Still keep coming here and I keep loving it. The staff is super attentive and nice! They have relaxing music and most importantly they take their time and the salon does NOT smell like nail chemicals. This salon is definitely smaller and for that reason sometimes you make appointments and have to wait a little longer to be worked out since they care about their work and the customer experience. I usually make an appt online & you can book your desired nail tech, time & service wanted. It's very clean here and they have a wide variety of polish to choose from. I started coming here when we moved to West Covina and now we had to move near north Hollywood and I still make the drive down here for my pedicure. The prices are pretty decent and the service is great! Gel pedicure- $45 ($35 + $10 gel) & I get the added sugar scrub ($7) & 10 min massage ($10).

We stopped in during their soft opening (grand opening is mid-September) and treated ourselves to mani-pedis. We both got the deluxe manicure; I chose the volcano pedi and he went with the rose pedi. Talk about pampering! My feet came in tired and dried out from a summer of sandals and left feeling silky smooth and soft. The color selection is incredible--easily over 100 options, which made picking one almost impossible (in the best way). Service was attentive the entire time, and the salon itself is beautiful with a real posh, elevated feel. They had left the water running and then told me to try the temp out... I then pointed out they had not cleaned it since the last use nor did they provide new plastic. disgusting. They cut and filed down my nails nicely (my nails go slightly inward cause of my tight shoes as a child) but overall they shaped them as nice as they could. The cuticle removal was a little brutal, usually it's painless but this lady went in terribly, a little too harsh. After all that, the nails did come out decent looking, but unfortunately I will not be trying this salon a second time even though it's a closer option for me with #1 on yelp. I will drive down to Whittier next time for better service. Also if you do come and like to tip, make sure you have cash as that's the only tip option. As my sister was leaving- the lady that did her pedicure did clean her station, not sure if it's cause of what I said although I shouldn't have had to say anything to begin with, it should be protocol. They also charged 1$ for the plastic bag I had asked for.
