Worst experience ever in 2 consecutive times , wasn't gonna write a review for the first time That Kim did a pedi , all The spa seats were occupied, so She put me a wooden box and she sat on it , last like 2 hours because every 5 mins she stand up to answer the phone and every time leave me with my legs hanging in the air because and had them rest in that box and was very uncomfortable ... after a while I told her I want the spa chair and she put me In one!! Then when I paid she was running behind me to look for me in the parking lot Because she forgot to charge me for the fill !!! Like if wasn't my fault !! Well I forgot about that Situation and really needeD my nails done And see the place almost empty and a guy did The nail gel and fill my nails and Look what a nasty job and cheapy and dirty place never go there with this greedy lady that don't invest at least and looking clean and neat hers
Came here a couple days ago. I've been looking for my go-to nail place. The last two places weren't that great because one cut into my skin and the other was very careless about my pedicure so I was very cautious this time. I called before visiting to see if there was a wait time and Kim said I could go right then. When I got there, Kim took me in right away. She was so nice and hospitable. She had to do another girl's nails and asked me if I was in a rush or if I could wait a little and her customer service and hustle was so good that I didn't mind waiting. She really took the time to make sure I was fine with everything, even offered me the WiFi while I waited. Even though I needed go wait a little bit, I was out of there just under an hour from when I arrived. You can definitely tell Kim is a hard-working woman. My experiences at other nail salons never considered the time I was taking out of my day to get quality service at their location but that's definitely what I got here. She painted my nails well, didn't clip into my skin, and made sure I was fully accommodated. When I was checking out, one of her regulars came in and I could tell she builds personal relationships with her customers. I am definitely making this my go-to place! Pros: not too busy on Saturday afternoon, hospitable, WiFi Cons: nail color (I guess you can't control that, but the sample was navy blue sparkly but it came out aquamarine)
This is my new favorite spot now! I called in earlier today to see if they had any availability, and they told me to come right in so I did. The place was clean and very nicely kept. There's a ton of parking in the plaza. The lady who worked on me was Wendy and she was super skillful. I love how smooth the gel manicure feels. The owner, Kim, was super friendly as well. She asked me where I found her spot and I said Yelp, and she thanked me for coming in!! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone else. A simple gel manicure costs only $20! Very affordable. Definitely coming back in the future :)
This is my first time coming but not my first experience with Kim. She used to be my go to nail lady when she worked at a different nail salon. I came in for a full set and eyelash extensions. Lin did my full set. I asked for medium length, coffin shape with a translucent pink and they came out natural and clean. Kim did my eyelash extensions...AMAZING! I got medium and long. All together I paid $50.....nails $20, lashes $30. Side note: I brought my four-year-old along with me and Kim put on cartoons and got a little snack from the back for him which really shows what kind of customer service they provide. I will definitely be back!! This place is a gem.
I am surprised that this place is not packed. Kim is awesome! I have been coming here with my daughters (12 & 9) for over a year & we always have a good experience. Kim waxes our eyebrows. She keeps my 12yo's natural but not bushy, and she fixed mine after I'd had a bad experience somewhere else where they took off the tip of my brow. We frequently get gel manicures & they're well done. Kim just got 4 new spa pedicure massage chairs that are great! I love it here. If you're looking for a place in BP, check this one out.
I came here to get my nails done just a few days before a wedding. Most nail salons would be closed by the time I got off work but Kim's was still open. They sat me down in a massage chair while I soaked my feet. How relaxing after a long day at work! Kim is very friendly and patient. I asked for French tips and she went above and beyond than just boring French tips. She added a subtle sparkle to them and some nail art on the ring fingers. She also did my toes to match. Kim had suggested gel nail polish so that I didn't have to wait for them to dry and so I wouldn't have to worry about messing them up. It was a great idea and so affordable too! I would definitely come back here again.

When we got there we struggled to find the entrance but found it on the side of Pizza Hut facing the street. The inside looked rather simple and rather average but the staff are really nice. The lady who did my nails (I don't know her name) would check with me to make sure I was okay with the way they were coming out which I really appreciated. However, the nail color I chose did not really match the one I requested but it wasn't bad so I didn't say anything even though my boyfriend and brother noticed as well. Good place overall, but I do not have much experience with getting my nails done.
My sister and I got our nails done and we absolutely love the way they came out! We got the full set and gel. Also the owner Kim is such a sweet lady! The lady(I didn't get a chance to ask for her name) that did my coffin shaped and my sister almond shaped nails had done a wonderful job as can be seen in the photos. I have been to other nails salon that just slapped on the acrylic and didn't shape it well but this lady was so detailed with her work! Loved my visit and will be coming back in the future for sure. :)
This nail shop is located right next to Pizza Hut. It took me awhile to find it because you can't see the entrance unless you're right on Ramona Blvd., since the door is facing the road. Kim says that they used to have a sign, but it disappeared awhile ago. I got a gel manicure and the service was great. Kim was very attentive and made sure to clarify what I wanted. I originally went in with a design in mind, which included a couple of gold strips, but we couldn't get them to stay, so I decided to go without them. I still love the result however. Perhaps we can get them on next time!
This is my first time here and I will definitely be coming back! Kim and everyone was very friendly. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and they gave me what I wanted. She did an excellent job with the filing the shape of my nails and the design which she free hand. I would highly recommend this place!

First time coming here after looking for a salon on yelp close by. I called for a full set & gel pedicure & Kim took me in 10 minutes later. She was so sweet & welcoming throughout my entire time there. She even gave me little red hearts for Valentines Day free of charge for my 1st visit. I didn't get the man's name that did my pedicure but he did a good job Definitely recommend Kim & her salon! read more

This place is very accommodating. You can make a last minute appointment and take also walk ins. Kim is the one I go to for my Pedicure and gel manicure. My toenails ingrown go so deep and I only trust her to remove it and she does it very gently. She's very nice and friendly and so as her staff. This place deserves more than 5 stars. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. read more

Just left& I left so satisfied. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Kim is the sweetest woman. And I enjoyed my spa pedicure so much. I got French tip toes and gel French manicure. They take their time with the most expensive products and make conversation in English. I will be back! read more

...first time coming here today and I will definitely be coming back! My natural nails are very long but started breaking on the corners. The place I normally went to put some acrylics over to prevent the breaking, but that left my nails clumpy and looking to fake. When it was time for a fill I thought I'd try somewhere new. When I came into the salon, Kim and Mimi were very helpful and noticed the acrylics were doing more damage than helping my natural nails. Carefully taking away the acrylics, Mimi was able to give my nails a beautiful manicure and restore their natural look! I'm very happy with the outcome and will be making this my new home to care for my nails! Thank you Mimi and Kim! read more

I have gone to Kim's a couple times & have been okay with my nails, not extremely satisfied but not mad either. This particular time I went I got my nails done, and they look like someone threw paint onto them. I asked the lady once she was done if she could clean them up & put nail polish on the parts she forgot, but she barely helped at all. I'm so disappointed in my nails & I wish I could get a refund. DO NOT go here unless Kim herself is doing your nails, you will regret it. read more

3 days and it's chipping already! You can see where the top coat was applied as it doesn't fully cover the nail. I'd also asked for a very simple design and they said ok then when it came down to it they said they couldn't do it. I wouldn't have picked this color if I knew they weren't going to do the design I wanted. I will not be returning here. read more

Never been here before , but i came here because my original nail spot was close , and i ended up really loving it , so I'm going to stick with it. Really nice nails and aren't rushing . $30 for medium length GEL coffin nails, seriously cant beat that. SO LATER THAT WEEK I RETURNED .... FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS , BIG NO NO! It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and went here because of the "good reviews". Anyways, took about an hour or less, WHEN I SAW THEM I THOUGHT THEY WERE FABULOUS, sure enough as i left they really started to hurt my poor eyelid and lash line , i said maybe its because im not use to them yet, Mind you it was my first time . As the day progressed they really started to sore and hurt my eyelids and poke my eyes every time i would blink. I had enough and googled "how to remove eyelash extensions safely" and as i read , i did so, didnt yank them out although when i looked at the extensions, i could see my actual eyelashes stuck to the glue, and as soon as my eyelids felt freedom from pain they puffed up and became red. NEVER AGAIN will i get extension from here . read more
