Wanted to relax. Not the place for that. Want a quick mani/pedi? This is it. Techs sounded like they were arguing. Two sat and watched videos on their phones-volume loud. Couldn't relax given the noise and the way the tech was handing my hands. All business and no "care." I had to sit twisted so she could do nothing my hands. I like when I can sit comfortably and the tech maneuvers around the chair. The massage was quick and felt like it was just so they can say they did it. Same with cuticle removal on my feet. However, today I came with my sister and I told them on the phone two of my nails fell off and I wanted those Gel X. The lady named TRIN was arguing with me back and forth that I told the lady something else. She was soaking my nails for a few mins close to 1 HOUR. Rachel is my new manicurist. She did my toes and she did wonders. I have chubby little feet so I have ingrowns on all of my toenails. Rachel did a fascinating job I felt I can finally put on my tennis shoes and work my 12 hour shift comfortably. I am forever grateful because most manicurist rush you to be able to attend fast to other clients or just make your feet look pretty and that it, not her though. I will be back for sure. It was so relaxing that I almost took a nap. Prices are reasonable also. I was shocked what I paid for two pedicures and eyebrows getting waxed 63 dollars!!!! I did not have the best experience here. I just moved up the street from this salon so decided to give it a shot for a pedi. I waited about 30-45 mins. The moment I sat down in a chair the lady noticed a customer that was a regular and told the guy to do my pedi instead because she wanted that girl. I was there before her waiting and I had to wait even longer until the gentleman was finished with my moms toes. He was super nice but it was just a basic pedi. My mom was not very satisfied with the service, her paint job was not the best. She did enjoy the massage they provided. Which is a plus. I was charged $50 for gel manicure and a regular pedicure. It's a $5 difference? Because I refused to get gel pedicure they charged me for removing the gel from my previous manicure and pedicure. If you have natural nails or trying to grow your nails out I wouldn't recommend coming here. I asked the lady to not cut my nail and then she cuts my left little finger nail and the one next to it with the cuticle cutter. Then she does my right hand and says she cleaned it up. Took over an hour for my nails to be done.. And the work was not what I expected. Very nice nail tech, however I wouldn't come back.

Very pleased with the service I received from Tracy (she's only there on weekends). I came in at the last hour before closing and she took me in with no hesitation. Fast, precise and the price was great compared to other salons. Thank you Tracy! I also brought my 6 year old niece to get a mani and pedi with the lady that works the front desk (I didn't get her name) and she treated her so nicely. Just got my nails done here for the first time by Monique. I assume my sister is a frequent customer of Moniques since she was the one that called her to see if she was available to do my nails. Upon entering I was already seated and served as Monique began working on my bitten nails. It was really refreshing to not hear my manicurist tell me that "my nails are so tiny, i need to stop biting" she understood. She knew I must have heard it a thousand times before because when I told her, "its been a while, i bite my nails" she reassured me with a nod (For the record, biting my nails is a nervous tick ive had since i was four. Nothing could help me stop, i sometimes even bite through acrylics and with stress from school is definitely not a help. But considering im off from school for a few weeks i figured id treat myself) Hands down this was by far the least painful full set ive ever received and she nicked me once, no blood Usually my nails are left raw and hurting when i get a full set but not here. Not with monique. Overall my experience was great, i love the gel color i got and how natural my nails look considering im a biter. The only weird thing i cal think of is when done with filing my nails i was not asked to go wash my hands to get the excess power off. Instead Monique went straight to painting my nails. This use to be my go to place when they first opened. I used to love it and hadn't been in a while. Found myself in the area and decided to give it a shot. I was disappointed 1) the customer service is no longer what it was 2) the chairs are dirty and 3) the spa chairs which I usually enjoy as they massage my back do not work and 4) they speak very loudly amongst themselves in their language which is extremely annoying and makes it uncomfortable and very difficult to enjoy my pedicure. I can that coming back back here was a mistake and I will not be making it again. So if you're thinking about trying it out just go somewhere else. read more

She asked me what shape and thickness I wanted and did not listen to a single thing I said. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but just save your money. One of the young girls cut both of my big toes and then sprayed something that hurt so bad. Another thing she was having a whole conversation with her coworkers and kept stopping for like 5 minutes to have a whole conversation she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing. I've been coming here for over a year to do my waxing. I decided to do my nails as well during today's visit. But it was a mistake. I wanted something that I've gotten before, a white matte finish with a glitter line down the middle, after the white matte finish so the glitter could keep its shine. This girl did the matte finish on top of my glitter line, I had explained to her how I wanted it. She then asked another worker there ( not sure if it was the owner ) but she was an older lady with short hair and glasses, she literally was trying to Argue with me on how you don't do glitter on top of my matte coat, and it's done under neath. Lady, I have done this before ! Smh Finally the younger lady did it how I was saying. But the nerve of that lady! Needless to say I won't be coming back here to do my nails.
