This place reopen after quarantine... I made an Appt for 11:30am, I got here at 11:25am... A girl came 15 mins after me and with the excuse of having made an an Appt "a week before" with "her client" Is 12:26 and I'm still waiting waiting for my services... I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I don't feel like driving around looking for nail salon services I'll endure today's annoying bad customer service but I will never come back and no tip for you UPDATE: It's 12:48 and I'm barely called to vea seated and get the services I scheduled.

My right eye brow is significantly thinner than my left. This is by far the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had.

It's been about 3 weeks since I made the awful decision of giving this place a chance. As you can see they could not be more different. My right eye brow is significantly thinner than my left, now I have to color in my other eye brow to even them out. This is by far the worst eyebrow experience I've ever had.

My acrylics look like they aren't even attached to my nail!

Terrible nail job. The lady who did my acrylic rushed the job didn't pay attention to what she was doing. Filed my nails an odd shape that clearly isn't almond. The paint job is shaky and un-uniform

Been here many times and this is the second time I come that I really dislike the way my nails came out. Both times the nail tech was a man. He sits at the end of the salon. Think his name is Phuc. Hasn't even been a week and my nails already look horrible. I went in on Wednesday February 24, 2021.

Came here after making an appointment. It was only my second time here, definitely left so disappointed. Didn't get seated till 30min after my appointment. The male tech that worked on my nails did such a terrible job, this is probably the worse nail job I have ever gotten done. He left the gel polish all over my hands. My acrylics came out so thick and bumpy. When I pointed out how I was unhappy with the nail services he just made excuses not to fix them. Its like they over booked themselves even though they were only doing appointments, he was rushing and did a bad job. My thumb nail came out all bumpy and thick. Just an overall bad job and waste of money. I made an appointment somewhere else to get them fixed tomorrow. Definitely won't be returning here. My cousin came with me as well and the nail tech that did her nails also did a terrible job. We both left really unhappy

Thumb chipping on side messy on all edges. This is the day after I got them done.

Came in on a Monday morning only 1 customer and 2 techs. I like the way my nails were shaped but the polish is a mess my gel chipped that same day because there was a glob on the side! I was here before work so didn't even have time to complain and get them done again but I will never come back here. If this business fails they have no one to blame but themselves.

Came here because I had to get a pedicure and my sister's doctor's office was a few suites down. So I thought I might as well kill two birds with one stone. Anyway I walk in, ask how long the wait was and was told 10 min. 20 min go by and finally they work on me. The lady was very nice which is why I gave the place 3 stars, she was nice BUT it is now two days later and my toes have never felt so painful from getting a pedicure. I just hope they don't turn into an infection. Otherwise they'll be hearing from me again, or the health department. Update: it's now feb 5,2018 I went here in dec 22nd. Haven't gotten a pedicure since, my toe has been painful since. But recently it's been bothering me a lot more, yesterday I looked down at my toe and it's bleeding and oozing with puss ! Now I'm at the doctor's trying to figure out what is going on. Thanks guys for giving me a freaken infection with your unsanitary tools. Nasty. I do not recommended this place at all. Go somewhere else

Amazing service and workmanship by Vicky. She's very meticulous. I absolutely loved my unicorn white nails. It was an extra $1 for each nail on top of the gel manicure I got, but it was well worth the splurge. It was my first time at this salon too and am very happy to discover it thank you!!!

My experience at divine nails started when I called their shop. I asked is they did red chrome nails and they said yes they can do any color chrome. So when I arrived I asked to see the chrome sample. What they showed me was various nail colors with a a sparkle coat over that had a green tint. I said oh this isn't chrome to this they said it's "unicorn chrome". It looked nothing like unicorn chrome. I settled and decided to but get a non chrome color. The woman began filing off my perilous gel color then handed me off to another woman. She filed and reshaped my nails. When I told her what color I wanted she said they were out. She offered to show me something similar. She brings out a gel polish along with another set of samples. She then tries to put the polish I didn't not ask for on my hand. I stop and said "wait do you have a sample? That looks too dark to be red" she laughs and than gets me a sample. She tried putting a dark purple on my nails! I remained calm and polite and said no thanks I'll try #47 from the sample she just showed me. She gets the product and starts applying it. I immediately notice it is WAY lighter than the sample. I say wow that doesn't look like the sample. Her response was that it will get darker with the second coat. I ask if she is sure and she says yes. Well it did not get darker. Another employee is standing next to her and in another language tells her that she likes them and that the color is good. The woman passed on the message to me I say thank you but I wanted a darker color. She then offered to put the same purple color from before over top and I refused. That would not only look cheesy with the red showing through behind my nails but it would also make my nails look thick. I'm assuming since the woman noticed I was unhappy she decided to make small talk. To which she condescendingly asks if my parents paid for my nails after I told her I was a college student who didn't work. I then told her I could not work due to being a care taker for my grandmother with cancer. She then felt bad for judging me yet kept prying into my personal life. I came to get my nails done and relaxed not be harassed about my personal life. Once my nails were done she started to file them. Which I have never seen anyone do. Then instead of putting cuticle oil over my nails she offers my lotion from bath and body which I refuse because I did not like the scent. Then she gave in and used a non professional cuticle oil on only one of my hands. Also once I left I noticed my nails were not smooth and had specs under the gel and that the polish was sloppily put on. I am extremely upset and will probably have to go to my usual nails salon and see if they could fix my nails. I will never come back here again because they lied to me over the phone and falsely advertise their colors.

Favorite spot to get my nails done in the area never a long wait and they are pretty fast with getting what I want done. Great prices and haven't waited more then 10minutes for them to get started The employees are a friendly my usual trip here is about $32 for a Spa Pedicure and Full Set

Mary O.

I went in to get my nails done and this is what I came out with. The lady that was in charge today doesn't know what she's doing. I won't be going in anytime soon.

Came here to get my eyebrows waxed, and I'm hooked! I've actually never trusted anyone with my brows, but I took the risk and now I'm back every couple weeks. Gina is the only one who can do the waxing, and she is very efficient and professional. I was basically in and out within 10 minutes, and my brows were perfect! My first time around, I was super nervous, but she made me feel comfortable. After waxing, she plucks and trims the brows to make sure they are perfect. So glad to have found the perfect person to do my brows. Price is also extremely reasonable for $6 which makes it even better!

Jocelyn M.

Came to get a gel mani & regular pedi an hour & half before their closing time. The girl who did my gel mani was rushing to get me out. Didn't want to do the matte coating because it would take a couple minutes longer. The guy who did my pedi rushed me & finished my pedi in less than 15 minutes. When I asked to upgrade to the deluxe he talked me out of it saying "it's just a scrub & it's $5 extra." Will never be returning. Only came because they are open later than most salons. But being rushed an hour & half before closing is ridiculous. My nail chipped the same day & 2 of my nails broken the next day.

First time here, heard nothing but great things. Thought I would give it a try. I had a full set done today, just pink powder with a coffin shape. Everything was good, except the technician left some residue around my nail on my skin. I asked her if she could please clean it off and she nudged and said it would fall off. I have gone to plenty of places and I know this is not acceptable. I asked again and she continued to just do my pedicure. My pedicure took less than 10 min. My feet had not soaked at all when she had already asled me to put them out of the water. She began to cut my nails and all was good 'til she started cutting down the cuticle and made me bleed three times in a row. The scrubbing part barely even happened. & the massage part, it lasted like two minutes. It was a horrible experience. The so called "spa pedicure" I paid for was something I could have done myself at home. Never had I been so dissapointed at a nail place. The place overall is super clean, and the prices are reasonable. I think I will give this place another try down the road, but definitely not with this lady. read more

Make an appointment with Gina with all your waxing needs. She was able to fit me into her schedule, and I was surprised to get an available appointment on the same day! She was really nice when it came to getting waxed, especially since this was my first time. She made everything comfortable and gave me some tips and explain how less painful it'll be every time I come back. She was clean and gentle, letting you know which area will be painful, etc. Will come back here again :) read more

I don't really go here for acrylic nails but I come here for the spa pedicure. Oh my gosh, I love the feeling of getting my feet done and simultaneously getting a back massage because of the chair you get to use. I love the hot towel and little leg massage they do as well. The spa pedicure is definitely worth it. Plus there's free wifi. Spa pedicure is $14 Spa pedicure + manicure is $22 Tip: on less busy days your spa is longer and more worthwhile Tip 2: learn their names so you can have a favorite person to go to and they know what you like read more

After giving this place another try only because it was the only nail salon close to me that was open till 8, I should of just waited till the next day and gone some where else. They don't greet you at all STILL, and they just don't know how to welcome customers. Kevin your the worst at doing pedis ! Sorry not sorry ! I asked for your name because you did a horrible job ! My gel pedi was not done nice at all. You did not coven my whole nail and you chose to be lazy when removing my old gel polish until I told you something. And changed the way on removing my gel. Ladies don't go to him. I'm warning you and also he doesn't leave your nails the same size ... Length wise when trimming or cutting them. read more

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Only reason I'm giving one star is for my gel manicure. My pedicure on the other hand HORRIBLE painful job. I don't have a name for the guy but he seemed to be the youngest there. He made each one of my toes bleed so bad (like dripping on the towel) from digging in with crazy force trying to "help" my ingrown toe nails. My toes were throbbing all day/night yesterday that even having a blanket touching them hurt. Today, I'm unable to wear shoes and scared that I might be catching an infection since they are extremely sensitive. I will never step foot in this place again!!!! read more

The entire team is friendly and professional. Michelle does the most amazing job with my mani and pedi and Gina does the best job with all my waxing needs. Honestly fuck this place due to the new worker that worked on my toes. Because of her, my fkn toe is infected. The bitch went in too deep on the inner corner of my big toe and now green stuff is coming out and it's bleeding with clear stuff. And then also in my other toe when she was cutting my toenails, after she was filing them and was fkn filing my skin and not my damn toenail itself and now it's a damn cut. I told her "OW that really hurts what are you doing?" She then says "oh sorry I'm new" like wtf?! Bitch idc whoever hired your ass did a horrible job cause you messed up both of my toes one infected and the other toe has a cut. They should fire her cause I feel bad whoever gets their nails or toes done by her and might end up infect someone else next. Dumb bitch. read more

4 out of 5 stars is not that bad. Place is great. Super clean super spacious.. I came here since the my regular spot no longer has my girl. Any way, i came to give it a try and I came out satisfied. I'm so happy on how my nails came out I would definitely come again. Only reason why I'm giving this place 4 stars only is because of the fact that some not all of their employees are mean. The guy that greeted my sister and I was some what "having a bad day" or so it seemed. Once I got to the chair which was a no wait time. Which was great!!!! There was some kind of language barrier with the girl I got (Thang) I don't remember her name. Which was no problem. While getting my nails done she had asked me about the shape and length and since I couldn't understand her well she seemed bothered. I said I'm sorry I can't understand you, she then continued kinda confused. Other then that she was great!! She did cut my finger but I mean things happen, if I couldn't of pointed it out she wouldn't of had mention anything to me. Then and only then she said something about my cut My finger. . Other then the not so happy people and the cut finger I would definitely come back. Give this place a try. PS .. my pinky is also cut, only noticed when I was rubbing some hand sanitizer and it burned read more

$33 for gel mani and regular pedi. It was meh. They didn't have a lot of selection for gel colors. I wanted pink sparkly gel nails and they had to do a pink coat and sparkles coat on top. Not sure if I'd come back. It got really crowded, but that could've been because it was a Friday afternoon. They had customers walking out 'cause of the wait time and they'd have an employee go chase after them. Lol read more

Jenny did a great job on my nails and she was really quick and efficient. I got gels and they look really nice. The price was great - $20. Better than places I usually go in LA or the valley. They accept credit cards ($1 surcharge) but you need cash to tip. (You can get cash back at the dollar tree next door, but there's a $1 surcharge for cash back there, even if you make a purchase, so you should probably plan ahead and bring cash). There were a lot of people waiting around 10am on Saturday but I got in after waiting only a few minutes. read more

I walked in saying I would like a gel manicure with a design on the ring finger and they said yes had me take in a seat. Trang finished shaping the nails and was on to putting color so I showed her what I would want for the design and she says "no design sorry" apparently they do not do any designs on their nails yet their Yelp page is full of them! And they have a design price for $5/pair. I was so confused and so very disappointed. Had they told me upfront that they don't do designs, I would have went to another salon that can. read more

I went to get a pedicure and the lady who was doing it caused me so much pain that I started to tear up. She saw that I was in pain, but just laughed because of my low pain tolerance. I left the salon with my big toes sore and swelled up. The day after, they were super red and had become infected. There's also puss in the sides of my big toe, making it hard to walk. I don't know whether her aggressiveness caused it, or the fact that they don't put on plastic covers in the tub where the feet are soaked. It's not very hygienic leading me to believe that not putting covers for each costumer might have caused me to get this bacterial infection. I'll give her one thing, she does a good job at painting, but it's not worth having an INFECTED TOE. Never ever coming back. read more

So I been coming to this nail salon on and off for many years. I've had bad experiences in the past only because it's always packed and I hate waiting. But my sister convinced me to go with her to get gel mani and regular pedi yesterday since she always comes here. They actually did a really good job on my nails they look perfect and I like how the girl actually helped me choose the perfect color! We called ahead to see if they were busy. I wouldn't come when they're busy here. I would've given 5 stars but one of the ladies who did my little cousins manicure cut her :/ and the girl who did my sister pedicure didn't scrub her feet that long or massage her hands or feet after the mani pedi. But they did great work on us. If my gel lasts I'll probably be coming read more

She is SO attentive, kind, and really amazing at pedicures. I have also had Kim who was great as well, but Anna is the one I want every time. I love my nails after they I'm done here and can even rock the pedi for a month after with no chipping! (Gel pedi). I usually make an appt online & you can book your desired nail tech, time & service wanted. It's very clean here and they have a wide variety of polish to choose from. I started coming here when we moved to West Covina and now we had to move near north Hollywood and I still make the drive down here for my pedicure. The prices are pretty decent and the service is great! Gel pedicure- $45 ($35 + $10 gel) & I get the added sugar scrub ($7) & 10 min massage ($10).

The owner says "that's expensive." You can clearly tell she's annoyed but continues to help us. They didn't even put water for my daughter's pedi until we said something. Not an ideal place for little divas to get serviced. The next morning my bow came off. They charged $310 for our services and the spider webs are a hot mess. I tipped 20% and they had the nerve to start talking back & forth like I'm ripping them off. I do not recommend this place for designs and will be our last time. I'd rather pay for someone else to fix my nails. I highly suggest that they get training on designs and treat customers with kindness or refuse services instead of wasting peoples time.

Cathy, the owner, is incredibly talented and specializes in builder gel, among many other nail services. One thing I really appreciate is that she keeps up with the latest trends by adding new colors, techniques, and services. Although Cathy is usually booked by appointment, I typically see Mimi or Sami, and they both do an excellent job. They also accept walk-ins, which is convenient. There's another nail technician who wears either a cross or pearl necklace (I don't know her name), and she does beautiful manicures as well. Like most businesses, their prices have increased over the years, but I still find them reasonable for the quality of work. During my most recent visit, I got a basic pedicure ($23) and a manicure. Cathy repaired one of my natural nails using builder gel and powder, and my nails turned out beautiful. My total, including a $5 tip for each technician, came to $78. If you're getting gel polish, keep in mind it's an additional $10, which is clearly communicated. Overall, the staff is friendly, the salon is clean, and I've trusted them with my nails for over seven years. I definitely recommend Cathy's Nails if you're looking for quality work and experienced technicians.

The gal that usually does my nails was busy so I got an older lady. She takes her time and does them straight and perfect. $55 med length, gel! And $5 for the scrub and $10 for removal . I didn't get a scrub or have my feet done with a callus remover. So where did the extra charge come from. I wanted to tell her not to be over charging and be honest with people. But obviously she needs the money more than I do. It's unfortunate because I really like the lady that did my nails.
