Came here after making an appointment. It was only my second time here, definitely left so disappointed. Didn't get seated till 30min after my appointment. The male tech that worked on my nails did such a terrible job, this is probably the worse nail job I have ever gotten done. He left the gel polish all over my hands. My acrylics came out so thick and bumpy. When I pointed out how I was unhappy with the nail services he just made excuses not to fix them. Its like they over booked themselves even though they were only doing appointments, he was rushing and did a bad job. My thumb nail came out all bumpy and thick. Came here because I had to get a pedicure and my sister's doctor's office was a few suites down. So I thought I might as well kill two birds with one stone. Anyway I walk in, ask how long the wait was and was told 10 min. 20 min go by and finally they work on me. The lady was very nice which is why I gave the place 3 stars, she was nice BUT it is now two days later and my toes have never felt so painful from getting a pedicure. I just hope they don't turn into an infection. Otherwise they'll be hearing from me again, or the health department. Update: it's now feb 5,2018 I went here in dec 22nd. Haven't gotten a pedicure since, my toe has been painful since. But recently it's been bothering me a lot more, yesterday I looked down at my toe and it's bleeding and oozing with puss ! She is my nail queen I honestly wish she did acrylics because she is so talented at doing ur regular nails and shaping that well u can only imagine how perfect acrylics would look done by her.Anyways if u want the perfect mani pedi gel Vicky is the one!!! I hadn't done acrylics in about a year and I decided to try Tracy. I was not happy with my nails from the start. I got a basic French tip and typically it will be clear and beautiful however mine looked like it had white specs. I mentioned this to her and she shrugged it off and said it was fine. Two days later I see a white gaping. Looked like it was bubbling the third day I went in this was the day prior to my vacation and she told me it was not her fault that it was my nail growing. My experience at divine nails started when I called their shop. I asked is they did red chrome nails and they said yes they can do any color chrome. So when I arrived I asked to see the chrome sample. What they showed me was various nail colors with a a sparkle coat over that had a green tint. I said oh this isn't chrome to this they said it's "unicorn chrome". It looked nothing like unicorn chrome. I settled and decided to but get a non chrome color. The woman began filing off my perilous gel color then handed me off to another woman. She filed and reshaped my nails. When I told her what color I wanted she said they were out. She offered to show me something similar. She brings out a gel polish along with another set of samples. She then tries to put the polish I didn't not ask for on my hand. I stop and said "wait do you have a sample? That looks too dark to be red" she laughs and than gets me a sample. She tried putting a dark purple on my nails! I remained calm and polite and said no thanks I'll try #47 from the sample she just showed me. She gets the product and starts applying it. I immediately notice it is WAY lighter than the sample. I say wow that doesn't look like the sample. Her response was that it will get darker with the second coat. I ask if she is sure and she says yes. Well it did not get darker. Another employee is standing next to her and in another language tells her that she likes them and that the color is good. The woman passed on the message to me I say thank you but I wanted a darker color. She then offered to put the same purple color from before over top and I refused. That would not only look cheesy with the red showing through behind my nails but it would also make my nails look thick. I'm assuming since the woman noticed I was unhappy she decided to make small talk. To which she condescendingly asks if my parents paid for my nails after I told her I was a college student who didn't work. I then told her I could not work due to being a care taker for my grandmother with cancer. She then felt bad for judging me yet kept prying into my personal life. I came to get my nails done and relaxed not be harassed about my personal life. Once my nails were done she started to file them. Which I have never seen anyone do. Then instead of putting cuticle oil over my nails she offers my lotion from bath and body which I refuse because I did not like the scent. Then she gave in and used a non professional cuticle oil on only one of my hands. Also once I left I noticed my nails were not smooth and had specs under the gel and that the polish was sloppily put on. I am extremely upset and will probably have to go to my usual nails salon and see if they could fix my nails. I will never come back here again because they lied to me over the phone and falsely advertise their colors. read more

So sad I have been getting my nails done with Gina for almost 8 years. At her new shop by smart and final I got a fresh set and they started flipping off after 4 days. When I went in to get the fixed she was taking the gel off with drill and the 5 nails that were still on were literally flying off when she was drilling them. Went in to get a mani and pedi and came out very pleased with their work. The manager, Christine, did my nails. She was very gentle with my nails and her work is AMAZING! I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she was able to do it and even added something more. Jane did my toes, she was very nice and friendly. (I felt bad because I hadn't done my toes in over a month and a half ) I was so excited to finally get my toes done. Luckily when I went it wasn't that busy so I was helped right away. I love this place!! Tonight was my first time here and I was thoroughly pleased from the moment I walked in. The salon was exceptionally clean, quiet, I was greeted with a smile by everyone the moment I walked in, and sat right now to get started. The older gentleman who worked on my nails had the most pleasant conversation and my nails came out exactly how I wanted them. I was even able to purchase the brand new bottle of color I used. Unlike the loud music and other noisy salons in the area, this one was pleasantly quiet. I had my 13 year old and 9 year old sons with me and found out once we had gotten in the car that the host had come from around the counter to give them chocolate. I have gone multiple times and each time I am disappointed. The nails here fall off quickly, the square nails are always bulky looking. The stilettos or almond nails are always crooked, and when they paint your nails they don't get the entire nail and it looks like you need fills shortly after going. First time here, heard nothing but great things. Thought I would give it a try. I had a full set done today, just pink powder with a coffin shape. Everything was good, except the technician left some residue around my nail on my skin. I asked her if she could please clean it off and she nudged and said it would fall off. I have gone to plenty of places and I know this is not acceptable. I asked again and she continued to just do my pedicure. My pedicure took less than 10 min. My feet had not soaked at all when she had already asled me to put them out of the water. She began to cut my nails and all was good 'til she started cutting down the cuticle and made me bleed three times in a row. The scrubbing part barely even happened. & the massage part, it lasted like two minutes. It was a horrible experience. The so called "spa pedicure" I paid for was something I could have done myself at home. Never had I been so dissapointed at a nail place.
