That is absurd, everyplace I've taken my little sister to they charge $5 for toes and $5 for hand which is reasonable. They didn't ask what length I wanted my toes cut to, they cut them short, and she made me pay before she put color on my hands so I left with no color since she wanted me to pay more for it. This was my first time in this salon and they did a fine job with my basic spa pedicure. They have a nice selection of colors which makes it hard to decide, but it's nice to have lots of options to complement everyone's skin tones. The man who did my pedicure was very gentle and took care to not cut my skin, and was gentle enough with the exfoliating that the tickling didn't make me want to crawl out of my skin. The spa chairs are nice and comfortable, and the massage function is always nice. He did a good job with the lotion and massage - he didn't rush, none of the weird and uncomfortable slapping some people have done before. After he was done with the polish, he helped me put my sandals on and set up a fan to finish drying my toes. I'll come back. They have a lot of pretty options for manicures, holographic and cat eye options, designs, etc. read more

I don't get anything fancy and they don't ask prying questions or try to sell you more than you need. I think they could do a better job of spacing patrons apart. Nails on point by Teresa... Yay! Found her!!! She went from "Passion Nails" in La Puente to now, "Nail Express" in La Puente. This place is very clean and cozy and much bigger than nail passion for you past customers. Pedicure Spa chairs are also very comfortable, seating is big and so easy to slide into, not to high, not too low, also chairs can go armless, perfect for plus size people like me. Got to love Teresa though!! She does the best nails, very fast, and not sloppy with her work. Absolutely perfect every-time! I love the cute little art work I have her do for me. I test her art skills every time. lol Show her a cute nail design, she will attempt to do and always nails it! Prices are very reasonable here. Big PLUS!!!! I was looking for a new nail salon and thought I'd give this place a shot since it has pretty good reviews. I called and made an appointment for a pedi at 2. I walked in and wasn't acknowledged. I stood there for a minute before being asked what I needed. I was sat in a spa chair pretty quickly. My pedicure was rushed. The person doing my pedi only took 30 seconds to massage each foot, which is the best part of a pedicure. I guess you get what you pay for but I'm willing to pay more elsewhere for a good foot rub. The person doing my pedi also did a number on my toes. He dug and dug on the sides to clean up the edging and they're swollen and very painful to walk on today. After my nails were painted he put my sandals on and signaled that I was done. I've never felt so rushed. I will not patronize this business again. read more

I've been coming here for awhile and I do love Doree! She always does a phenomenal job. The only reason I didn't give a five star is because I had a pedicure done and I was not happy with it. I wanted a snowflake painted on my big toe and they were unable to do it. So Doree suggested a sticker that ended up rolling on my toenail and now does not have a smooth texture. It feels like I have a bad nail job on my toe. Doree is great. She takes her time in doing great nails and I appreciate it. Pedicures here are a "no go." I came in on May 5th with my daughter and Mother in Law, we came in to get 2 full sets and for my toddlers hands and feet to be painted. My mother in laws nails are good and are still in tact. My toddlers nail and toe polish was as if she had done them herself and had come off by the end of the night. My nails are all lifting and popping off as if they were a set of press on nails.
