I been coming for quite some time years here. However they have gotten worse over the years. They use the same tools on everyone. I been watching them very closely when I come and get my pedicure and first they don't clean the tubs where you put your feet they just put a bag and if there some els that comes they just keep doing the same. Then they just keep using the same tools on everyone I saw how the lady cleans her tools , she puts them in a bin and takes it to the sink and just puts dish soap and puts them back in the same bin. Goes to the other person and uses those tools. She doesn't even get new ones or puts the ones that she used previously to disinfect. I get it , it's cheaper but getting in infection is going to be worse. Be very cautious of places and how serious they take your health. Last time I come here. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon since 2005. It was a different owner then. They've changed owners a few times but I remained a regular. Julie is the best ever. She's very patient and really does a great job. She's the reason I keep coming back. It's also a plus that it's just a block away from my house. It's very clean and the people are friendly and professional. They also have the best deals in town. That's why it's not surprising that it gets packed. Two women did my pedicure. They had to bring in a second lady after the first lady seemed to admit that she didnt know how to cut an ingrown nail. This was after she cut me really badly. It would not stop bleeding for half an hour. Now I'm worried I will get a really bad infection from the cut. The lady that cut me laughed when I said she cut me. Maybe it was a language barrier but i told her that I didnt think it was funny. I only came here today because I used to come here all the time with no issues. They must have changed ownership or something. Please do not come here. They will pretend they know how to do what you want and even put your health at risk to do it and still not do it right. The lady that did my nails did the worst job ever. The color I picked apparently ran out. And instead of telling me she kept trying to scrape more out. I feel bad having to give a negative review. I came here once before and the manager did my nails and they were ok. But yesterday I went to get a fill, I had two cracked nails which were supposed to be fixed but today they cracked again, idk the name of the lady who did them but she was not good. They were left bumpy and not even shaped correctly. The polish job was terrible!! Thick uneven layers of polish that messed up right away, I told her to leave it since I was going to remove it anyway. I payed and left. They knew I was unhappy and gave me some sandal 2 sizes too big for me so I wouldn't mess up my toe nails. They are all very nice but unfortunately the nails were hideous. read more

I got a pedicure Dec. 23rd, the woman who was giving the pedicure was trying to remove my ingrown nail from my big toe and the woman would not stop even if i would say ouch, and it was very painful. thinking she finished and removed all of the ingrown from my toe i left the salon limping thinking it was all okay. turns out, 10 days later my toe got an infection causing me to go to the hospital to get it fixed. I never thought I'd have to write this review... I've been coming here for 2 years. The last couple of times have been a disgrace. I have been previously overcharged here, when I get the exact same thing. Mon-Wed are "discount days" and the times I get the discount is when the only man working there does my nails. (This guy is actually REALLY good!) The result of my nails this time is shameful. I have done them way better myself (with my left hand, and I'm right handed and not a nail technician). This time, the nail technician made me feel like I was stupid for asking for a white tip with acrylic overlay. She asked me 3 different times what color I wanted, each time I said the same, "white tip." Yet when she started to paint my nails, she painted the ENTIRE nail white, trying to get away from the white tip. The fact that I have snowy mountains on my fingertips is disappointing. I paid $36 plus 20% tip for this. The previous time, the owner overcharged me. It was supposed to be a total of $25 and she charged me $30. I gave her 2 $20 bills and waited for my change. I had to ask her for my change since it was apparent she wasn't going to give it to me. I'll never step foot in this building again. read more

I have never had a bad experience when getting a pedicure until this time. Crystal has done my pedicures but this time she was not there and another lady did my toes. She hurt both of my big toes multiple times. When I pulled my foot back because of the pain she said I had an ingrown nail which I did not. She was just cutting and cutting the sides of my toes continuously and she would not stop even though I would pull my feet back and tell her it hurt. She even pinched my skin so hard I was almost in tears. I now have an infection on both of my toes that she cut and I will never be coming back again. Do yourselves a favor and find a different Salon for your pedicures. My toes got very swollen and filled with pus I'm thankful I was able to get an antibiotic from my doctor to help my situation. read more

So I waited ...... 45 mins later no one came to give me an update on why I was still waiting. I went up to the same girl that informed me that I would be waiting and asked her "Do you know how much longer it will be?" and she just ignored me and started talking to one of the other ladies, so I promptly walked out.
