I was going in for just a pedicure and not sure for my hands since I've been growing out my nails. Loan, pronounced LON. She suggested I do dipped nails. I've never experienced that before, but I've heard about it so with her knowledge on explaining how it works I thought it would be best since it will help me grow my nails longer and healthier. You get to choose flavors for the water to soak your feet. I chose "Mango" they have honey, lavender & green tea, I experienced the hot paraffin, which was oh so nice on my feet. My full set nails was a disaster after the third day one nail broke I walk in and they charge me $5 plus $1 service fee Then the Gel Nail polish was starting to come off my nails I called and I told them and they told me the Acrylic lady is not here will call you once she comes in waited 24 hours and told them no one had called and she was a little upset bc I was calling her and told me we will call you but she said it will be $10 to get the nails fix. I told her I disagreed and told them no I should not be charge my nails have not been over two weeks it's only been 6 days today and she told me I will call you back after 4pm it's 5pm and no call from them Did my pedicure and it was regular nothing out of the ordinary did not completely removed the red of my toes this job was not worth $110. read more

We were not sure what style we should get but after hearing some suggestions from my favorite nail tech- Miss Amy, we got exactly what we wanted: elegant, cute, suitable for all occasions. I love how the staff actually cares about the customers concerns and perspective. On top of that, even tho I have come her to get my nails done for a while, I always received careful instructions from the staffs on how to keep my nails in good conditions and how to protect my nails during daily activities. I've been coming here for years and I only go with Vivian. Back in January I called to make an appointment only to be told Vivian was gone. Wouldn't give me any info. The lady who did my hands started a nail art design after telling me she could do it and it looked NOTHING like what I showed her let alone a flower. This was my first time trying this place. An older gentleman and young girl did my dip nails and pedicure. He is my experience. My water was cold with no heat whatsoever for my pedicure bowl. The young girl and Minnie were talking and laughing the whole time I sat in the chair. The gentleman took his time which I liked but cut one of my fingers real bad. He kept forgetting that I had a cut and used his sharp nail to remove access powder then rubbed alcohol on it which caused me to yank back my hand because it stung. Called and was told yes to go so I went to get cash and got a call if I wanted to show up earlier I could but I told them I was just getting cash then heading over when I got there someone else probably took my spot even though I was early because I had to wait about 30 - 45 more minutes.
