The service is great and they do such beautiful work everytime. They always do a good job.

Don't waste your money, it's horrible. They don't fix anything, they just charge you more. The guy who works there doesn't know how to do acrylics; he leaves your nails thick and poorly done, and the finish is awful. read more

The positives for me is that this place is located close to me and their prices are very reasonable. The service is also good and they can do a basic design. I would not come here for an elaborate design because they don't really know how to do that sort of work. They have a cute spa chair for little kids which I think is cool. read more

I normally come here just for the pedicures since they do a good job & I am always pleased with their work. I never do my manicures since I am really picky. But today I decided to give them a try & I was looking forward to getting them done how I wanted them and they turned out horrible. First of all the lady who did them was really rude. When she would be done with one hand she would just shove my hand and grab my other one instead of letting me know or asking me to switch. I had both my hands on her table when she just shoved the LED box to dry the nails into my hands without warning me. Then she grabs my phone and puts it on the other side and tells me to show her the picture of the nails I wanted. (Don't grab peoples phones like you own them ). She did them like how she felt like it and I don't appreciate it. I could of told her I didn't like them and to take them off but I normally don't say anything because I never experienced that before but now I should of since I spent my money on them and didn't end up liking them ! Horrible service from her. Never doing my manicures there again ! read more

There's not professional when it comes with acrylic on toes expect these two ladies . I waited for 20 minutes and was the first person there and later on I decided to get gel only. It's ridiculous when it gets like this I recommend to get people who are professional and wouldn't wait on someone to do nails and having to get ur toes done without liking them. Oh and also this lady had charged me 28 dollars for gel pedicure but I had came last time and it was 25 she overpriced me and my mom I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! read more

I've been going to this place since it opened in 2019 because it is close to my house. Over the years it has been an ok experience with an occasional off visit. Today I was pleasantly surprised. Nancy worked on my pedicure. She was meticulous and gentle. Kim worked on my hands and she was warm, meticulous, and professional. I will be going back and hoping that this will be the new norm there. read more

If I can negative stars I would. I came here to get a pedicure with my boyfriend we both ended up getting infections really bad my bf is still recovering but I haven't recovered yet. I told a neighbor about it and she said she got an infection as well by the SAME GIRL!!!!! Ugh they should have their license taken away or shut down!!!! If I had pictures of all 3 I would but I only have a picture of mine not recent but of how it is now I can't even wear shoes or walk right it hurts so bad. I remember when the lady was doing my pedicure I kept telling her it hurt and she didn't care she kept digging when there was NOTHING!!! I used to do my own pedicure idk why I even came here ughh gonna keep doing my own pedicure from now on after my toe heals. The lady is old and has a little bit of hair and always has a hair clip. read more

I don't recommend this place me and mom went to do our pedicure and she did both and the lady that did her nails did them horrible and she was so bossy and once she was done she pointed at my moms purse to give her $$$ now and my mom was still doing her pedicure so I told her something since my mom dosent speak English she was so rude!!!! I love coming here for pedicures! Im a regular so I think I get somewhat of special treatment, but I have never had a bad experience with a pedicure. AFTERMATH - I got a bacterial infection and a nail fungus infection after coming here for the first time. I had to take medication for both. The visit itself was not good and to find out I got an infection. The bacterial went away with a 7 day medication and for the fungus I had to take 1 pill a day for 30 days but had to stop after 7 days because it was effecting my vision which is a rare side effect. Now using a topical. I would not recommend coming here ! VISIT - The ladies who did my mani and pedi were nice but one of my nails was messed up and the manager got so mad when I asked for it to be fixed. She yanked off my sandals and messed up my other foot that was perfectly fine. Sina is her name. She is RUDE and I never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon. It was my first time and I won't be back. And she was so rude to the lady who did my pedi. I tipped all 3 $5 because I didn't want her take from Nancy who did my pedi and when I tipped her & she didn't even look at at me but stuck her hand out. I would never go back. Also, the lady on the side of me who wears getting a pedi was telling me that this wasn't the first time she was rude to someone. read more

The price is good, and they clean ur nails well. but when i asked for a fake tip they said "no i didnt need it" and continued to paint my regular nail. at this point im feeling shut down and dont wanna say anything. they insist my nails will look good. well the outcome is just ugly. i hate them, i go for fake nails bc they dont chip if i scratch with pants on or even do anything. i paid 50$ for a mani pedi. my toes were done nicely. my finger nails on the otherhand... will have me never coming back here again read more

I told her , I'm not in a rush I need my nails to get dry , and with loud voice and attitude said , even if you are here waiting 2 hours is gonna mess up because you didn't chose gel !! What ??? Don't let this clean new place place fool you! I came in for a manicure and left like i didn't get one done. It was really upsetting because the lady that was doing my manicure she kept getting mad and would yank my arm she was way to aggressive and did a really poor job on my nails. To top things off she was so worried about getting done with me and going onto the next person that she didn't even file my nails(I pretty much left with the old shape I had before) I dont recall her name but if you get your nails done good luck but definitely not coming back here again. read more

Disappointed beyond Disappointed, I tired this nail salon for the first time last Sunday got a pedi loved it lady did a awesome job. So I decided to go in today to get my nails done, but the man in station 6 did a horrible job, i got out of the chair the first time and my nails had alot of bubbles so I told the man and I sat back down and he "fixed" them... so he finished and i look at them and they still have some bubbles in it and streaks at this point I just wanted to get out i didn't say anything. But he didn't even file off the excess powder he didn't even get the top of my nails with the powder and I asked for a coffin nail and these don't look like coffin nails... read more

I wouldn't even give this place a one star. I came in to get nails done for prom and they came out looking like a cone head. I had showed him various inspiration photos of what I wanted and got the complete opposite. I wanted French Tip Almond nails but as I said I didn't get them. I didn't know what he was thinking and left disappointed. This was a very special day for me and my nails were messed up. It was prom and I was very worried. I couldn't take the way they looked so I went to a different place in San Dimas called Eva Nails and they said they couldn't fix them bc the way he did them. So they ended up cutting my nails in a square shape which did the job. read more

Worst pedi experience in my entire life of pedicures. I came back because the lady that did my pedi did a great job. She was busy so i took on anyone. I told her to not cut or file my toes. I had already done that at home. I just need her to clean my cuticles ...She said OK. Im like great she's going to listen to me. Well she did listen except she started using a tool with pointy ends and we all know that tool was for people with ingrown nails. Lady I did not complain about an ingrown...you know why ...because i dont have none. She pressed and digged so far into my nail bed that I saw stars i kept saying ooowww and pulled my feet back. I started sweating from holding my breath because she was literally causing me pain. I was appalled at how she didn't give a single f**k that i resisted. Like she thinks she found something. So then she pinches my big toes ....like trying to insinuate that she gave me relief and she looked up at me like seee there was something ...now you feel better. I was pissed. So she did it again. It hurt i was in absolute pain. I cant press my entire feet down or it will hurt. Its been a day and they are now throbbing. I didnt get her name but I can describe her. Light skin & pale skin ...egg head shape & no boobs no makeup did my pedi. I have a feeling she disrupted my nails and that I will have ingrown nails because of this. She overdid it and I cant walk. When she put on my sandals she messed up the pedi. The she repainted it and it got on my skin. Didnt clean it up. And the polishing was all bad. Polish goes on nails not skin. I cant clean it up because im hurting read more

Came to visit a friend who lives down the street and had to last minutely get my nails and feet done. Yelp helped per usual, and I'm glad I decided on New Color Nails Spa! I called to see if Sina was available because the pics proved she's amazing with full sets. They said I could come in 10 mins. And when I got there, I had to wait a few minutes but Sina came to the rescue in no time. I've been wanting to get the holographic nails but been afraid. And Sina didn't disappoint, my nails are PERFECTO! Perfect length, prefect shape, perfect everything!! Couldn't be happier! So next time I'm in town, I'll be sure to pay her a visit when need be. Wish she could be my go-to for regular fills :( but I live far. I didn't get the gentleman who did my pedicure, but he was awesome too! Thanks NEW COLOR NAILS SPA! :) :) :) read more

Great nail salon! I would drive by it to go to another nail salon by the area and since my usual nail place is closed on Sundays I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! The ladies are very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate . I got my eyebrows wax and a full set done there and they turned out so good! They listened to exactly what you want and constantly ask you if you like it . I always have a hard time finding someone that can do my full set good since I like them short and not bulky at all, and I found the place that does them the way I like them! They take their time and don't rush which I appreciate when getting my nails done. They also have a great nail color selection. Definitely will be coming back ! read more

I found this place because I was looking for a new nail salon. My previous place: Pinkies Nail salon left my nails on my hands and feet infected and in pain for months. I haven't had my nails done in almost a year and New Color Nails & Spa was the first place I have had my nails done since that bad experience. Wendy was AMAZING. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure to use disposable tools for cleanliness. I also like that there is plexiglass between myself and the nail artist as a COVID-19 precaution. A PLUS - the pedicure price is SUPER fair. I paid $34 for a full pedicure service, callus removal, and french tip toe nails. SUPER PLUS - they give out stamp cards!!!! LOVE LOVE. hehe. On your 7th service you get $5 off or Free Eyebrow service. I WILL BE BACK SOON! read more
