This place reopen after quarantine... I made an Appt for 11:30am, I got here at 11:25am... A girl came 15 mins after me and with the excuse of having made an an Appt "a week before" with "her client" Is 12:26 and I'm still waiting waiting for my services... I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I don't feel like driving around looking for nail salon services I'll endure today's annoying bad customer service but I will never come back and no tip for you UPDATE: It's 12:48 and I'm barely called to vea seated and get the services I scheduled.
It's been about 3 weeks since I made the awful decision of giving this place a chance. As you can see they could not be more different. My right eye brow is significantly thinner than my left, now I have to color in my other eye brow to even them out. This is by far the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had.
Terrible nail job. The lady who did my acrylic rushed the job didn't pay attention to what she was doing. Filed my nails an odd shape that clearly isn't almond. The paint job is shaky and un-uniform
Been here many times and this is the second time I come that I really dislike the way my nails came out. Both times the nail tech was a man. He sits at the end of the salon. Think his name is Phuc. Hasn't even been a week and my nails already look horrible. I went in on Wednesday February 24, 2021.
Came here after making an appointment. It was only my second time here, definitely left so disappointed. Didn't get seated till 30min after my appointment. The male tech that worked on my nails did such a terrible job, this is probably the worse nail job I have ever gotten done. He left the gel polish all over my hands. My acrylics came out so thick and bumpy. When I pointed out how I was unhappy with the nail services he just made excuses not to fix them. Its like they over booked themselves even though they were only doing appointments, he was rushing and did a bad job. My thumb nail came out all bumpy and thick. Just an overall bad job and waste of money. I made an appointment somewhere else to get them fixed tomorrow. Definitely won't be returning here. My cousin came with me as well and the nail tech that did her nails also did a terrible job. We both left really unhappy
Came in on a Monday morning only 1 customer and 2 techs. I like the way my nails were shaped but the polish is a mess my gel chipped that same day because there was a glob on the side! I was here before work so didn't even have time to complain and get them done again but I will never come back here. If this business fails they have no one to blame but themselves.
Came here because I had to get a pedicure and my sister's doctor's office was a few suites down. So I thought I might as well kill two birds with one stone. Anyway I walk in, ask how long the wait was and was told 10 min. 20 min go by and finally they work on me. The lady was very nice which is why I gave the place 3 stars, she was nice BUT it is now two days later and my toes have never felt so painful from getting a pedicure. I just hope they don't turn into an infection. Otherwise they'll be hearing from me again, or the health department. Update: it's now feb 5,2018 I went here in dec 22nd. Haven't gotten a pedicure since, my toe has been painful since. But recently it's been bothering me a lot more, yesterday I looked down at my toe and it's bleeding and oozing with puss ! Now I'm at the doctor's trying to figure out what is going on. Thanks guys for giving me a freaken infection with your unsanitary tools. Nasty. I do not recommended this place at all. Go somewhere else
Amazing service and workmanship by Vicky. She's very meticulous. I absolutely loved my unicorn white nails. It was an extra $1 for each nail on top of the gel manicure I got, but it was well worth the splurge. It was my first time at this salon too and am very happy to discover it thank you!!!
My experience at divine nails started when I called their shop. I asked is they did red chrome nails and they said yes they can do any color chrome. So when I arrived I asked to see the chrome sample. What they showed me was various nail colors with a a sparkle coat over that had a green tint. I said oh this isn't chrome to this they said it's "unicorn chrome". It looked nothing like unicorn chrome. I settled and decided to but get a non chrome color. The woman began filing off my perilous gel color then handed me off to another woman. She filed and reshaped my nails. When I told her what color I wanted she said they were out. She offered to show me something similar. She brings out a gel polish along with another set of samples. She then tries to put the polish I didn't not ask for on my hand. I stop and said "wait do you have a sample? That looks too dark to be red" she laughs and than gets me a sample. She tried putting a dark purple on my nails! I remained calm and polite and said no thanks I'll try #47 from the sample she just showed me. She gets the product and starts applying it. I immediately notice it is WAY lighter than the sample. I say wow that doesn't look like the sample. Her response was that it will get darker with the second coat. I ask if she is sure and she says yes. Well it did not get darker. Another employee is standing next to her and in another language tells her that she likes them and that the color is good. The woman passed on the message to me I say thank you but I wanted a darker color. She then offered to put the same purple color from before over top and I refused. That would not only look cheesy with the red showing through behind my nails but it would also make my nails look thick. I'm assuming since the woman noticed I was unhappy she decided to make small talk. To which she condescendingly asks if my parents paid for my nails after I told her I was a college student who didn't work. I then told her I could not work due to being a care taker for my grandmother with cancer. She then felt bad for judging me yet kept prying into my personal life. I came to get my nails done and relaxed not be harassed about my personal life. Once my nails were done she started to file them. Which I have never seen anyone do. Then instead of putting cuticle oil over my nails she offers my lotion from bath and body which I refuse because I did not like the scent. Then she gave in and used a non professional cuticle oil on only one of my hands. Also once I left I noticed my nails were not smooth and had specs under the gel and that the polish was sloppily put on. I am extremely upset and will probably have to go to my usual nails salon and see if they could fix my nails. I will never come back here again because they lied to me over the phone and falsely advertise their colors.
Favorite spot to get my nails done in the area never a long wait and they are pretty fast with getting what I want done. Great prices and haven't waited more then 10minutes for them to get started The employees are a friendly my usual trip here is about $32 for a Spa Pedicure and Full Set
I went in to get my nails done and this is what I came out with. The lady that was in charge today doesn't know what she's doing. I won't be going in anytime soon.
Came here to get my eyebrows waxed, and I'm hooked! I've actually never trusted anyone with my brows, but I took the risk and now I'm back every couple weeks. Gina is the only one who can do the waxing, and she is very efficient and professional. I was basically in and out within 10 minutes, and my brows were perfect! My first time around, I was super nervous, but she made me feel comfortable. After waxing, she plucks and trims the brows to make sure they are perfect. So glad to have found the perfect person to do my brows. Price is also extremely reasonable for $6 which makes it even better!
Came to get a gel mani & regular pedi an hour & half before their closing time. The girl who did my gel mani was rushing to get me out. Didn't want to do the matte coating because it would take a couple minutes longer. The guy who did my pedi rushed me & finished my pedi in less than 15 minutes. When I asked to upgrade to the deluxe he talked me out of it saying "it's just a scrub & it's $5 extra." Will never be returning. Only came because they are open later than most salons. But being rushed an hour & half before closing is ridiculous. My nail chipped the same day & 2 of my nails broken the next day.

Full sets are really from cheap supplier. 3rd day and the nails are already getting stuck on my hair from the bottom and breaking it. Not returning to this location. read more

UNEVEN gel color!!! Dust + dander ALL over the nail!!! Totally disappointed!!! Incredible, unbelievable and crazy nail experience!!! read more

Ended up here on a Friday afternoon because I needed a manicure asap but the other salons nearby were either appointment only or at least a 30 min wait. I called and they said come now and they can seat me. And they did. Vicky did my acrylics. She has over 15+ years of experience. A very nice lady. Spent about an hour and half. Can't complain as it was only $35 with gems and her service was good. read more

I love this place!! Tonight was my first time here and I was thoroughly pleased from the moment I walked in. The salon was exceptionally clean, quiet, I was greeted with a smile by everyone the moment I walked in, and sat right now to get started. The older gentleman who worked on my nails had the most pleasant conversation and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. I was even able to purchase the brand new bottle of color I used. Unlike the loud music and other noisy salons in the area, this one was pleasantly quiet. I had my 13 year old and 9 year old sons with me and found out once we had gotten in the car that the host had come from around the counter to give them chocolate. I've been looking for a consistent nail salon to call home since moving back to CA from Maryland in 2009, and this place is it! read more

Went in to get a mani and pedi and came out very pleased with their work. The manager, Christine, did my nails. She was very gentle with my nails and her work is AMAZING! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she was able to do it and even added something more. Jane did my toes, she was very nice and friendly. (I felt bad because I hadn't done my toes in over a month and a half ) I was so excited to finally get my toes done. Luckily when I went it wasn't that busy so I was helped right away. The shop was very clean and everyone was super friendly. Overall, my experience today was amazing! I am definitely coming back and would highly recommend to family and friends. read more

I went in for a gel mani and pedi before the rush a little before 5pm. My mani was just horrible!!! The guy seemed like he didn't care about doing my nails. He filed one hand but not the other until I had to say something to him and he did not even clean under my nails. He was starting to put the gel on my nails and it came out so ugly and had some bubbles and lint. It looks like I did my own nails with my right hand ( I'm a lefty) and I went in yesterday and my nails are already starting to peel. The lady that did my pedi did an amazing job and took her time. I will not be coming back here again. I have been coming here for 5 years but the last few visits weren't the greatest read more

Decided to come because my original nail lady was way too busy and I needed my nails done ASAP......I was not too happy with the way the lady did my gel manicure she didn't clean up my cuticles, I had to ask her twice to go over two nails that needed more polish and my pedicure nail polish as well, definitely not coming back here for my second choice if I had too read more

I have been here a few times and had so-so service. Two weeks ago, I came in for a full set. The day who put my nails on, did not use primer, did not file my nails properly and when i got home, the gel was already peeling off. I was not happy. Since i did not want to find another spot, i came back today for a fill. The precious technician was not there, thank God, so they set me up with Vicky. When she looked at my nails and began filing them, they were lifting so badly that she had to remove all, but one nail that had been previously applied. She took her time, I was there for an hour, but it was so worth it! After having my nails done for over 30 years. This is the best full set I have ever gotten!!! She was careful not to hurt me, she held on a great conversation with me and she was kind and considerate. Vicky is FABULOUS!!!! I will never have anyone else do my nails. read more

Rude customer service, the lady painted my toes the wrong color, I told her before she got the chance to start it wasn't the color I chose she said "I know" like...WTF I stopped her again & told her it was not the correct color (with attitude) she left mad & threw acetone across my toes to take the nail polish off & cut me with the nail file in the process of doing so, I was also getting a full set done at the same time by the guy on table #3 he was nice up until I told the lady she was painting my toes the wrong color he started throwing my hands when it was time to switch off he left my nails all lumpy they're not even shaped properly!! DO NOT come here save your money read more

I have gone multiple times and each time I am disappointed. The nails here fall off quickly, the square nails are always bulky looking. The stilettos or almond nails are always crooked, and when they paint your nails they don't get the entire nail and it looks like you need fills shortly after going. I do not reccomend at all. read more
