I sent my daughter to get pedicure's and I found out they cut my daughter also and made her bleed that's when I decided they could not have my business. This was my third time at this location and sad to say I left disappointed. When I first walked into the location it seemed like the lady that they asked to do My pedicure didn't want to do it, so someone else did it. Durning the time of the service there wasn't any customers so all the workers were chatting sleeping on the chairs and it wasn't a peaceful experience. Besides that what really made me post this is the price for the quality I paid $142 for a fill short length and a pedicure and fixed one broken nail to that's way overpriced! So basically I paid $60 dollars for a gel pedicure that they barley massaged the feet because I had the wax on and then $80 for a fill not even a new set but I guess they charge for designer and French which is fine but come on. Friday 9/19 evening I came in for a gel x chrome set and Kelly gave me the most unacceptable, poor performance, dishonest and humiliating experience. It is sad to say that I unfortunately get stuck with her almost every manicure set and it happens EVERYTIME, I can no longer ignore her attitude and flat out disrespect. This time, my gel had not cured fully after her pulling my hands out from curing under the UV light. Bubbles immediately popped up on 75% of my nails and she decided to try to hide it quickly with the chrome powder but we both knew something was wrong. I asked her what was with the bubbles, she said there was no bubbles. I told her I noticed when she tried to rub down the bubbles with her finger prior to the chrome and she pretended not to know. I asked her to please fix the bubbles before applying the chrome and she refused. I asked her to PLEASE fix them again and she started to raise her voice at me in front of the customers leading me to have to repeat myself again (in front of everyone) where the bubbles CLEARLY were on almost every finger. She then started to fix 2 out of 7 of the bubbly nails, when I asked her to fix the rest she said no. I told her again to fix them and she said "you take too long" when this was clearly her mistake for pulling them from curing too quick? Then she couldn't figure out how to properly place the chrome powder and even Amy noticed her cluelessness. I could tell Amy said something along the lines of why are you using that before this, you should know? Then like always, Kelly ends the appointment with a passive aggressive kindness. Nails are a luxury, as top pro nails says "pampering" so why stress to get the top quality that I know they can offer. Ken, please check and correct Kelly's behavior! Now the only reason I am not giving bad star review is because there are GREAT other employees here that I regularly see like Lala, Amy and Ken. Lala I love you and your work for my pedicures! Lala always greets you with a smile and sweet genuine appeal, she's very kind and gives very relaxing but much needed attention to her pedicures. Ken occasionally does my manicures and he pays close attention to detail. Amy is nice and try's her best to support her customers. Thank you, hope to be back soon... but Kelly is a no. read more

I have to say that this is by far the favorite shop I have ever been to. I've been coming here for about a year now and I completely love it. The staff is amazing. Not one to leave many reviews, I have been off and on coming to this salon for a couple years. Sometimes you get both skilled and nice nail techs and sometimes you don't. I went in for a fill today with Amy one of the more popular ones for acrylic and such and she was super rude. I had simple request and I was polite the whole time but anything I would ask she would roll her eyes and walk away as I was still talking. Not sure what was going on, when it came time to pay she quickly handed me my receipt and said "you are all done thank you" not giving me a chance to tip even though I didn't want to I still was. Really bad experience here... I came here because I saw mostly good reviews, but came out very disappointed . I went in telling them that these were gonna be my wedding nails( get married in just a few days) I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they looked nothing like it. As you can see in the picture they are extremely messy!! And they charged me $65 for this... My mother and bridesmaid also came in with me and their nails ended up looking even worse than mine. Our bill for 3 came out to almost $300... ridiculous. I would not mind paying it it is a job well done, but the fact that we had to go home and spend hours fixing their mistakes is insane. I really wanted to like this salon. I really liked the nail technician very much. (I don't want write her name because my intentions are not to get her in trouble) She was super sweet and we had pretty good conversations. The first time I tried them, I had a photo of exactly what I wanted, which was powdered Nails in ombré. Pics below. The ombré wasn't blended so it looked very bad. I texted my old nail technician who moved to ocean side and has her own business now, she recommended for me to go back and have them fix it or refund my money. I called them and went back the next day and I had to literally tell her to blend the color so it will look like ombré. ‍ (she learned to blend thanks to me) lol I went back again before Easter, Thursday, April 14. 2020 . I had my nails filled and asked for her to do a French tip. For the white tip, I had to ask her to add more white because it wasn't looking full, looked chipped. By Friday, the top and side part of my nails started to look even more chipped. I called them on Easter Sunday to see if I could speak to a manager and let them know that I was not satisfied, the lady who picked up said to call back Monday and they help me then, because they were closing. I wasn't going to go that day, but I just wanted them to document my complaint. I didn't call them because I had no baby sitter . I have 2 babies under 2 and I don't have anyone to help me with them, so it is hard to even go to a salon. I'm disappointed because I shouldn't have to pay over $100 with tip included and have to return Not once but TWICE to get my nails fixed when they should have been done correctly the first time around. I gave them 3 chances to convince me that they could do a satisfying job but unfortunately it was becoming an inconvenience for me, due to the fact that I had to keep returning and getting my nails fixed for their lack of experience. Gas is not so cheap and finding a sitter for 2 babies under 2 , is not so easy. Now I'm on a hunt for a new nail salon. read more
