Let me start off by saying this was easily the best pedicure I've gotten! I called and they were able to take me in within 20 minutes! Such a well lit salon and very quiet. Lisa helped me out and I decided to get a standard pedicure only. It took about 40 minutes total (super quick). Lisa took her time in cleaning up my nails and did an excellent job with the polish. Super reasonable prices as well! Was super excited to find out they have the massage chairs! Cant wait to come back and visit Lisa. Definitely my new spot if I'm in need of a pedicure. Only downside is the parking is a little difficult to find and the lot is on the smaller side but other than that, a flawless and perfect experience. read more

I absolutely love this Place!! Their customer service was exceptional! I showed on Sunday @ 6:30pm and they were close, bummer! Right? There was still two ladies inside and upon seeing me leaving they came up and opened, asked me what i needed and welcomed me in. I felt a bit bad because they were ready to leave but their attitude was extremely pleasant that I felt appreciated as a customer & walked right in. This was my first time here & I'll definitely be coming back. I live in San Diego and i could honestly say that i will just travel to get my Mani and Pedi done here. They did an absolute great job on my pedicure and manicure! My mother also got a gel manicure and loved it. I really didn't want to give this review but I was not given the service I wanted. I always get matching gel for my hands and regular polish for my feet. So I get my pedicure done with the color I originally wanted. When it comes time to do my fills, the matching color was not a "match". I dont know what happened but story short, they had 2 different colors. The lady doing my nails which is the owner stared at me like kinda giving me the look so I can keep that color. No way. Thats not what I chose. I was nice about it and chose a similar color. The polish was thick and I kept telling her. She thinned the polish out which made my nails all thick and mushy even though its gel. Not happy with the service. Lady doing my pedicure didnt even wash the tub correctly. They don't put bags. Sorry but I won't be going back. Such a shame to pay for a service you're not happy with. read more

I loved that they took me at 7:45pm when their closing time is at 8pm! Lets talk about color! One thing i look for in a good nail salon is the different type of colors and the brand of the nail polish. No one wants cheap nail polish that chips after the first day. This review is a bit long but please take a minute and read it before going to Bella's. Pedicures are not the most glamorous services a nail salon has to offer to their clients. I admit it is not the kind of job I would be able to do. So I always have a great deal of respect for those who have not only the talent and skill to go into work everyday and magically transform the most horrific feet into something soft and beautiful, but also the ability to present them self in a professional and nurturing way which leaves the client feeling relaxed and pampered. And there is no doubt that each person doing Pedicures must have a bad day every so often where they probably feel as if they have to do one more set of feet they will have a complete meltdown. That is very understandable. With that being said, I was pretty disappointed when my two friends and I walked into Bella's for a combination of three pedicures and one full set of nails. We may not have made them rich with our visit, but they only had one client in there at the time and four employees standing around doing nothing so to expect a smile from at least one of them was not a lot to ask. They all could not be having a bad day, yet the three assigned to do our Pedicures were unfriendly to the point of being rude. We all sat side by side in massage chairs that they "claim" were out of order, they did not speak one word to any of us, but they had no problem talking between them self in their own language and look sideways at us as if we disgust them. I am a 56 year old Caucasian, my friend is also 56 and Hispanic and she brought along her 16 year old daughter and we agreed that the cold and unprofessional mood was not the worse part of our experience. When we compared our own dislikes with each other afterward, this is where we felt Bella's failed: The water we all put our feet into was not warm and relaxing, it was cool and shallow, as if they did not want to waste their hot water on us. The cleaning and trimming of the toe nails and removing old polish was half done. My friend had to ask that her nails were clipped evenly a couple of times, the girl left two of her toenails longer then the others. When two of us paid the additional money for callous remover the girl doing my friends feet put it on and immediately took it off with little results. The girl who did my pedicure used a dull and unclean looking scrubbing stone of some kind that had no effect on my feet. She scrubbed hard and deep on my feet remaining in the same area until she scrubbed my feet raw all the while holding onto each foot while digging her thumb nail into the arch of my foot. I stopped her several times to let her know she was stabbing my foot with her nails and what she was doing to my feet was painful. Yet she pretended not to know what I was telling her and she continued on the same way. One of the three employees turned on the jets in the foot soaker for about two minutes and when the young girl who was with us asked why the jets in her tub weren't on... again they claimed they were out of order. Our feet do not look amazing... they look as though we allowed some 7 year olds to play beauty school. And today my feet are so raw and sensitive that I can hardly walk on carpet. Not mention that after all that hard scrubbing the girl somehow managed to leave dry rough skin in other areas of my feet that scraped against the sheets last night in bed and I had to get up and put on Vaseline and socks. TO BELLA EMPLOYEES: Everyone knows the job you do is a difficult one. Everyone knows it takes a special person with a unique gift to deal with the public day after day and still manage to smile and Bella employees don't have it or don't care? We seek a place of comfort and to relax and re energize ourself after a hard day and very much appreciate spending our hard earned money on a service that doesn't leave us depressed, angry and in pain afterwards. I would like to advise anyone and everyone NOT TO BOTHER WITH THE RUDE EMPLOYEES AT BELLAS AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!! Your feet will be grateful that you did!!! read more

This is my first time at Bella Nails. The location is very clean and the staff extremely friendly. The down side to this place is first that none of the massage chairs work. At least for me that matters, I like that part of my pedicure helps me relax. The second thing that is not so great is that they only have one of those small machines for the gel nail polish. So while I was here there was a lot of waiting going on. And the last thing is that they only have one person who is able to do acrylics, happens to be the same one person who is able to do the gel!!! Really?! I couldn't believe it. Came here for a gel pedi and mani.... price was decent for both... while I was getting my pedi the guy doing it was very rude, I had a bad ankle at the time and I told him but he didn't care much kept moving my foot in such a rude way, also he didn't offer the calluses treatment... I'm so disappointed nd pissed off with this place.. I got a full set and eyelash extensions for 54 .. The prices are awesome and cheap but it's true .. You get what you pay for ... I saw that they do eyelash extensions for 25 .. So I got em done .. First of all the eyelash extension are suppose to be on your eyelashes not your skin.. One of my eyelashes look nice the other side is straight and not curled. All the lashes are the same length so it looks funny.. I just can't even deal right now.. I'm going to get them removed at the place I usually go to.. Which is pings in mp.. And for my full set I don't even know what on earth this guy was thinking all my nails are uneven and I didn't realize it till after it was too late to fix it .. It's super thick which I don't like.. This nail shop does a really good on the nail and very nice but.....it took almost two hrs and three different people to do a simple fill and gel polish without a design on my nails. I asked for a design but since it took too long I left with just gel polish job. I asked for a polish change on my toes and nothing was done. I guess I should have told them a pedicure maybe they would have understood my request. I only give them a 2.5 star for time and not having one manicurist per client. Call me uptight and cheap but I walked in here on a Thursday morning and the place was empty. I saw the sign said 15$ full set. Some places charge more for white tip (not sure why) which is fine so I asked how much for white tip? The ladies pointed to who I'm assuming was the boss an older lady who looked like she has a stick up her bottom. She said white tip 20$. I'm thinking hmm she said that after looking me up and down and eyeing my $$$ purse I got as a present. Plus I'm from the hood and I KNOW I can get white tip by my house for 14-17$. So I said ok no thank you and walked out. One of the ladies ran behind me and when I was already in my car windows up she knocked on my window and said "if you want white tip we do 15$ ok?"
