i used to come here religiously until i got an acrylic toenail today. it was super thick and uncomfortable so i tried removing it myself. come to find out i am unable to soak it off properly bc it seemed like mma was used on the big toe. the acrylic is gooey and not getting soft with the acetone. so i've been having to shave it off with a nail bit. getting a regular gel pedicure is fine but if you're getting acrylics be careful. read more

This place is horrible! The lady cut me 3 times. Not going there again. She stabbed my pinky hard with the cuticle cleaner. She was too harsh and ended up cutting me and I kept bleeding. She did not try to pay attention after cutting me so many times. This was not a relaxing experience. Nails look bad too. This was my first and last time there. read more

I was in the area and just needed to get a full set for an event I had, I found this place on yelp & the reviews were good I called and asked for an appt with Jenny, the lady told me she will be available in 30 min. When I arrived, 25 min later, I can see they were busy, I waited for about 20-30 min. Jenny was so sweet and listened to what I wanted, and you can't beat the price!! This was only $33 and $8 for tip! I've been to many nail salons, and usually with what I pay here, the shape would be bad but Jenny did it so clean :) I usually only get my nails done for events so this will be my go to! read more

Came here for the first time and noticed There are only two ladies here. I got a pedicure and the lady cut me! She cut me and proceeded to jam the tool where she cut me and she still didn't understand .I had to tell her to STOP. Avoid this place at all costs. Update: toe looks infected. I've been putting peroxide and pus is coming out. See photo. Do NOT stop here. You guys should go to divine or ND nails down the street. Rude owner!!! I called first to find out how long is the wait. She told me I can go in at 2:00pm (it was close ton1pm when I called). I showed up there just before 2pm. No "hello may I help you" from the 3 workers there (including the rude owner). I said I need gel manicure and regular pedicure. Again no acknowledgement so I sat down to wait. Twenty mins later, I asked how much longer until it's my turn. Owner spoke with one of her worker in their native language which I didn't understand. Again I said how much longer when owner yelled "I'm asking her (referring to her worker). At that moment, I just said forget abt it and walked out!!! First of all, I wasn't even happy my last time I was there because my gel manicure started chipping day 2 after i got it done. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back hoping it will be better the second time around. Come to find out, it's even worst than the first time as there was no customer service at all! This place is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. As I arrived, I was able to find a parking spot right in front of the shop. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was asked to sign in and what services I would like. The shop was pretty busy but they did not fail to attend me. Lian (not sure if that's how you spell her name) was assigned to working on my hands and feet. She was very friendly and asked about what color I wanted. She showed me two books filled with gel color examples. There were so many options, it was very hard to decide. She was quick but worked efficient. After working on my full set, she moved on to my pedicure. She did a great job on my toes and made sure they looked great. I really liked that because usually some people don't even check. My pedicure was amazing, the water temp, Lisa took her time and I really like the package #3, I'm getting my manicure right now& Lisa is really going into detail. I'm shocked and so happy. Never been to a nail shop where the nail tech actually goes into detail without charging kore and more. I love the location of Haute as well, lots of parking offered. I've been coming here since they first opened. Unfortunately, as staff has changed, their service has declined and today's experience has reassured me I will not be going back. I came in for a dip powder mani on my natural nail and reg. pedicure. The tech who did my mani not only decided to dip my nails directly into the jar (unsanitary) but also decided to do it 8 times (I counted) leaving me with THICK and heavy nails that looked as I just globed polish onto them. I was so astonished at her work I wasn't paying attention to my pedicure. The tech working on my pedi accidentally split my toe nail and instead of bringing it to my attention or at least fixing it she decided to just paint over it as if it was not going to be noticeable. (See picture) I was livid. I requested them to remove my manicure and she advised she couldn't as it would make my nails brake and she only made them thick because the color was too light. Great! She proceeded to file them to make them thinner but even with doing that I'm left with thick terribly shaped nails and now sensitive skin from the file grinding. I was over it and didn't even try to fix my toe. A waste of time and money. read more

First time here! The place is clean, staff was friendly. I got a dip powder mani and a gel pedi. I didn't wait much before being seated. The quality of work was great! I will definitely be coming back. The only reason why I'm rating 4/5 stars is because they don't have a wide range of color selection for the dip powders. My mom and I have come here quite a few times now for acrylics/pedicures with no issues. HOWEVER the last 2 times we have visited this place have been HORRIBLE. The last time I came in for a gel pedicure the male technician provided the services. It looked decent when he finished but later on that night I noticed the gel polish from my big toe had a bubble and the polish/clear coat for the rest of my nails were not smooth. I pushed down on the bubble and the side of the nail polish peeled up and was still wet under the clear coat. It appeared that he had not cured the previous coats correctly which caused it to bubble and still be wet. The next day my mom decided to go get a full set here (with another female technician) and I met up with her at the salon about 20 minutes after she had arrived, I explained to them the issue and the lady who is in charge said they would fix it for me. They made me wait ONE HOUR to fix ONE TOE. Something that could have been finished in 5 minutes. The lady in charge fixed my toe and even took pictures of my pedicure for whatever reason. Also, not even 2 weeks later and my moms fresh set of acrylics had started to fall off. She went in on a Saturday to get them fixed and it was the male technician once again who "fixed" her nails and to no one's surprise he did a terrible job again (the original lady who did the full set no longer worked there according to the lady in charge). My mom kept telling him the shape was very crooked and sloppy and he basically ignored her and continued with the terrible job. They charged her for a another full set that didn't even last 2 weeks. The next day (Sunday) my mom had the exact same issue as me with the side of her nail not being completely dry and coming off. She texted the lady in charge and she told her to come in and fix it but my mom was unavailable during the week due to work so she scheduled for that Friday at 4pm to come in and get it fixed. My mom was not even 10 minutes late to her appointment and the owner said "oh no you are late I have 2 customers you need to wait". *Not to mention every time we have ever scheduled an appointment with her she is NEVER ON TIME TO SERVICE US and we ALWAYS have to wait* so you would think she would be a bit more understanding that there is a little traffic on a Friday. My mom refused to wait and just told her she would get them fixed elsewhere. SAVE YOUR MONEY! read more
